Kim Junsu comes back with an urban-pop style song, “UNCOMMITTED” as he set off his worldwide tour with receiving attention on his sensational solo album.
Cjes Entertainment said on August 13 in an interview with enews, “The teaser of the music video of Kim Junsu’s first english single will be unveiled at midnight on Aug 14.”
Marc Klasfeld, a director of MV, said, “I put effort to express subtle state of man’s psychology written in lyrics of UNCOMMITTED. I demanded Kim JUnsu a feature of toughness but sweetness and he fully showed his charms with impressive eye expression.”
In making the lates MV, American leading staff participated. Marc Klasfeld is a skilled director who has worked with Beyonce, Eminem, Jay-Z, and Far East Movement, and made MV of “We Are Young,” that lately ranked top on the Billboard Chart.
Mr.Ray, a MV Creative Director at Cjes Entertainment, said, “We had overseas shooting not in the studio but in LA’s downtown in order to express chic and dreamlike Urban style and used anamorphic format. The MV expresses delicate shade of psychology between man and woman so that two teasers will be released and each has its own story.”

[NEWS] 120813 JYJ’s Junsu to release MV teaser for his 1st English Single “Uncommitted” at Midnight
JYJ‘s Junsu (XIA) has comeback with his a new song, “Uncommitted“.
C-Jes Entertainment revealed, “We will be releasing the first music video teaser for Kim Junsu’s first english single “Uncommitted” tonight”.
Music video director Marc Klasfield said, “ I wanted to express the delicate psyche of the man in the lyrics. Manly and tough yet sweet. Junsu’s eyes were especially emotive and you can see his consistent charm throughout“.
This music video also brought on an A-list staff, including the director.
Also involved was the creative director Ray. He commented, “To create a chic but dreamlike urban style, we shot on location in LA instead of on a set. We also used an animorphic format. And since this music video is dealing with the delicate psychological differences between male and female there will be two teasers released“.
With the first teaser set to be release at midnight on the evening of the 13th, the second teaser is scheduled to drop on the 15th. The single will be release on the 17th along with the full music video.

Good. Let THEM release the “teasers.” (not that I really think much of teasers.) But let them do it, not the likes of Maxie, egged on by who knows who on Twitter. (Good God, that’s just pathetic.)
For me, I want to see the full-length, fully authorized video that all of those heavyweights, including Junsu, signed off on. Nothing less.

It is interesting to me that Junsu has also established himself as Xia. I am curious as to why he decided to do this. In a way, I believe this is a very smart move because he is establishing his own identity in a field crowded with boy groups. I wonder how long ago he decided to birth Xia and why. I hope the boys are paying attention to copywriting their songs and lyrics. Ownership should not be overlooked.

Now the members of JYJ have legal representation which they did not have under SME. Even under AVEX they got copyrights. Have no worries on this score. I’m just hoping they go after the ones they should have had under SME for all those years. But that is for another day.

I’m glad JYJ has legal representation. So many artists get cheated by record companies, I was worried. It would be terrible if they lost their copyrights on top of a nasty contract stripping them their royalties. By the way, I like your posts. You and (lilibayu)?
