Actor Lee Bumsoo talked about his appreciation toward Song Seunghun and Kim Jaejoong.
Lee Bumsoo said, “I think Kim Jaejoong can become a good actor. He told Kim Jaejoong who was having hard time because of people’s negative eyes, “No matter what origin, when you come to the world of acting, the attitude of learning matters.”
Lee Bumsoo added, “Acting arrogant or being overly talkative is not good. I think that being criticized because of the attitude and being criticized because of the idol origin are different. In that sense, Kim Jaejoong was very humble and sincere. He’s a nice person.”
Lee Bumsoo also talked about the tough condition they had to suffer during filming. “I want to give some applause to Seunghun and Jaejoong who have worked without complaining even once.”

Attitudes and behaviors matter a lot. If one is extremely talented but also so full of himself, nobody will want to even be near him. Jaejoong, on the other hand, has great personalities and work ethics, so his co-workers can’t help being drawn to him.

This drama filmed between MBC labor strike period, all things in crazy chaos, ( eg. last minute scripts )and post production work all missing. According to local News release, you guys suffered so HUGE that barely revealed in public.
You guys, risking own health & life to film Dr. Jin for viewers, AND PROTECT GOOD NAME OF MBC,
what a “Saving Private Ryan” mission !!!!!

It’s GREAT you say it all, yes, Dr. Jin may not be a great drama but I can’t help myself to have a bitter feeling reading all the dissing about it. Criticism is normal but at least have some reservation and a little respect for the people behind it. Applause to Kim Eung Soo (age 51) , Lee Bum soo ( age 42) , Song Seung hun (age 36) and Kim Jaejoong (age 26) , PLUS all other actresses, crew teams. the four generations of actors, as a fan I’m still grateful Jaejoong had the opportunity to be part of this project, it gave him so much growth.

Indeed, four generations of great actors joining together was not easy. The crew asked ambulance to stand by for the actors, how terrible the condition was. Nowadays, distinctive actors / actresses are hard to get ; lenient entertainment consumers are hard to find.

Lee Bumsoo comforted Song Seunghun one time in private, when Song really frustrated and exhausted,( especially the harsh working environment , poor co-ordination, absent of film effect PS etc) : No matter how hard , must overcome the mountains, otherwise ONLY the actors /actresses will be seriously condemned by the public. ( or boycotted by the TV stations )
POOR Jaejoong, even as experienced as Song , well trained at the boot camp, he could barely made it , as cookie as you are , YOU SWALLOWED all the bitterness. HOLY Jesus, you never, and could not disclose to public

I’m glad Jaejoong is taking the learning process seriously, having a big name as he has, one can only expect for him to get a lead role drama but he doesn’t mind having barely a 5 min screen time for a the whole episode (was it Ep.5 or 7, can’t remember anymore) as long as he’s being a part of a project which he thinks he can learn a lot. He’s like playing chess, humble moves first but is building some defense and offense strategies.
Agree a lot. Thanks for sharing. Jaejoong’s greatness is his humble mind & mastermind.
