Dear Readers,
It’s been a year and 2 months when JYJ3 opened their doors and we already reached 22 million web hits ^__^. We are so happy to know JYJ3.net is loved by many fans around the world. Thank you so much for all the support. To be honest with you, many things have happened in that time, but the most important is that we are still here.
When people told us how JYJ3 Team work inspired them to open a new site for JYJ’s fans in their country, It makes us very happy and we felt like we are not only updating about JYJ’s activities, but also we are spreading the love for JYJ. This encourage us to become a better site and to keep supporting JYJ even in tough times.
JYJ3 Team is really a hardworking Team, but also just everyone else we aren’t only fans, we also have our own lives outside JYJ Fandom and because of this, there are days when there isn’t enough staff to meet the expectations of our readers. Soon JYJ’s group and solo activities will be on a larger scale in the coming weeks, this is why we decide to open the applications. We really need more people to support JYJ, to support your bias solo activity through JYJ3.net. We want to become the best Fansite for JYJ and for I-fans, but to achieve this we need your contribution, any help is needed in the short or long term, after all this is like a volunteer work, which means that you will do in your free time.

5) What job can you do in JYJ3?
There are three regular positions in JYJ3: 1.- Admin (a or b), 2.- Translator (a or b) and 3.- Designer. But we are adding more positions: 4. Other
Here are their general descriptions so that you can tell us in what role you picture yourself. It could be 1,2,3,4 or mixed roles.
1,- Admin Profile:
- Because you will be updating JYJ3, you should have enough free time to allow you to do so consistently.
- (a) The Admins will update JYJ’s group and solo activities from all members.
- (b) We also want Admins that be advocated exclusively to support your bias solo activity and JYJ’s group activities. [Please specify: Jaejoong + JYJ / Junsu + JYJ / Yoochun + JYJ / or mixed]
2.- Translator Profile:
- You need to know Korean (JYJ’s activities in Korea), Japanese, Chinese or Spanish (For JYJ’s Concerts in Chile and Peru)
- (a) The Translators will translate JYJ’s group and solo activities from all members.
- (b) We also want Translators that be advocated exclusively to support your bias solo activity and JYJ’s group activities. [Please specify: Jaejoong + JYJ / Junsu + JYJ / Yoochun + JYJ / or mixed]
3.- Designer Profile:
- You must be creative and also skilled in graphic design that allows you to express your creativity for JYJ3. We need someone in charge of JYJ3 Banners/Headers
4.- Other
If you have another quality/ability that may contribute to JYJ3, then please tell us here.
- Creative people that can participate in JYJ3′s future Fan Projects.
- Skilled people for video captioning (Eng Sub Video).
- People who just update GAPP (You will be added as JYJ3 Contributor, Read here)
- etc.

JYJ3 already IS the best fansite for JYJ. Anywhere. That’s why people are flocking here. It’s so funny – all those years of feeling kind of locked out because I didn’t speak or read Korean. Now, I bet a similar thing is happening among JYJ fans who don’t read and write in English! Because THIS is the place to be if you love JYJ.

There should be a troll killer admin. Usually the position is for moderators. They are responsible for viewing all the comments in JYJ3 to make sure that everyone follow the rules.
I know some amazing people here who would make an amazing moderator.
as much i love JYJ3 and i know how hard Adnims work, I feel bad because did not meet any require and don’t have any skill to help Adnims. I know it not about money it about time to balance with JYJ3 site actives and normal life but I still want to say if site need donation to make anyway to help you girls… i am ready!

wish can be more help for JYJ3 fansite, however i don’t see myself fit in any of the categories. maybe as adminie, though i doubt can be committed as per requirement plus my english are not that fluent
anyway this fansite is the best sources of JYJ’s news and i’m humbly thanks to JYJ3 Team for all the efforts of making a remarkable fansite for JYJ fans esp. Int. fans

JYJ3, you guys are awesome and you know that if I had more time on my hands I would do the best to help.
I also think you guys should have a lookout for editors and proofreaders because there are a bunch of people who can translate but are not very good at putting words together. An editor or proofreader would give you a hand on that.
Also moderators. As I said in the above posts, you may want to consider opening up positions for fans of JYJ and JYJ3 who have a lot of time to spare and can rotate shifts in order to moderate posts and comments, before it runs out of control. Mind you, sometimes the JYJ3 readers are awesome in the art of troll-killing but in any case it gets out of hand, there’s always that one or two person who is there and aware of these things.
Anyway, these are just my thoughts ^___^
I second that. Even if you’re a good writer there’s always something you’ll miss. Even a typo or so.

Ooo… nice! But by translator… do you mean from the Korean language to any other languages stated above? Is something like an oversea article, say like a Chinese article, to be translated to English? I can help if that’s so! I used to translate English documents for my boss when I was working part time… for the Chinese clients.
