[NEWS] JYJ’s Junsu “Helping others and playing soccer at the same time”

SamYook University has invited the celebrity soccer team FC MEN for a charity soccer match on the 28th at 4pm.

This event is a cultural event held for the start of the new school year and the university’s new students, and FC MEN will play a friendly match against the university’s current soccer team.

FC MEN was founded by JYJ’s Kim Junsu and SS501′s Kim HyunJoong. Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Bum, Song JoongKi, and Lim JuHwan are also active members. Junsu, the captain of the team, plans to directly participate in the match.

Junsu will also host the presentation ceremony for 10 million won raised for the friendly match, signature giveaway event, and presidential reception.

Junsu revealed his thoughts on the event, stating “Because we will be holding the match to help the less fortunate, I will participate with a happy heart. I hope, through this event, the solidarity of the students will help change the society.”

[NEWS] 110228 JYJ Jaejoong recently relayed his own status

Jaejoong updated a photo of his stay in Japan on his own Twitter on the 26th night. His exhaustion expression can be clearly seen in the photo with his messy hair. He relayed the message to the fans of his return with the words, “Leaving for Korea tomorrow”.

Netizens left messages such as, “What have you been doing in Japan? You looked tired.”, “Although it’s a bit haggard-looking, it’s still the warm feeling as before.”

In addition, JYJ will begin their worldwide concert tour in 7 countries, 10 cities in April.

[NEWS] 110228 Jaejoong’s pre-debut street interview video

JYJ member Jaejoong’s pre-debut street interview video is attracting the attention of netizens again.

The video was first revealed three years ago, but like most topics in the media, the spark of interest seems to have returned. The interview was done when Jaejoong was still in high school. When he was asked what he wanted to do upon entering college, he replied, “I want to go to a night club. I want to hang out for all the times I couldn’t.”

It can be seen in the video clip that Jaejoong had very noticeably fair skin as well as a tall stature. Throughout the interview, Jaejoong had his arm around the shoulder of a girl who seems to have been his girlfriend.

Viewers have commented, “Girlfriend?”, “He has exceptional looks,” and “He was pretty before his debut. What plastic surgery?!!!!”

[NEWS] 110228 JYJ International Fans Sign Petition for JYJ’s Rights

JYJ’s international fans are rolling up their sleeves to help their idols. Nearly two weeks ago, we wrote about JYJ’s overseas fans undertaking a large campaign with a petition.

Approximately 86,418 international JYJ fans submitted a petition in regards to the lack of JYJ’s appearances on broadcasts.

According to a press release on February 28th, “from February 2nd to the 25th,” JYJ international fans have “voluntarily hosted a petition in 10 different languages advocating for JYJ’s Legal and Human Rights and a formal complaint about JYJ’s invalid restrictions in their music promotions and television appearances.”

About the petition, a representative from the JYJ international fans stated, “We are TVXQ and JYJ members’ fans as well as consumers of a cultural phenomenon known as the Korean Wave (Hallyu). We like to put an end to companies like SM Entertainment and KMP from violating JYJ’s rights protected under the South Korean law.”

International fans argued points based on personal rights, labor rights and income rights. They explained “this violates JYJ’s rights as South Korean citizens to freely act as celebrities. They must be protected with beneficial labor rights that include sufficient break time. ”

The Seoul Central Court had ordered the SM to pay for the damages done by the company’s blockade in JYJ’s activities.
