SM and their sycophants are applying pressure on JYJ and their reunited concept with tv2xq again as a force to break JYJ’s freedom.
No way is that going to happen as of right now. There is no benefit for JYJ in this negotiation. (Even the court and SM invited the third arbitrator to the table)
The law is very clear –No slave contracts, periods, end of talking, just obey the law.
SM knows is won’t work with only talk, so they are setting up a trap for JYJ to be pushed down and sit in for their arbitration to keep everything in secret and not open for public to read about their unethical business.
By using some ot5 and ot2, SM hopes to stir their fanbase up with the idea that a reunion is the only way for JYJ.
We all know ot3 have very clear views on the slave contract, but some ot5 and all ot2 are confused about their decision.

This is what I can never get over; this is what dumbfounds me to this day. How some (not all) Cassies and OT5s can actually defend SM when it’s so patently clear that they don’t care about the fans, they have never cared about the fans, the only thing they want from the fans is their money and they will do anything, say anything and perpetrate every day of the week to that sole end. To make profits. They will lie, cheat and defame the members of JYJ in any possible overt and covert way to ruin them. In the beginning, yes. JYJ never wanted to be a separate group, always wanted the other 2 to come with them. But that was a long time ago, So much hurtful treatment from SM in cooperation with the other 2.

I search internet, read some articles, watched the talk show etc. .. after DBSK seperated 2009 because I love to listen their music, I really like Jae and Yoon because beside their talent, their life were very tough when they were teenages.
After they were seperated, SM have been used their power to stop all JYJ activities in Korea ( until now) and HoMin comments about JYJ on some talk shows ( I have been understand HoMin under SM so they haven’t had a freedom like JYJ, they are better keep silence, why they have to say a bad thing about JYJ).
Three years since JYJ stand by their own feet, they have been through very difficult time such as they can’t perform on broadcast stations, talk shows, etc… even they had performed free in some countries ( their visa have some issues). Even Junsu got sick when he recordered in USA, Yoochun have some illness when he filmed but they still try their best, they didn’t give up at the difficult time.

I liked your post. I was thinking this morning that even if the unthinkable happened, JYJ lost the lawsuit and they were “ordered to return to SM” (honestly that’s just an impossible scenario legally, right from the start) I don’t think they would. I really don’t. You can not let an artist be free for 3 years after having held him down in captivity for 8 years and then expect him to go back to the prison he was in.
I think even the hardest heads will be able to take that much in. JYJ will NEVER go back. I see them just leaving the country before they would do that. As much as they love SK (and they truly do LOVE it) you can not re-shackle artists of JYJ’s caliber after they’ve tasted what it is like to pursue their own creative destinies as they wish. As Jaejoong said in the interview I read only yesterday, that’s what AKTF means to him. He said “Even if we lose, I will not abandon my principles.” And I believe him.
