No need to worry whatsoever! If you’ve been following the case, the boys have been winning so far. So no need to worry for them at all.

With the final verdict of the JYJ vs. SME case coming out in 2 weeks, I hope C-JeS will be able to settle the case with Avex soon. Although JYJ’s situation in the Korean entertainment industry may not change much even if they win, it’s still a lot better to get the lawsuits off their back. I’m praying until the day justice really prevails!
i do believe they still can’t be in a variety show ,but surely it will be a big relief on the boys if they win…im one of those praying that they will be free from a burden of a lawsuit & justice prevails eventually.step by step im sure we are going to see them in a korean tv.
Yes even if the situation might not change, at least broadcast stations can’t use the lawsuit BS anymore to prevent them on their programs

I am not worry about the lawsuit with SMe at all (they have been kicking SMe’s ass in the courtroom), but I am a little bit worried about this one. After all, they are the foreigners and Avex is from Japan. I hope that being foreigners won’t have an adverse effect on the outcome.
I’m praying for them all the time , for FREEDOM of JYJ , for the fact that when they win every hater will know he took the wrong side ..
It is just personal opinion. Nothing offensive.
1. Japan market after 311, all industries / enterprises in crisis. Economy is nothing better than Euro.
Major JP corps struggle to survive, now go totally westernized & globalized. eg. uniqlo , lotte. Korean artists may not got absolute favorite like before. (eg CF)
2. Even that “Sx” company is struggling to turn its artists into drama stars, then major income from CF, live concerts etc. digital album sales can’t sustain the company going. ( seemingly one 1 or 2 groups are making profit for this company now)
3. Pardon us, nuclear risk is greater than before. ( pls check yr side), plus zero nuclear era ended, nuclear plant reopened…60,000 expatriates already left JP for good.
4. Even JP lawsuit rule for JYJ, they still need to explore new markets. In 2012, JYJ 3 members got brilliant success in dramas and singing. Worth so much to have a greater market, that is near their countries and can offer huge reward for JYJ popularity.
5. 80% profit comes from 20% customers, to earn back those $ all spent on Free overseas concerts ; legal expense, 2012 Membership cost, we suggest JYJ performs in PRC quality stages. Many less popular/ talented Korean artists, craving to and have earned big profit in it.
( Taiwan leading brand drink film CF by 2 bomb hit Korean drama stars & broadcast in PRC! which we think JYJ can overshadow them if they want to).
Any legal matters will come to an end one day, whatever it is, no big deal ! CHANGE is crucial for 3 guys.
While PRC some provinces quite resent ” Sx ” and some of its artists ill treat Hang geng, it is golden chance to dominate the market.
Old belief: 1 week in JP income = 1 yr in Korea
New belief: 10 mths in PRC > 9 yrs in JP.
Sincerely wish JYJ’s total income equivalents to their popularity and hardworking level.

Normal person only got 24 hours a day, so hope JYJ & Asia mgr plan wisely before they join the army.

I thought C-Jes withdrew or is withdrawing its lawsuit against AVEX? Like they came to some sort of settlement agreement?
I’m not sure that July 6 will be the end of it re AVEX vs C-jes.
If I understand the background of the case, things came to a head 2 years ago when, within a few months of signing a (3 year?) contract with AVEX, the company came back and insisted on renegotiating that contract with deal points more
advantageous to AVEX. Since the members now had entertainment lawyers working for them, as opposed to when they signed with SM, THEY read the proposed new contract and on their advice the members refused to sign the new agreement. By this time they had already been working well with C-jeS as their personal managers, as the managers AVEX introduced to them and suggested they work with, and so when AVEX “suspended their activities” in Japan, they decided to just continue on with C-jeS. It would seem that on the basis of the circumstances therefore and on the basis of the fact that AVEX refused to provide the services of a record/entertainment company when the members refused to sign the amended contract, that they failed/refused absolutely to perform their duty to further JYJ’s career as JYJ’s professional managers. They broke their side of the contract, having failed in their “best efforts” responsibilities to the artist.
So we will just have to wait and see what the court has to say.

No problem , by end of 2013 JYJ’s contract will expire anyway. Hope they learn from this 2010 lessons, corps benefits always above of all artists’. To eliminate JYJ, Avex & SM stocks sell & redeem in good px, plus all “Sx” idols groups “nice” commissions in Japan, surely JYJ’s part is relatively ” insignificant “.
What JYJ should have understand, enemy’s enemy’s is not their friend.
It’s this waiting that’s the hardest; but I’m keeping a positive attitude and hope JYJ is holding up well <333

Now THERE, my dear Gaby, is an excellent point. Because I too don’t think God gifted the members so abundantly with every imaginable talent, not to mention outstanding character only to be stopped from using these gifts by the likes of AVEX, Lee Soo Man and SM. I believe God gave them this wonderful talent to make a the world a happier place. And I think He will be watching over them now.

That was the day I became their fans ☺. I knowed them in JYJ . I like the most is Yoochun😄😄 but I also support other members . Hope this month or at least this year their cases will be solve with peace with our prays for them 👱👼👦 God will help us .
