Hello. This is the sysop of ‘the Twenties Cassiopeias for TVXQ’(TCT). After passing the 2010 that was harder we expected but felt fresh, it was to come the New Year. I wish all of you a Happy New Year.
And as a sysop, I’m very sorry to announce the notice like today, to many our members with TCT for 7 years.
If it’s possible to be with all of you, it may be better. Because TCT that held barely under the big justification of ’5 each member are the TVXQ’ lost even the justification, I became to announce the official notice.
In fact, through last official notice, we appeared the position of our managers and you’ll already predict the major opinion. So it’s not surprised and not brandnew, predeterminate thing.
In the early of December.
Jung Yunho & Shim Changmin announced to start to work as TVXQ. So TCT lost the identity of the fancafe of TVXQ to consists of 5 members. Because from now TVXQ became to call just Yunho & Changmin officially.
Of course, because SM & HM monopolize the name of TVXQ, Homin are not enough to get the authenticity of ‘the real TVXQ’ from the public and other 3 members.
Because the authenticity of TVXQ naturally establish to fulfill the requirements, TVXQ is a boy band to be made up with Yunho, Jaejoong, Yuchun, Junsu, Changmin and they are ultimately acceptable appearance to the public including other members and fans.
Yunho & Changmin don’t secure the TVXQ’s authenticity as they just announced to use the name of TVXQ one-sidedly without an agreement of other members to have the equal right and to be against the fans’ opinion.
But now they announced ‘the real TVXQ is just two of us’ to use the word of ‘the authenticity’. And SM also can’t deny to rule out other members from the group of TVXQ.
There was a group to have a similar process to break up but we’ve never seen to announce to use the group’s name just like this. Because they knew what the minimum consideration is to other members and their fans.
HM could work not to use the name as much as you like as JYJ.
And they clearly knew to exist other members’ fans in TVXQ’s fandom. If so, at least, they had to ask to be excused as a matter of courtesy and that is the proprieties to fans who have support for 7 years.
But they didn’t express the words of sorriness
and insisted on aery justification like authenticity.. We cannot help thinking to ignore us without a consideration. Because of this, there are so many fans to feel disappointment and despondency.
And that is a natural result.
Besides, if they remembered the rumors that SM made the rotation of TVXQ’s member, they feel disappointment more about the announcement.
Some of you remember the contents of documents to agree between SM and members. In the document, there was a desperation to keep their members although they had an unfair contract for 13years.
Some of Homin fans distorted just the part of ’13 years’ in the document. So we are struck dumb with amazement.
However, at those times, absolutely all members, and their parents who asked to help to keep the TVXQ, and the fans who worked to keep members without sleeping at united fansite remembered the core of the documents.
‘TVXQ means to be made up with Jung Yunho, Kim Jaejoong, Park Yuchun, Kim Junsu, Shim Changmin. And the worth and the influence that TVXQ has are created by 5 members. So if one of them is ruled out or added, that wouldn’t be TVXQ.’
And emphasizing to leave the document to have legal force by concert between SM & members, their parents including Yunho’s father to ask to post the contents as above knew more especially.
And many fans & other members made to feel some kinds of despondency to announce that they use the name of TVXQ. If fans use the word like sense of betrayal, it is right like this case.
Of course, when we faced to meet a situation hard to tell that JYJ came out from SM and HM left, SM and HM overused the word of ‘betrayal’ with asserting that JYJ came out because of ‘cosmetic’
But all of TVXQ’s fandom expressed to give the support the opinion of JYJ and we’ve criticized to use [SM unfair contract] as the front of sentence and now we’ve continued to criticize about SM. It means the claim of SM and HM wouldn’t accept to the fandom.
Why does it happen? Is it because there’re much more JYJ fans in this fandom?
If there is person to answer ‘yes’, he or she is never disqualified to say ‘the truth’ of ‘the justice’.
If they have the belief about their claim, in this fandom, they confidently protested that SM didn’t give members as an unfair treatment and they had to suggest the basis whoever could be acceptable.

But some of HM fans stole ex-DNBN’s domain and then posted something to blame JYJ to come out from SM. We could find the prerequisite ‘SM also had a mistake’. It was because some of HM fans also couldn’t claim like ‘SM is fair and reliable group.’
When they worked together, almost of fans didn’t trust SM
and because of this, the rumor of rotation could have risen massively.
Especially, the fandom of Yunho to take the initiative others at those times never forget that you were the person to protest about distrust and injustice against SM strongly.
With some of HM’s fansite as the central figure, they clouded the essence of an unfair contract and empower to SM as they posted something to distort about JYJ and to make a personal attack on JYJ is not different to betray for themselves.
And now the court accepted JYJ’s petition because there’s a legal problem. So from the court, JYJ received the ruling like this.
‘when the trial is in the march, SM never interrupts their independent work’
And FTC ordered the ‘Warning’ about unfair contracts against SM. And then SM rectifies their mistake after it accepted.
These facts are real examples that their opinions like ‘we never had unfair contracts’ was not dishonorable in front of ‘the sternness of the truth’ as they always told.
Through the official interview, JYJ defined that they considered to come out from SM And before a year from the trial was raised by media. And it was not only because of an unfair contract and they felt humane disappointments from SM. It affected to come out very much.
And many fans already knew these circumstances before the trial was raised. Because of that, many fans not to understand Homin to remain SM spoke in a fierce tone their mind to feel sense of betrayal.

U might say, it’s SM, but have u heard anything from HM that they disagree with the statement?? I am confuse with fans that said HM is not SM’s puppet when they actually agree HM can’t decide anything, it’s SM decision, HM is just SM’s tool, etc, etc. And i tired waiting to know the “real” HM feeling. May be they can’t forever tell their feeling coz they would be under SM forever. And i am not that patient. I won’t defend HM gain with something, “But it’s SM doing.” excuse, it seriously become old song.
Every official statement from SM and HM always break my heart. Also their song. Now let’s just move on to support who do you want to support..

Well Im happy they are supporting JYJ..Im not anti-HM but im very much anti-SM..Cant help but feel this way after what SM has done to JYJ these past few months..It’s unforgivable.
