Double eyelids are what we, Westerners have and what Junsu has in this picture. It’s folded, made up of two parts. Like here (the first two pics are single eyelids and the third is double)

About the S line… It’s a funny story actually, it comes from this CF:
Junsu shows a “S” sign with his fingers as the sign of the Smart clothes line and it’s just like the contours of the girl at the end of CF. Like Junsu’s nice figure.

Hmm, they are confusion about Junsu tweet, the trans that i found circulating on twitter are diff, there is this version that give the impression that He WANTS double eyelid, there is also the other one that express His lids starting to FOLD BY THEMSELVES and forming double eyelids (this usually happen due to aging).
I see JYJ3 also change the trans here, from the former to the later. I dont understand though, why JYJ3 didnt put any note regarding that.

idk if it’s just me who noticed…but it seems like people were assuming he really got surgery (or on twitter at least) … But I really doubt Junsu got them…They probably just happened as he gets older (It happened to my dad when I look at old pics) + losing weight which can cause sagginess …I mean why would Junsu get it on one eye and not the other.

I follow several translator on twitter, and from their convo about this they agree that the trans that say HE WANTS double eyelids is slightly miss, in fact he kinda lament that his lids keep folding and forming double eyelids by themselves.
It seems that Junsu is saying they are starting to fold as he is getting older, not that he wants double eyelids. Either way he looks great.
In the midst of the messy translations on twitter, I think he probably isn’t going to do anything to his face since he is already well known for that certain feature. Junsu yah! If you are really into doubles then just let them fold naturally okay? That’s possible over time and surgery for that will be a waste of money.

He is actually saying that double eyelids are FORMING ON THEIR OWN … which can actually happen as someone gets OLDER or experiences significant amounts of STRESS, or due to irregular WEIGHT fluctuation [but that's less common]. I’m not exactly sure how people got the impression that he WANTED THEM specifically or that he was going to get surgery. But I’m guessing it’s a translation issue. Anyway, a good number of people with mono lids eventually get double eyelids naturally with age. The exact age/time varies but it’s usually genetic so some people can get them sooner than others depending on specific family traits. Unfortunately, the youth of S. Korea too often prefer to have a more dramatic look which is the current fashion and achievable with surgery or lid tape/glue which speed up the process.
