[TRANS] 120625 Hayato’s Blog Update: “Their sadness is also…incomparable to mine”

June 30, 2012 · JYJ3 Team

Incomparable to mine

The attack I got from antis was as brash as (sorry for the bad word)… Die Hayato…
It’s better if you were killed by the tsunami… it fired up my eyes

At one time last year, these type of words were left at the comment section and this type of enumeration continued (of course it was set as private) (t/n: if you ever commented on Hayato-san’s blog, he always kept the comment as private for him to filter before it appears on the blog)

But, I wasn’t badly hurt by the anti’s words, instead it was the words coming from JYJ fans which pierced through my chest… Depression… I even thought of closing down the blog

And then, the warm supporting words…that had given strength to the depressed me

Words of those anti’s heart that the three of them had to face…rumors…the amount that they had are incomparable to mine

But, the bond between them is deep… Their bond is stronger when the big tides came

At the time when Yoochun lost his father, Jaejoong and Junsu had came together and shared the sadness…and then the sasaeng problem, the three of had stick together and overcome it together

These kind of guys who could never hurt each other…because the three of them need each other

And also, I could say that they had been able to overcome it all due to the love from C-Jes and all of you… sticking together with them, how much had that encouraged them through it all

For each and everything that pops out, they needed each other, they respect each other…parts where they were hurt, their bond got stronger

If (things are) tearing them apart, that will only solidify their unity

But, I feel like they are now in a very deep sadness…or am I thinking too much?

Spreading rumors among fans…hurting each other…What I’m worried about is the change of antis of JYJ fans…Did you all do the same vulgar things those antis did?

Why…can’t you fully believe them?

Their sadness is also…incomparable to mine

Yet many believed the idiotic rumors and attacked the boys, CJes and EACH OTHER. It is ridiculous how easily rumors are believed and spread, and how easily people jump on the hate-fest bandwagon. This includes the hate bandwagon against CJes. It is not up to us to dictate JYJ’s decision to put their trust in CJes or not, the fact is they trust CJes. They are not the children everyone seems to think they are. And CJes although it has many flaws and has/WILL make many mistakes….it is a million trillion times better than those other companies who battered them so hard that I don’t even know how they are still emotionally intact. The FACT is CJes like everything else in this world has weaknesses, but the guys are so happy working with them. They bought a car for the CEO, a dance studio for the dancers, some of them hang out with their managers off schedule, and play with Monica’s kid like they are relatives. Yoochun trusted CJes so much that his brother also signed with them. OTHER actors are also signing with CJes.
The FACT is that people are joining CJes…..but the only ones who seem to be NOT grateful to CJes for CHOOSING to stand against Goliath with the 3 are FANS.

Besides this I just wish stupid fanwars wouldn’t happen. The only result of fanwars is greater animosity between fans/the company/etc., people choosing to LEAVE the fandom because of drama, or people who could have potentially become fans choosing not to. Also, the ones who spread rumors and then feign ignorance……..this is the internet…..everyone KNOWS OK………and it does not make your fandom look good whichever side it is. As a result of your trouble-brewing you are distancing sane fans from your fandom too. SO basically everyone loses in the end.

Some fans never seem to learn from past experiences with SME and Avex
JYJ is the IMPORTANT here..nothing more
seriously Cjes is just a AGENCY..even if our JYJ chose them as his agency now…you will never know these people so well( I mean Ceos or people from these Agencies )…our JYJ also chose Avex when he left sme but they never knew avex would betray them too.
we must always be prepared for anything

I said it bcuz I always read your statement “poor Cjes” ,”CJes are unpaid” ,”Cjes is a new agency”,”CJES,CJES, CJES”
JYJ is our artist and our idol..no Cjes
of course we should major attacks to Cjes bcuz they are agency of JYJ now and AVOID FANWARS
but CJES still is ONLY a AGENCY
      I dont believe in agencies
I just believe in Jaejoong,Yoochun and Junsu
they are in Cjes now..I respect that.. but I do not believe in them blindly
p.s:cjes is not that new..they already managed hallyu stars in the past.
that´s why I said “only Believe in JYJ” ..nobody more.

So basically the lesson that you wish to teach everyone is ALL people in power should not be trusted…. Fans forget ONE important thing! With SME and AVEX JYJ had an EXCLUSIVE contract….where their pay, activities, and everything else was determined by the company. With CJes…..if fans claim it as bad and stupid as it is…….JYJ have NO problem dropping them because in this relationship they have the control. NO…I am sorry you are wrong in reading my perspective. When I defend CJes it is ONLY because I trust JYJ’s decision and do not CHOOSE to ‘baby’ them like many fans do when they start their “OMG Cjes is as evil as SME and Avex or has the ‘potential’ to be so shouldn’t be trusted”.

In the end I believe ONLY in JYJ.
I am NOT a CJes fan. I do not follow any other CJes entertainer including Yoohwan and Ji Hyo. IF JYJ choose to drop CJes I will have no qualms or complaints…..because in the end it is THEIR decision and not ours.

You may choose to think that you believe in JYJ but honestly you and other fans ARE NOT because you do not have the decency to trust who JYJ are willing to trust. Basically, in your mind JYJ was stupid for having signed onto SME, Avex and now CJes…..and are ‘stupid’ for trusting who they are working with. It is ONLY fans who know the ‘reality’ of the big bad wolf companies….(note sarcasm). And all those companies aims are just to screw them over. Even from SME and Avex JYJ gained many things that help them today. The HUGE difference between SME/Avex and CJes is that SME/Avex are evil leeches who have no consideration for human beings (they are only concerned with their overall profit) and CJes is that they have made too many stupid mistakes that have given them an ‘unprofessional’ rep. Overall my point is that I trust WHO JYJ choose to trust and do not think it is my duty or responsibility to attack, blame, criticize, harass, etc. who they trust. Also, it should not be my concern with the ‘inside’ politics of JYJ. I choose to leave the professional work to the professionals. JYJ is happy with CJes. CJes just needs to learn from its mistakes instead of ignoring them.
The only reason I defend CJes is in MY perspective the GOOD they have done for JYJ outweighs the bad. And I really wish they would open a suggestion board so they could hear fans ideas on how to improve too.

I am really wishing that fans would sit back and reflect on why they hate CJes. It seems…Kfans hate CJes because they think they cater to Jfans more (aka jealousy). Ifans hate CJes after concerts got cancelled in their countries and because CJes ignores ifans completely pretty much (all other Kcompanies do this too….I wish they would change..). Individual fans hate CJes because they think CJes looks for and takes more opportunities for some members more than others while ignoring others (aka some get more preferential treatment than others). Generally, fans hate CJes because they think they have really bad PR. Am I forgetting anything? Basically, all these fan grievances happen without fans knowing the full story of why things happen the way they do. There is probably an explanation that CJes has but cannot tell to fans because it will only create bigger flames =____=

People on twitter were saying that the JYJ3 admins have such a hard time and they are so thankful. It made me think that if fan site admins have such a hard time from a handful of arrogant prick fans than how much harder must it be for a company. I feel sorry for them and would NEVER want that kind of a job. Honestly, they would make less money but CJes would probably have a much easier time without JYJ too…..
People are also saying that they wish JYJ would just make their own company…..but honestly does that even make sense? JYJ would still need to hire people to keep track of the million things they do. In the end those people would also be attacked for doing a ‘poor’ job.

I don’t wish for fans to love CJes. I am wishing that fans would actually learn to respect JYJ’s decisions and the people they trust or are related to. Because again this is a pattern….it is not just CJes who is attacked now….but basically EVERYONE who JYJ is affiliated with…be it JJ’s sis or bio-mom or friends, or even Junsu’s TWIN brother. Fans think they have a right to step into anything that JYJ is related to….to the point it is insane and stalkerish. Of course you and I have many complaints against CJes or others….I don’t evn wish fans would silence their complaints. I am just frustrated that fans don’t know or don’t care to be respectful to each other, CJes, JYJ or their family. And personally it saddens me a lot.

Lastly, I would like to say that is my post seems to be attacking you I apologize. That was not my intent. It just came out that way X/////X

yes, and what worse is that those fans didnt even hold themselves to think before act. as fans it is easy for them to leave a fandom anytime they want. but have they even think that their words n acts could leave a deep wound to the 3 n also to people they work with n will remain? that was their hard work fans been critizing without known the real circumstances n how hard they work. even if that happen to us, when other keep critizing n attacked our work, in which we have work on it like crazy n being so stressful abt it, we could be depressed n hurt by those words. it was just as same with Cjes i believe. they are also human after all..

and for the 3, fans could easily ‘attack’ one of them , and then never realy thought how it would really hurt them. but it was the boys’ feeling they hurting, and their bonds n relationships that those people attack n seems so eager to ‘destroy’.

even couple who have been married for so long could easily broken n hurt each other when people who dont really know their matter are interfering between the couple. in indonesia we called it ‘adu domba’ or ‘devide et impera’, (idk how to said it in english, “divide n made them fight”?)

can we just support them? even if you dont like the other 2, no need to bash n attack them, just appreciate them to be there n stand for your bias all this time, to fight together, to cherished, care n love each other all this time. each of them are the most people who knows n living the pain, sorrow n hard time the most in this fandom. giving an input for Cjes as fans who wanna see them better for JYJ i believe are most welcome by Cjes n the boys too. but to told them what to do n demand things hat would cause uncomfortable situation between Cjes n to each other of the boys?

words so easily said, action so easily to be taken, but fans so often forget, that they didnt owned JYJ n that one of the reason they left SME, was because they want to free n not be puppets anymore. but fans sometimes turns out to be just another SME disguised in the name of ‘fans’.

        @one_nee

Well, I think what you said is largely true, but remember that C-jeS and JYJ can choose to embrace or ignore the fans. And in fact, if the big fan groups want to count on being ignored, all they have to do is to continue to make demands as if they were somehow entitled to do so. Then, that will pretty much close down communications of any sort between C-jeS and JYJ’s fans. Because as you said, the workers at C-jeS are only human and as hard as they work for the guys, amid all the insane blocking and banning orchestrated by SM, there is only so much they will take.

        • one_nee
          July 1, 2012

yes i do think that sometimes i hope JYJ, Cjes, beyondmonica even Hayato or other people that work together n for JYJ would just ignore fans. but just like Hayato, they really wanna embrace fans, even their family also treat n care for fans. i never saw any artists who care so much for their fans, keep thinking how humbly sorry coz they cant do much for fans. and also have their family and people work together with them to share the same attention n care to fans as the boys themselves…

It seems at times there are more stupid irrational fans, that TRUE fans that support all three. You can have your bias, but to bash the other two is totally wrong. There is another group that has 10+ members some have left rest stayed. Onewho left has a successful career. But the fandom is totally strong. Each fan has their bias, and are not calling for the disbandment, solo or whatever. The fans are not fighting each other. The blog that supports this group is succcessful no back biting, and if there is, it is quickly dealt with. I can’t for the life of me understand why these “new” fans are having such a hard time enjoying JYJ. yes they used to be part of DBSK but they chose to leave the company, we know the reasons that are told to us, but we will never know the FULL reason. If you are old enough to have followed them from the beginning then you are not a teenager or tween anymore, but an adult who would know how hard it for them to walk away. Why if you are a JYJ Lover would you jump on the anti bandwagon. Even if you only Love one member, REMEMBER… The THREE, THREE, not one, or two BUT THREE JaeJoong, YuChoon and Junsu walked together strong in their Love and Beliefs in one another. We need to come together as a fandom and become STRONG to SUPPORT JYJ all three against the antis and naysayers. Even if we have to form our own fandom with new name and color. I know, I know, Casseopia is JYJ but it seems at times they are not. I honestly JYJ fandom needs to be established period. Any suggestions

      June 30, 2012 Reply

I know what you mean, but to create a new JYJ fandom, this would be so wrong, not because I think so, but because this would break the boys hearts, never do that. Jaejoong himself said “I don’t know another fandom, only Cassiopeia and Bigeast”. Ppl just should consider which pain their actions cause the boys… to think that it’s ok to bash one member because of their bias and that this would be ok for their bias?! I don’t know how anyone can possibly think this way.

I agree with you, casseopia’s themselves have made the choice to split everything up, my question is where is the so call keep the faith they preach when they were the ones that gave their back to JYJ, yet there were few that chose to stay with JYJ supporting them. Fandoms don’t split but stay true but this casseopia and big east sometimes makes wonder if they are true for what they say and stand for. But we will see what happens after the lawsuit, as for me I’m not part of a fandom but an only fan of JYJ as 3!

          @lilibaiyu
this is what I found out, the iconic stand by u blue ocean was a special project from Big East DBSK’s Japanese fan club and AVEX, their label turn their entire label dome blue as a surprise for TVXQ while they sang Stand By U. The AVEX staff helped out by placing blue light sticks under every seat in Tokyo Dome. The color blue is said to represent the Japanese gratitude and acceptance for the members.

On the second day of their live at TD, BigEast decided to give TVXQ a surprise present by changing from their Red Ocean to a White Ocean during TVXQ new song Still

So maybe is an official fandom!

        • Silvia
          June 30, 2012

Not sure if any one here is, not me, JYJ was still in the group when I knew them, but didn’t join because back then rumors were starting that the group had problems so lost interest in joining. Was invited by some cassies to join though but like I said, didn’t want to join until the rumors were clarified, which didn’t happened!

I think @lilibaiyu’s question is an honest one — is SME allowing international membership into Cassiopeia and is Avex allowing international membership into BigEast? I can say, with confidence, that prior to 2009 the answer would be no, but I have no idea of what the companies are allowing now. Are there any fans here who have joined without getting someone in Korea and/or Japan to sign up for them?

I think this is a big disconnect for many people, the difference between the fanclubs–Cassiopeia and Big East– and the fans who use these names to identify themselves as fans. Right now these fanclubs are only–ONLY–supporting the current incarnation of TVXQ. What fans who use these names as IDs are doing….*shrug* Being a Cassie and supporting JYJ is awesome, but saying that Cassiopeia supports JYJ is incorrect. The fans might be able to do both, but the fanclub, which belongs to the company, does not.

I don’t care anyways about cassies and what they are about, I was just trying to give whatever info I knew from back then because since JYJ got out of that company I just left them asideand nw my attention is towards JYJ!

I’m curious, because I don’t know anything how fanclubs in Asia work. What do you mean by Cassie’s + Bigeast’s only supporting the two? I get that the membership fee is used for them, that’s logical, but besides that? Thank you in advance ^^

        • springbok7
          July 1, 2012

          @makiforjyj
The official fanclub Cassiopeia is operated by SME specifically as the fanclub of DBSK. As the current incarnation of DBSK contains two persons, the official and current fanclub Cassiopeia is the fanclub for the two-person DBSK (aka DBSK2, HoMin, etc etc).

Likewise, the official fanclub BigEast is operated by Avex specifically as the fanclub for Tohoshinki, which in its current incarnation means that Bigest is the official fanclub for the two-person Tohoshinki aka HoMin.

It appears that the way fanclubs in South Korea (and Japan I guess) is that the entertainment company with which an artist signs will set up an official fanclub where members pay dues and get the chance for fanmeets or other membership goodies. To label oneself as a member of one of those groups is to indicate one’s support for the group or idol for whom the fanclub was set up.

In the case of DBSK/Tohoshinki, the lines are muddled because of the history of the group. The original incarnations of Cassiopeia in South Korea and Bigeast in Japan were to support the five-member group DBSK/Tohoshinki. So members paid their dues, and got official goods (like the red Bigeast blankets and stuff like that) and maybe also the chance to get to fanmeets and stuff but I’m not so sure about the fanmeets part. But yeah, the members definitely got the chance to buy goods specifically for fanclub members. They’d organize stuff like the coloured lightsticks for specific songs at concerts and all that kind of thing, but the thing to keep in mind again is that the fanclubs are run BY the entertainment company at some level, so coordinating those things was kind of like part of the standard concert setup, even if the idols themselves weren’t in the loop. Anyway, when the lawsuit occurred, SME and Avex didn’t do anything with the fanclubs Cassiopeia and Bigeast for over a year I think it was (you can research the exact dates if you’re intertested) but after the decision was made by SME to promote HoMin as DBSK, SME restarted Cassiopeia as the fanclub for the two-member DBSk aka HoMin. Thus Cassiopeia came to be a fanclub that supports only HoMin. Likewise, when Avex restarted Bigeast, they restarted it for the two-member Tohoshinki and now it technically is a fanclub that only supports HoMin.

It’s hard though, because it’s very easy to say “I’m a Cassie” or “I’m Bigeast”, but it’s very difficult to know exactly what a person means by that. Could be a current member of Cassiopeia/Bigeast and therefore support HoMin, could be a previous member of Cassiopeia/Bigeast and therefore supportED DBSK5/Tohoshinki5, or could be never was an officially paid member of any of the fanclubs because of being an international fan etc, but identifies with one or the other of those groups. It’s sad to say but the word “Cassie” is as open to misunderstanding as the names DBSK and Tohoshinki. It means very different things to a lot of people.

Sorry for jumping in, but I hope this helped explain things for you.

Wonder why some of you are interested on those fandoms if by joining you have to go through sm and avex, that’s why I said why I was wasting my time talking about it. I know who I support and don’t really care what the other side does/doesn’t do. I was once critize in my first OD when I said I was angry at sm for using JYJ voices in some songs, certain confused one said it was all about sm, very interesting on seeing how some all of a sudden like to know more about sm fandoms!

Ît’s really just out of curiosity…I don’t know anything about the fandom(s), so I asked, I only knew that you pay a fandom membership fee, that’s all… oh and I don’t want to join it, never.

        • springbok7
          July 2, 2012

          @Silvia

I’m not sure if you are addressing me or someone else but in case it was me….

You said you wondered why some of us are interested in those fandoms. First of all, a “fandom” and a “fanclub” are not the same thing. A fan~CLUB~ can be official or unofficial, but it’s still a specific ~organization~ in support of a specific thing, where members pay a membership fee or dues of some kind, and get some kind of exclusive benefit in terms of discounts, merchandise, or other benefits from being a paid member. A fan~DOM~, as @Eliza so eloquently described over in the 06/30 ODP, is “the domain of fans who communicate with other fans”, a collection of people from wherever, being whoever (i.e. from all walks of life, any age, any gender, any race, any country, and any ideology), whose only common link is the fact that they all share the attribute of being a fan of “X”, whatever “X” might happen to be (and “X” could be anything from Star Wars to drag racing [YAY to Erica Enders being the FIRST WOMAN to win a ProStock NHRA event today!!! =P] to My Little Pony to Britney Spears to long-line tuna fishing. You get the drift.).

I’m going to assume you mean fanclub rather than fandom, because that makes more sense in your context: “Wonder why some of you are interested on those fandoms if by joining you have to go through sm and avex” and “very interesting on seeing how some all of a sudden like to know more about sm fandoms!”. Anyway, a lot of us probably aren’t particularly interested in these two fanclubs. I know I’m not interested in the slightest in JOINING those fanclubs, but I AM interested in them in terms of what they tell me about the history of Jaejung, Yuchun, and Junsu. I am also interested in them because I’m just nosy that way LOL! I did research into them a bit when I first discovered JYJ which is why I have an idea of what’s what in that department (though not really any more in depth than what I posted above). Knowing what the Cassiopeia and Bigeast fanclubs stand for now and what they stood for in the past is important in the JYJ fandom not so much because a fan might want to join them but because it categorizes fans. Knowing what a person means when they say “I’m a Cassie from 2005″ versus “I’m a Cassie from 2011″ tells you a lot about what they’ve gone through in this fandom.

Now, as far as @makiforjyj asking about the fanclubs, I’m sorry but I don’t see why you are even batting an eyelid about it. She didn’t know, therefore she asked about it. That’s how people learn. She didn’t even state an opinion about the matter but just asked for an explanation, so I hope that your statement about joining was not directed at her.

I’m not sure how much of this stuff is maybe just things getting lost in translation. I read all the comments above a few times: yours, @lili’s, @eliza’s, etc, and I’m still getting the feeling that you are getting upset about something in @lili and @eliza’s comments that isn’t actually there. And maybe it’s just silly semantics, like the fanCLUB versus fanDOM stuff, it can be confusing and can easily be taken the wrong way if the two terms get mixed up.

If I act suspicious and self defensive towards some people here is because I was approach several times the wrong way when I wanted to give an opinion on sm and their doings, was led to feel like I was here on this site as an anti JYJ. How curious it is to me that when someone that has been here for a long time and yet some of you know them can talk about whatever topic you want and don’t get treated the wrong way but come to join the conversation without been slashed if it is on sm and their doings..I know who to talk respectfully and who I don’t want to, respect is given not earned. If any of you want to be treated kindly, at least treat others the same way, no matter if you have known them for a day, everyone has their right to their opinion and not been treated like they are stealing someone elses space. If you don’t want to get to know the newcomers then at lest show them some kind of respect to whatever they have to say and respond in a proper way without been seen as the enemy. I hope I don’t become as some that has left this site thinking they were in the wrong place to love and support JYJ and was treated like they were not welcome by some people here!

          @Silvia

Ah, I see what you are saying now, and I understand where you are coming from. Sigh. What you have touched on is a topic that rises to the surface regularly here on JYJ3, but there really isn’t a good solution. I hope this quick essay will give you at least a bit more understanding of the WHY even if the WHAT doesn’t change one bit.

There are those among us who, based on their personal history in the fandom, tend to be very extra protective of both JYJ and of JYJ3. Amongst those, there are some who when presented with a questionable situation will generally bite first and ask questions later. There have been many times (I’ve seen a lot of these times myself) where this WAS necessary, the “newcomer” was an out and out troll and that troll definitely needed to have its tail nipped and have the door firmly shut behind said nipped tail.

Unfortunately, the real problem (and I think this is what you may have run into, I don’t recall your specific case so I can’t speak to it directly) occurs when the situation is not black and white, and the person who is “newcomer” is not an obvious troll such as I describe above. Then things can get messy as each of us then has our own take on the “grey area” we are presented with. Some of us still tend to “bite first question later” while others tend to “give the benefit of the doubt” and try to engage the “newcomer” more fully before judging. Like I said, this is messy because some of us have a lower tolerance for certain things and some of us have a higher tolerance. Some of us have had very ugly experiences in the past and are dead-set on not repeating those, and therefore are quick to try and prevent that, even if sometimes it is not necessary.

Speaking for myself, I am most definitely in the “benefit of the doubt” category. That’s just ~my~ nature and likely no matter how many times I end up troll-tail-nipping I’ll still be in that category. If you are talking about who I think you are, she is definitely in the “bite first” category, and as I said, she and others in that category with her are there because of both ~their~ nature and their experiences have made them that way. And believe me, we butt heads regularly on the matter, but it’s how she is and it’s how I am. We recognize that fact and as far as ~I~ know, we haven’t let it get in the way of our friendship (hopefully she doesn’t step in here and tell me I’m wrong =P) and we’ve been friends since I started posting on JYJ3 over a year ago. In fact, both she and another in her category were very helpful to me when I was researching JYJ history, in pointing me towards resources from which I could learn more about it.

I hope you are able to look past the experience you had in the past and find your own niche here at JYJ3. There will always be differing opinions about stuff, but it’s important to not assume that the comment you are replying to is a personal attack. And even if you think it is, it’s probably better to just pop off an email or tweet to the admins to check it, since personal attacks ARE against the rules of the site AND sometimes in the heat of the moment we read (or write) things that come out sounding way different than we intended. I hope all this helps you. Sorry for being so long-winded about it, I blame my father! Dang uni lecturer! =P

And P.S.: WTH wordpress?!? Why are you listing people’s comments out of order? That’s really freaking confusing, you know!!!!

This is the result of being a perfect “idol” rather than a flawed, human artist. An “idol” is an image around which a following is built. The factions that are formed are as fanatical as any other religion. When a war breaks out, it is the idol that is attacked first — the figurehead of the opposite side. And as everyone knows, there is nothing as vicious as a holy war.

The shame is that JYJ are not just images. They are artists who work hard at their craft. They are men with families and friends and lives of their own. They are worthy of admiration for the way they lead their very human lives. By making them just “idols” these fans are degrading them. By making JYJ the centre of their internal, petty spats, the fans are negating their real work.

    Hayato-san, now I’m sad, too.

Thank you. I hope many will realize that “the road to hell is paved with good intentions.” Some of these so called “fans” do not realize when they themselves are part of the problem and not the solution. No one is asking people to not have their biases or have a preference, but when you do it at the expense of others in this new JYJ family, you are no better than an anti. Actions speak louder than words; saying one thing, while your actions are contrary and hurtful to the fandom is a prime example of this.

Tbh, I already drew back, because, it doesn’t seem like they are willing to change or heed advice. They are so sure of themselves being right and everyone else being wrong and just hating, they have blocked their ears. SMH.

2010 and 2011 were years of attacks against JYJ from the outside (SME, SME fans, and media friends).
JYJ grew under this attack. 2012 has been a series of attacks against their minds – their confidence, their pride, their family, their fans.
This year has been much harder. I think if we just make through this time period, everything will get much better. Everything in life is like that – with times of severe trials. Just by sticking together and not giving up, we can go through this successfully. As a fan, just hold on and don’t get discouraged or give up. JYJ are doing that too.

    Rumors? I just ignore them.
After all, rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.

I had totally missed this posting until I saw a couple of references on ODP. Decided I would check it out. Oh my. There is so much one can say, but it appears as if there has already been a mountain of discussion. The one thing I will say is this, to Mr. Hayato…

Sir, thank you for being a true friend to JJ, YC, and JS. These amazing young men have allowed this ahjumma noona fan (thank you Jae * :-) *) to become a part of their world.

It’s not easy being a part of this fandom. So much craziness occurs due to so many factors. Not the least of which I believe is supreme manipulation. Manipulation designed to cause havoc and turmoil. And even if all the nonsense that pops up is random in nature, or maybe part of it, my response to all this is to stay strong.

For JYJ this was not an easy path to take, but they took it anyway. Courage is not something you buy at the store. You won’t find it on a shelf or on a rack to be picked up and looked at. Courage is that part of you internally, that allows you to make the difficult decisions and take the road less travelled. You don’t have a clear map, but you navigate the best you can. Sometimes obstacles come up when you least expect them. It’s how you handle those obstacles that allow you to proceed on your path.

I believe STRONGLY that JJ, YC, JS are quite capable of doing what they have to, to make it down that path. I am going down that path with them. I’m not going to hold their hands. They are grown men who can stand on their own. What they need from me is to believe in them, support them, and care enough to not let the difficult times scare me off. Well sir, they don’t have to worry about this ahjumma noona. I am one tough cookie, with a big heart, who is not afraid to take their backs when needed.

As I’ve said before and will continue to say…As long as JJ, YC, and JS don’t give up, neither will I. Somehow, I get the impression, neither will you. Nice. ;-)

Hell, I might even ask them to write me a song for my 80th BD!

I agree: Ignore, Ignore, Ignore. That’s what I do when people offend me and hurt my feelings. I just ignore them. How others behave has everything to do with them and little or nothing to do with me.
