That they have no idea about Jae results in this kind of stupid mistake and that a lot worship of they showed to their god makes it serious… I just wanna say, let them keep their faith and just believe that’s their god and don’t take their dreams~~~

I feel blessed to have gotten to know JYJ and love them so much, because they have brought hope and positive things into my life, even though I have never met them ever in real life~ From the video, it’s obvious that the villagers love “Goddess” JaeJoong very much because of the hope, blessings, good luck and good happenings that they believe he had brought them~~ I can somehow understand and share how they feel, because it’s like a pre-destined fate to have gotten to know such good men and wonderful beings, JaeJoong, Yuchun & Junsu with their hearts of gold~~~ Their strong characters and beautiful hearts transcend genders, reaching a level that is far more than human to those who know and accept their perfections and imperfections~~
Like what the villagers said, it doesn’t really matter whether or not the “Goddess” truly exists, or whether if he’s a man mistaken from the blurred photo, it’s the good thoughts, good beliefs and inspirations to live a positive life the mere photo has brought that truly counts~ It is in a way comforting to know that they will continue to worship the “Goddess” if JaeJoong consents it, because they’re keeping their faith with pure and unbiased hearts, and they are willing to accept things in a positive light, which neither can be used to describe the modern(city) human nature~~
On a lighter note, I wish JaeJoong would visit the village one day, then the villagers will be able to see and touch the real “Goddess” and feel all his goodness which made him able to touch so many people’s hearts and change the lives of many~ hehe~ I really hope he’ll post a few thoughts about what he thinks of this whole situation, that would be totally awesome!!!~ ^________________^
Chill dear, if you happen to see any subbed version of this video, you’d quickly realize it was actually an innocent mistake~~ innocent mistake on the part of the villagers who have never been to the outside world and never seen people having paler complexion than their own. Besides, they said that good luck and good things happen to them as they wear JJ’s picture around their necks, now, isn’t that a good thing?
You have such a sad and limited understanding of faith. If seobaerin believes in one God or many gods or something else that is her right. Everyone’s unique and personal search for God, for meaning in life, is what keeps religions from degrading into the cheap sentence you just uttered. If salvation lies within God(s), destiny, the cosmos…etc etc then I think they’ll decide what to do with seobaerin instead of you.

My take on this is that they only use that particular picture of Jaejoong as an image of representation of what they consider as goddess and it has nothing to do with the person Kim Jaejoong. After all belief in gods and goddesses are all created in our mind through our faith and go down to our hearts where love and devotion emanate. God comes in so many faces and we believe through our faith, so as long as people are causing NO harm to their fellowmen, there’s no problem whether they worship the thin air around, or the sun or a human image which project some sort of holiness and mystery according to their belief, and in this case- Jaejoong’s image. Those villagers have no idea about Kim Jaejoong, they just see something special on that particular picture and I don’t see any problem with that.
Is this for real? I wish the video was in English so that I could understand what was going on. It looks like the man was photo shopping Jaejoon’s image on the computer and put it in a picture frame. How could the villagers mistake him for a woman? This is all very mysterious, I almost want to laugh, but the people seem to sincerely believe that Jaejoong is a goddess. The female mannequin who is wearing the beads looks more like a goddess than Jaejoong! I wonder what Jaejoong is thinking!

You calmed me down as well. I was just way too annoyed with this story but you also make a lot of sense.
It’s their belief, whether it’s a false goddess or a real one, no one has any right to interfere with their worship, if it isn’t causing harm
Pardon us, it is guilty for a flesh human to deprive the real glory of God.
Is this case , a bless to Jaejoong ? or vice versa?

Did they say what name they gave their goddess? The only part I found weird was the department store mannequin they were using as a religious statue.
I found it curious though that they chose to rotate the picture so their goddess was laying down.
