Junsu, you own the stage and this is indeed your home!
Thank you for sharing your God given talent to us, and for being an inspiration to many…
You are A-W-E-S-O-M-E!
Isn’t he just? A-W-E-S-O-M-E indeed. I can’t quite take in what this man has done in the last 48 hours and how he may very well have just broken open the flood-gates of SM’s attempts to shut them down. I guess we’ll see, as time goes on.
Im thinking that the plan for JYJ to have solo projects for now is also working well for them. It may be too much of a handful now for SM and its cohorts to block all their successful solo activities…Yoochun and Junsu did well outstandingly, soon its going to be Jaejoong’s turn.
@jyj1214
” It may be too much of a handful now for SM and its cohorts to block all their successful solo activities…”
And by any standard, one would have to judge that the sum total of SM’s efforts to block and ban JYJ from their meteoric rise to even greater fame has been the Epic FAIL of the decade. BAFfie has likened their efforts to having been orchestrated by the Keystone Cops and I agree with her. They’ve got all of their collective fingers in the holes of this dyke and now the thing is just about ready to break open completely.
This concert looks like it was freakin awesome. Wish this tour wasn’t only in Asia tho! >.< Maybe after Jae and Yoochun release their solo albums they can do a huge concert performing their JYJ ensembles and their solo music too! That'd be sooo epic!!
Yes! someone suggested something like this in another post. It could be a new world tour with each member having their own stage, then coming together for JYJ songs. This would be different from what other groups in Korea are doing and these groups would still have to play catchup to JYJs groundbreaking ideas
believe it or not,I was at the Madame Tussauds today & when I am at the corner of Micheal Jackson,while I watch his video I think Junsu have same vibe like him,the way dance & things
Awwww i love that pic…. I just commented on another topic about how I came to tears seeing the love that showed on his face when he asked his fans to sing ….. I will say it again… I love that man!!
Just looked at the photos again. Junsu really is doing things his OWN way..
He has created a concert that reflects who he is…
Including songs from the musical is truly a statement of this>>>”This is who I am musically in totality…” He wants the fans who may not have experienced Elizabeth, Mozart or Tears to experience that music as well because that music is part of who he is also. Musicals were not just something he did to fill time… This is the complete package of the Entertainer known as Kim Junsu!
I really like that on this his first solo tour he has been able to make all the creative decisions in mounting the show, saying what he wants to do, what songs he wants to sing, etc etc. This makes these shows really special and totally personal to Junsu the artist. I also believe that it’s the reason why he is doing as well as he is in concert. Everything about the show is as he has said he wants it.
my take on all the great success of all of JYJ’s great individual activities is that….SM will be crying like Avex. They might actually want them back. or at least wish they didn’t go. but that’s just a theory of mine lol
@starraecer
“SM will be crying like Avex. They might actually want them back. or at least wish they didn’t go. but that’s just a theory of mine lol”
I think: there’s no way they want them back as they are now. They wanted them when they were young kids, music hopefuls that they could exploit and brainwash into thinking that all their hard work would benefit them as well instead of only enriching SM. THAT’S what SM wants. Exploitable commodities. As they are now – JYJ would NEVER fit into that mold. These young men know who they are, what they are worth and what they can command. They are very savvy and sophisticated businessmen now, apart from everything else they are. SM doesn’t want people who are awake. They want to sign up young kids before they know anything about anything.
I meant money wise. Avex wanted TVXQ back together because they were a cash cow. I meant the same as for SM. But I never said JYJ would go back. And if all SM artists are what you say, you are calling HoMin out too. Us fans don’t know any of the circumstances besides them deciding to stay behind in SM. We don’t know if they had issues. I mean, they came back almost 2 years after the hiatus happened. Those 2 are just as sophisticated and savvy. Granted, JYJ had to do it mostly on their own, but still…..JYJ is from TVXQ. They are all amazing men that have each gone through their own challenges. And i’m sorry that I’m bringing TVXQ up on a JYJ blog but it doesn’t mean that one little comment of mine should start someone on degrading other artists. They sing to live too. They’re as human as anyone else.

” But I never said JYJ would go back. And if all SM artists are what you say, you are calling HoMin out too.”
I wasn’t particularly thinking of Homin when I wrote what I wrote, but now that you mention it, yes I think it applies to Homin too. They showed themselves to be too afraid to leave, too unsure of their own abilities to take a chance and roll the dice as independent artists. Neither of these two states of being really says “sophisticated and savvy” to me. More like “easily intimidated and all too aware of their short-comings.” And I don’t buy the argument that “we don’t know anything.” I never have. Why? because I’ve done the research, I’ve done the reading and I have made it my business to get the facts that are there for one to see if one is capable of seeing clearly. I’ve learned all I can, in other words, for going on 2 years now. I also have a long history in the music business. here in the U.S. and I have a good understanding of entertainment law and why artists do what they do. The argument “we don’t really know anything” have become buzzwords to me to denote: “What’s Coming Next Is The Argument Of Someone With NO Facts.” Sorry. I mean you no offense, but really I’ve heard this one a hundred times and it never has held water as a theory once. You as a fan may not “know anything.” I as a fan, do.
I certainly know that “Homin sing to live too.” I know that “They are human.” What this has to do with anything pertinent to my post… honestly, I just haven’t a clue. Lastly I will tell you my opinion about the 5 former members of TVXQ being equal talents, worthy of equal respect. I don’t think they are. I think JYJ are the heart, the soul and the power of the former TVXQ. i think Homin are the flash, the manufactured image and a few of the trappings.

Right! I’m glad we’re on the same page!
ditto…
garnering new fans by individual activities and hold a group concert gives a new meaning to advertisement.

Baby Su makes an appearance at Xia concert…
@A Friend of JYJ
Ahhh… yes that did it. Following you was the key. Now I can see the photos.
