just our casual opinion…..something…similar to Jae’s real life…which make his role bigger impact. So many shocking surprises to him , especially from the close ones.
Jae is just so fantastic in ‘Dr Jin’; his hard work is evident on the screen. I would really like a good outcome for his Kyung Tak!
Kyung Tak only wishes for his love to be reciprocated and for people he loves to accept him as who he is. Is it too much to ask? T__T
This is one of the hardest & most layered characters in kdramas I’ve ever seen. Now I fully understand why Jaejoong chose this character; it allowed him to experience new things, to try real acting, to bare his soul & immerse his heart in this new persona, so that he & us the viewers will get to know the real Kyungtak. So far I’m sold on everything he’s done so far in regards to his acting career, but this role has opened my eyes really wide to the unlimited possibilities, & characters that he can portray in the future. Jaejoong is not going through the route many idols turned actors are taking; which is to try safe roles, that will keep their image & please their fans. On the contrary he is taking the path real actors take; which is to start small and do variety of roles to hone their skills and fasten their status as true and long lasting in the business. This will be the start of a long & fruitful career for him, which I’m sure many eyes will be watching his every-step in it with both pride and joy.

I second to everything you’ve said. I don’t know why I’m crying while watching the MV and reading the comments…I’m so happy and proud of him.
agree with you and this is the one of my reasons why i always keep watching and observe every project that he took also from this role, i can see clearly now why he took this project. Even though he only can sleep for 2 hours and took many hours for training but i guess the feedback that he got from those effort is really great and really worthy.

As I mentioned before, Kim Kyung-Tak will be Jae’s breakthrough in the acting world!

Because of his idol status and beautiful face, people automatically think of him as simply a “vase”. He has to work twice as hard as many people to convince them he has what it takes to be a great actor, even singer.
I hope people recognize the amount of hard work he shown here and his talents, instead of just criticizing him for nothing.
