JYJ Kim Junsu’s first official album, titled Xia, started taking pre-orders, only to have servers crash immediately, earning a hot response.
On May 4, pre-orders for Kim Junsu’s first official album, Xia, started on both online and offline stores, revealing the album images and track list. With the sudden, overwhelming response, the online music market site, Synnara experienced a server crash, shortly after the pre-orders began.
Through C-JES Entertainment, the album distributor employee told enews, “On May 4 , the music website for pre-orders crashed soon after the process began at 10am. Right now, we’re trying to restore the site,” acknowledging the interest fans have in Xia.
With participation from US’ famous choreographer, Jeri Slaughter, as well as other great professionals, Xia is bringing in much anticipation with a total of twelve songs, most of which Kim Junsu self-composed, exhibiting his abilities as a singer songwriter.
Also, the album displays a fantastical feeling, with Kim Junsu’s vocal talents in melody and rhythm, being able to show a wide range of emotions and voices. Especially with the title song, Tarantallegra as the focus, the album varies many genres from dance, r&B, ballad, and hip-hop ballad.

I think it’s awesome JS is officially shedding “Xiah” by using the new name “Xia.” This is daebak in so many levels
Xiah was made by Junsu not sme Junsu gave himself that song , maybe i am wondering maybe someone thinks the proper spelling of Xiah is Xia , and there are other possibilities , i know the court gave JYJ the right to use TVXQ so sme can’t sue them but maybe they forgot to include the right to their own names like Xiah Hero Micky when they went to get the court consent , but i don’t think so , i think this is not a legal move Xia is an econamical move right now sme uses Xiah , if Xia is also used as Xiah , new JYJ fans will go buying unrelated JYJ products but sme products like Xiah solo songs from during sme days so to not mix the products Xia was used its how i came to understand , the reason the servers crashed is because fans knew what to write Xia so focus was on the Xia CD not sme Xiah CD’s i belive this is the reason Xia was used to lift up the mix up and highlight focus on the Xia Album. i am just saying that could be it i don’t think there would be a legal dispute if Xiah was used but it could cause confusion , also like i told u Xiah is made by Junsu. in the end Xia is Xiah same pronounciation and its the pronunciation Junsu came up with and not the spelling i bet : P
mmm i don’t think the court give them right to use tvxq. i remember the court give them rights to do activities as jyj and individual activities.

Agreed, it’s a great move. His old stage name is closely associated with SM. New name = new identity and life. Yet he won’t lose the value of the old cos’ the unique pronunciation is retained. And he’s using Kim Junsu for JYJ and musicals, so it’s like a different brand for different product line.

i understand what u mean this music album is the album of my life the ultimate album. who misses out on Junsu’s voice is missing out on a great deal of pleasure Music is all about the voice the voice and Junsu has the voice , this is music , JUNSU IS MUSIC #u#

then you’re wrong. I’m extremely Jaejoong biased but I’ve ordered this album already. I don’t only love Jaejoong, I also love JYJ, and since Joongie strongly supports his brother’s album, there’s no reason for me not to. Besides, this album is a great temptation. ^^

haha, these websites need to prepare themselves whenever JYJ or individual member releases album, or tickets start to be sold. Server crash happens every time. The power of JYJ, in this case Junsu! The only advantage of cockblocking is that JYJ become more exclusive. Fans will want to see or listen to them even more.
