Do you not know why companies make celebrities as their models? It is to promote their products. Vadalist does this thing (=having Jaejoong wear their clothes) to promote (=show them in public, so that if people find their products nice, then they could buy them) their clothes. Jaejoong, Jackal’s production company and Vandalist are probably signed a contract, so Jaejoong wears their clothes in Jackal. It’s just a WIN-WIN proposal both to celebrities and sponsors. Nothing’s wrong.
