According to eatyourkimchi it is kind of normal for same sex friends to be very phisically close to each other in Korea. They say it is common for two girls to hold hands or for guys to hug and no one would see that as being you know weird. I was confused at the beginning when I saw pictures of boys bands hugging each other or being very close to one another like guys in the west would not normally do but I’m used to it now.
it’s normal to be so close with your friends in korea like holding hands; hugging etc… even in my country it’s considered normal i always hug and hold hands with my friend and no one misunderstood it

This kind of fan service is so common and normal in Korea. You would be shock in Japan, fan service can sometimes be too much, yet people don’t consider them as gays or lesbians. If you are living in the US, westernized countries, or Muslim countries, I think this skin ship between men are so gay and considered a taboo. But in Korea and Japan, it’s normal from what I see.

I’m not sure if I understand you completely. You are right that there are people who are very affectionate with members of their own sex and the opposite sex as well without mixing any sexuality to the question. Hugging your friends does not make a person gay but it seems like if the person were indeed gay then that would be grounds to judge them or am I misunderstanding you?
Anyways, I really love Jaejoong. He has inspired me so much and I’m happy to be a fan. I’ll enjoy JYJ as long as they stick around. Sexual preferences or married life (I’m assuming that at least one of them will marry) isn’t going to change my mind about anything. They are wonderful people.
