In the trial to be conducted in the Tokyo District court, c-jes has submitted an article published by “Shuukan Bunshun” (June 21, 2012 issue) about avex president Matsuura Masato and Sawajiri Erika’s alleged drug (weed/marijuana) use.
As expected, c-jes will focus on the contradiction of “compliance standards of Avex”.
The next date is July 24. The trial is speeding up considerably.
Translator Note: C-jes is trying to prove that Avex has double standards when it comes to their artists. Avex suspended JYJ because of the alleged mafia ties of their Korean agency CEO while Erika Sawajiri is still an active talent of Avex despite the alleged drug use.

Avex is to meet their inevitable fate! Evil will be placed in hell by the end of day!!
Buy big mirror Avex… and see your despicable reflection!
Still…. I don’t actually understand about how the evidence can clear out the accusation made by Avex.
How will the weigh the matter down?
Legally, drug users get less punishment than drug dealers because they are considered as ‘victims’ while the accusation of being attached with mafia can not be singled out by saying that someone is mafia’s victim.
Are those 2 are still drug addicts? or have they being cleared of such addiction?
Can anyone please be kind enough to enlighten me?
@Jae-is-mine
“Still…. I don’t actually understand about how the evidence can clear out the accusation made by Avex.”
I’m not sure I understand it either. This seems like a pretty thin argument. I hope C-jes’ lawyers have more than this…
Same here.
This argument is not strong & secured enough.
“Victim” or “Organization PIC” are different by law.
Why not instead cite the Fukushima nuclear disaster,
have JP tell us who is REALLY “in charge of” organizing all the dead warriors inside the nuclear plant since 311 ?
Why those men become dead warriors? did they get the pay fully ? (*** just casual opinion, nothing offensive)
Sorry, double standard everywhere, pull out the ALREADY known ” secret” & ” agree tolerance ” within the society , are not helping JYJ at all.
For drug abuse, even Paul Mccartney was banned to enter Japan, some foreign artists involved drugs encountered most miserably long police retention even before trial as guilty. Yet how about Sakai Noriko ?
We all knew already.
It looks like C-jeS has to play hardball! Avex has played dirty from the word go
they have to do it to survive we are in real live do protect your self you need to stap someone from behind so u won’t het stap but we need to make sure for not losing our self
oooo hope this goes well

nice one.,…
As we say here in the States…chickens coming home to roost. I like the fact that CJeS is not offering their interpretation but one that is from a Japanese source. But I’m guessing the attorneys felt it was creditable enough info to submit.
Max should be very careful. He was slinging a whole heep of stuff without citing anything specific. Regardless of Baek Chang Joo’s past, if it’s not current, it has no informational value. Since he was the one who introduced Mr. Baek to JYJ, I guess one has to call in his powers of judgment. How’s that working out for you Maxie?
Lady Karma, please do your thing!
but I hope Avex doesn’t use the media to make it look like JYJ & C-jes are trying to drag other (Erika) name in there trial .
you never know with these people .
And my boys have to deal with the law things again..
How long it’s gonna be?
I really hope they can live in peace, but I guess it’s just to much to ask in music industry in Korea and Japan.
GTFO to everybody that stand between JYJ and us the fans.. And I say it directly to avex and sm..
It seems like everything is coming to in July, the case in Korea with SM and now with Japan too. I’m really hoping that JYJ/C-Jes will win!!! Fighting~~~~
Wait, i thought C-Jes has denied and is in pursuit to prove that Avex accusation about the mafia ties is wrong (or they already finished with it? idek -___-). Focusing on Avex’s double standard instead of on the object that being evaluated by that said standard is clearly a different approach me think. Nevertheless, it is amusing to see what Avex will come up with to counter the attack.
I’m no law expert or anything, but I find Avex’s claims and the reasons why it sued C-JeS very ridiculous and illogical. A good lawyer should be able to attack all those loopholes. “Avex suspended JYJ because of the alleged mafia ties of their Korean agency CEO..,” yet this accusation has never been proven to be true, and Matsuura (or Chiba) was the one who introduced C-JeS’ CEO to JYJ. C-JeS is doing just fine in Korea, so Avex’s claim is pretty much invalid. I hope this case won’t take too long to be judged.
There are mafia ties in the Korean music business? I’m learning something new every day!
hoping n praying that jyj n cjes will win over avex..time will come..
gudlck n mor power.
p.s.i like erika sawajiri in japanesse tv drama 1ltr.of tears..i luv d whole drama.but did i understand it right..she was invlve in a marijuana scandal..if this is tru im totally dsappointd…
sori guys
actually not only that…….i heard from my friend that Erika image herself at Japan really……really bad, she is not so innocent girl like the role that ever her play on 1 litre of tears
Avex has double standards indeed….Matsuura dramaqueen of Avex was the one who introduced CJES and Baek to JYJ. He was also saying how nice Baek is and etc to fans and others (CJES CEO)…And what do you see a couple of months later?? They accuse JYJ of nonsense and put them on hiatus…A lame excuse that was sadly bought by some and spread by the damn HoTels.
Max Matsuura tweets about how nice and awesome Jaejoong is…And then later…He totally disses Jaejoong on twitter by telling him to “open his eyes.” I am so freaking glad that he doesn’t have his twitter account anymore. When Ayumi Hamasaki first followed Jaejoong on twitter as well as tweeting with each other and all (After Avex puts JYJ on hiatus in Japan)…Then Matsuura unfollowed Ayu because of that. I can’t believe he was the CEO of Avex despite being so immature and rude.
Also, I think I just remembered that Chiba Ryuuhei also tweeted about JYJ being blocked in Japan indirectly without mentioning their names…He pretty much admitted that it was Avex that was doing the cockblocking in Japan. =_=
Avex is just jealous right now because they know if that they let JYJ promote freely in Japan…then JYJ will become an even bigger impact + make more profits minus the fact that they’re not with Avex. (So Avex gets no money from JYJ’s success. boohoo)
edit: he is*** the CEO of Avex*
Also they are interfering JYJ in Japan to be on SMs good side too right?! -____- sickens me how this industry works.
thats what we called karma!!!!
I hate avex!
Why the cases getting more scary ? Drug ???? Mafia ???? So pity our boys 😖😖 . Hope their problems will solve ASAP . Oh Dear God …. Bless your sons .
Oh boy.. hope Erika Sawajiwi won’t sue CJes for “defamation”
Good luck to our JYJ and CJes
who is this sawajiwi?
LOL at sawajiwi part…….
here some little bit info about her, actually when first time i saw her in 1 litre of tears and taiyou no uta, i like her but after that i lost my interest to her since i know that her reputation and image not realy good, she already involved with many scandal
Sawajiri Erika is a japanese actress who get famous from her role on Jdrama 1 litre of tears
1 litre of tears also called A Diary with Tears or A Diary of Tears) is a Japanese television drama for Fuji Television about a girl who was diagnosed with an incurable degenerative disease at 15, but was able to continue her life until her death at the age of 25.
Her alias in her music career was Kaoru Amane, but she has recently started her own project under the name Erika. She was affiliated with Sony Music Entertainment Japan for her record label (formerly as Kaoru Amane and later Erika), and Stardust Promotion for her talent agency (with her real name, Erika Sawajiri) before her contract was terminated in late 2009. On September 10, 2010, it was announced that she signed with Avex label for talent management and music releases.
What, her?? From 1 Litre of Tears? That’s shocking, I kinda liked her…
Anyway, I hope this ends well for JYJ and CJes. Japanese fans have waited long enough to see JYJ! (Fans from other countries even longer but I guess… I can wait ;3;)
