No, the problem is with the agency appointed by CJES to organise this event.

    • naicha70
      August 4, 2012 Reply

I am from HK, feeling so frustrated now.

OK, the mess is not caused by SM, but CJES has chosen a China agency to organise the concert in Hong Kong. Actually HK and China are running different system and have large cultural difference. China agency did not follow the rules of HK and think money can settle everything, while in HK you need to do everything in proper procedure. When the China agency finally discovered that there is no shortcut in HK, they tried to cover up their mess and lied to CJES and fans that tickets will be available on Aug 1, 7:00pm. (Actually HK fans have called the HK co-host, and the HK co-host have said days before, that it is not possible to hold the concert, they even did not receive the money for venue booking.) We HK fans found it very strange because none of the ticket box will start ticket sales at night, and in practice tickets should be ready months before the show, not a few days.

Worse still, the China agency even blamed HK fans for calling the ticketing company and venue to confirm if there is any Junsu concert (which both parties said NO concert), trying to shift the responsibilities to fans. Till today CJES and the China agency finally announce the cancellation of HK concert, but a lot of fans already flied here, they cannot withdraw their flight and hotel booking, what a mess! HK and overseas fans had paid for group ticket to the China agency, despite the rollercoaster mood these days, hope we can get back the ticket money.

Dear Junsu, i don’t know what to say now, we trust that you’ve tried your best to keep your promise to fans. ( not only HK, but many overseas fans flying over to HK for your Asia Tour happy wrap). No matter how, fans still love & support you regardless of this crazy incident.

Consider you are going for worldwide concert in New York on 30- Aug, really too physical demanding to hold a remedy concert btw 20 ~23 Aug in HK…. OMG >< Cross our fingers to pray hard for you Junsu. We're so sorry for this incident, and support you always.

Sunshine weibo in simplied Chinese stated the it was due to rental problem , how many fans will accept this reason behind ? If cross check with related parties WHEN the venue was temp booked, guessed someone’s creditability go broke.
Stop harming the young man with silly accuse, JYJ Junsu is innocent !

    August 4, 2012 Reply

Am I understanding this notice correctly that C-Jes is stating that the reason for the cancellation of the concert is because of the HK agency not doing what they suppose to have done based on the contract C-Jes had with them? Also, that they will make sure the HK agency reimburse all fans who had purchased a ticket? C-Jes will take legal action against the HK agency for not fulfilling their contract. However, C-Jes is still planning to have the HK concert. I feel bad for Junsu but it is not his faught. I am glad that C-Jes is not letting this problem stop them from giving the HK fans a concert. I hope everything works out for Junsu. I know he really want to keep his promise to hold a concert in HK.

Hi, its absolutely NOT HK ‘s fault. HK is an international city, elites running top notch global stock market parallel to New York, London. This incident is a caused by A PARTICULAR PRC co. which performance standard under benchmark. However, Cjes should have monitored the whole project with regular check points. That is what we call expertise.
HK & other overseas fans flying over for Junsu, are very tolerant and civilized groups of fans of all. Anger broke out 5 days before concert ie.

Pls refer to Cjes statement as above:

Hello, sadly it is, a particular PRC agency. ( sometimes I think not all PRC organization that bad, many mainland elites are quite humble )
Such incident shouldn’t happened to a thumb up artist like Junsu. Many sincere fans are forgiving, and want to become think tank for Cjes & JYJ. At this moment , we stand more firm for Junsu, want his Asia tour wrap a sweet and happy one.

How come CJES defined SUNSHINE (the shanghai agency) as a HK agency! I am little worried with CJES management.
Do find a HK based agency, no more co-operation with SUNSHINE. There are so many entertainment agency in HK holding thousands of concerts here without problem. Looking forward to good news next tuesday !

even during JS concert in Indonesia they appointed rookie promoters which end up selling the tickets like buy 1 get 1 free….i dunno whether it’s normal to sell a concert ticket like this coz Junsu concert is my first time to attend a concert…. but yeah..i hope C-Jes can do a better management for JYJ in future…>.<

I heard from my country’s organizer. Although it doesn’t a direct force from SM, all experienced organizers don’t want to work with JYJ. They are afraid that SM will be angry with them. They have to choose many artists of SM over JYJ only. But in my country, even it is rookie – company, it has very strong support so it is dare to set JYJ concert.
I think may be it is the same situation in those counties that why CJES choose the new or rookies organizers.

My heart goes out to Junsu and especially the fans that had flown to HK and booked hotels, etc. How will these fans be compensated?
Sounds like C-Jes had done a really shoddy job with getting the right organisers to book venue and all. How is it that HK fans were able to get confirmation on concert cancellation days before CJes announces news to fans? Why the delay in announcement? CJes should not have delayed their announcement because it would have saved some fans from the wasted trip and expenses.
The writing was on the wall. A concert cannot materialise at the eleventh hour, neither can ticket sales go on at the last minute. CJes should have known better and be more decisive about postponing the concert to a later date.
Of course I wish the best for Junsu, but I’m sceptical that a HK concert will be realised if CJes works with the same promoter. And I doubt if non-HK fans are going to clear their schedule and book tickets/hotels all over again… :(

Suddenly glad that Junsu can’t access his Twitter acct..my baby doesn’t need to be stressed further. He’s been working really hard to showcase the best of himself to his fans :(

I don’t really like the tone of this announcement. It sounds a bit arrogant and is like C-JeS is blaming it all on that concert promoter. It’s true that the promoter was incompetent and made grave mistakes that led to this unfortunate event. But C-JeS as a management agency also has to resume some responsibilities. C-JeS picked that promoter and didn’t follow up closely on the process; otherwise, it’d be able to handle the problems earlier. The most important thing now is not suing the promoter, but doing damage control to Junsu and fans as well as considering any possibility for another HK concert. Don’t give Junsu more stress and don’t discourage or anger fans this way. I’m hoping there’ll be a solution soon.

IF JYJ fans all ages 10~15 , the management can be arrogant like, perhaps.
(* English, Chinese, Korea , 3 mild different content , perhaps to reduce harm)

However, JYJ is as premier as Hermes, the image , the market value. Their management must tune the attitude, and improve PR marketing area. Even big corps need to recruit expertise PR marketing firms to help enact a policy, event, and solve a crisis like this.

JYJ fans’ ego being seriously ruined, is what the long term impact.

Noted Shanghai Huiyang is also YC Shanghai Fanmeeting promoter, if I am not mistaken? I am so worried now since have not heard anything yet regarding YC Shanghai Fanmeeting ticketing arrangement instead his Thailand Fanmeeting which will be held much later has been confirmed and ticket starts selling on 11 August 2012, can anyone be kind enough to share the information on this? Am really worried! Besides really feel sorry to Junsu and hope everything goes well and wish Junsu to wrap up his Asia tour successfully! Though YC is my bias but I love Junsu’s voice undoubtedly, in fact he is my only bias Korean singer!.

      Truly understand your anxiety…
No kidding, deeply hurt China fans extremely angry over this ridiculous issue, booked hotel & air ticket non- refundable. Creditability of an enterprise is their major concern.

Some fans heavily challenge cjes if dare to re-schedule Junsu’s HK con on 25-Aug , which is same as chun’s FM meeting at Shanghai.

Very critical, urgent and important to have great PR and honest action to help this case.
      My most sincere advice.

Don’t turn fans into anti , because all fans already totally collapsed & being treated like a fool for half month !
Deeply sorry, pray for you JYJ.

Thanks for your explanation. So this is the reason why the ticket selling of Yoo Chun’s fan meeting has to hold back or will it be cancelled? Cjes really need to fix the problem immediately. Otherwise it will not just make individual fans mad at the other member but creates conflict among the fans and it will be the worst scenario and nobody would wish it to be happened. Cjes seems like has not learnt from the past issue. Sigh! Yoo Chun be a target again! But I truly understand how frustrated Junsu fans are, really feel sorry to those affected but till now Cjes has not made further announcement on their remedial action, I think this throw Junsu fans raged at their max. Cjes you need to be hurry up, time is money!

C-jes. Learn faster and smarter, please. We love you and all, but the boys are “brand-name” and their bussinesses must be handled “brand-name-like” orderwise you’ll reduce their “brandness”. You know, work in a well oiled manner. Or at least make it appear so, to fans, lol. Nonetheless, we give you points for having “spunk” and “pluck”. Even when the water is muddy you manage to waddle through perfectly.

In order to be a JYJ fan, you should equip yourself with the following criteria: tough (stand by our boys side & be their support all the time to overcome obstacles), nasty (able to fight against those antis) and must have a very “strong heart” to take all the challenges as too many contingencies for JYJ, if your heart is not strong enough, don’t know when you will get a hear attack, like what happen to Junsu’s fans now, is really challenging to be a JYJ fan!?
