To refresh your memory, The Sumo Association has rented the sumo hall (place where sumo wrestling is held) to Zak corporation to use for JYJ’s charity event last June 2011. The JSA (Japan sumo association) is the only one who provided JYJ a venue to hold the charity event for the Tsunami victims. So AVEX sued them.
Yokohama and Saitama arenas have originally accepted but cancelled after receiving a call from AVEX.

Statement of the Sumo Association’s side submitted to the Tokyo District Court on July 20 is described below:
“Avex claimed that the Sumo Association had infringed the rights of AVEX by working with C-jes and Zak. Sumo Association had the right to allow rental of the hall and there was no reason to revoke the permit for the concert (author’s note: JYJ concert).
In relation to the facts of the case, if AVEX is claiming that the Sumo association will have to bear the responsibility to pay for damages by the mere fact of renting the hall, in the future, if the hall was rented to a person, that person can also claim damages against the Sumo association. If that is the case, then the business will crumble down to nothing.
The issue between C-jes and AVEX about JYJ should be resolved between two parties. The Sumo association is a completely unrelated story. The Sumo association was only sued to teach us a lesson.”

I applaud the Sumo Association for standing up to Avex. Avex needs to know not everyone is going to bow down to them. I hope the Japanese courts will rule in favour of the Sumo Assoc.
That should be the attitude as the Sumo Association did.. “Hey, do NOT drag me to this hole.. I support NO ONE.. this is mere business.. NO SIDES taken.. any issue between any two parties SHOULD STAY between those two parties untill it solved.. those two parties are mere customers to other business.. and unless you have CLEAN and LEGAL business to discuss.. then STFU..”
if every organization, broadcast station, etc… in S. Korea or Japan or elsewhere.. dealt with that SAME attitude.. SM & AVEX will lose and give up in a matter of days… and our JYJ will live fairly and pursue their career without these obstacles..
I feel that our JYJ are out there in the open fighting against the WALKING DEAD that has no common sense and scattered everywhere searching for our JYJ’s fresh meat..
I salute you “Sumo Organization” for speaking sense into this matter.. saying bluntly that “JYJ are mere/potential customers as AVEX or ANY other entity COULD BE.. they came to us asking to do business.. and according to our and their business terms combined are met.. the business deal was made.. and we can NOT refuse a business deal FOR the favor of any other third party”..

A CHARITY concert for 311 Japan tsunami disaster ; a COMMERCIAL accusation against venue owner by Avex. Your hounor, pls rule this case base on Law, reason argument and humanity consideration as case closed without prejudge.
Avex IF you got nothing to do, pls bring your friend SM and all its artists to have 730 days SM town tour at Fukushima prefecture without delay. Thanks for not wasting our time !

Avex is only troublesome, rather than helpful. how come they not allowed kind people whom with their own hands want to help the victim, without avex resources in this case, for solve the trouble caused by bastard avex the loyalist SM.
The Japan Sumo Association were the only ones who had the guts to stand up to Avex; for them to be sued because of doing business with another company simply to *teach them a lesson* is just beyond belief! I salute the JSA for taking a stand. JSA Fighto!

Some mafia gang that go around threatening people? I sincerely wish other venues in Japan would be as brave and blunt as the JSA, but then again like all the broadcast stations in Korea which succumb to SME, it may be also the case in Japan. Avex goes around claiming damages and asking others to take responsibility to compensate its potential loss of revenues, then who will compensate JYJ’s potential loss of revenues when Avex unilaterally stopped fulfilling its side of the contract and blocks JYJ’s activities in Japan? This company is so full of shit that it’s not entertaining anymore.
Avex has always been known for mafia ties, that’s why their accusation of CJES being associated with the mafia is unbelievable for this reason. Their method of bullying is effective for that reason – look at “Max Matsuura and mafia” on Google.

Charging a company who helped “earning money” for your own citizens is f#cking low. But we knew that Avex would do this when the “charity” would be “forgotten”.
