How to vote for JYJ on KBS Best Icon (Best Hallyu Star) using your Twitter and/or Facebook accounts:-
1. Go to link: http://besticon.kbs.co.kr;
2. Click on “Twitter” or “Facebook” on top right corner of page;
3. Log in using your account;
4. Vote for JYJ;
5. Note: if you want to make sure your vote has been successful, you can re-click the vote button and the notification below will appear.
You can vote once a day. Voting ends December 27th, 2012.

Since many of you seem to have encountered errors in attempt to vote for JYJ on KBS Best Icon, maybe the info below might help.
If you receive an error message saying “an error occurred, please try again later” or something along that line, it may be caused by traffic (too many people trying to vote with Twitter & Facebook accounts on KBS Best Icon site all at the same time). So the best option will be to… try again later.
If the error is because nothing happens after you click “Twitter” or “Facebook” on KBS Best Icon site, there are a few possibilities. When you hover over the “Twitter” and/or “Facebook” link(s) with your cursor, you will see “javascript:void(0)” message at the bottom of your browser page. This message means the link prevents the browser from refreshing the current page or loading a new page, resulting in a pop-up page when you click the link.
Therefore, if nothing happens after clicking the link, it may be caused by pop-up blocker blocking the JavaScript. This can be solved by making changes in the preferences of the pop-up blocker accordingly. Another possibility is that JavaScript might be disabled on your browser, in which case you will need to enable it (on your browser settings) in order to vote. The other possibility I can think of that is related to this sort of error is you can check whether or not your web browser needs to be upgraded to the latest version.

Weird…I couldn’t login with twitter or FB. When I clicked the icons nothing loaded prompting me to login. When I clicked to vote then it would take me to another page to login with KBS id.

Did you go to the upper right hand part of the screen, the way the instructions said? It’s very faint, but the words – Twitter/Facebook are there. Next to Twitter on the left are the KBS initials. I clicked on Twitter, and because my Twitter id is always open, my Twitter icon was on the screen for the voting page. I clicked on JYJ’s vote button, just as the instructions said and it immediatedly went to the screen that showed what the vote total was. I also did the vote check thing, and I got message prompt the instructions said to look for.
Again, go to the upper right hand corner.
Did you open the page using Firefox or Chrome? I couldn’t vote using those. I had to open Internet Explorer so I can vote through twitter.

As far as I know, there is no problem with voting through any web browser (eg. IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome). When you click the Twitter or Facebook button, there will be a pop-up page (you might want to check if you have the browser settings for pop-up page disabled).
Another easy way is to log in to Twitter and/or Facebook before you open the link to vote so all you have to do is connect your account to KBS.

PS. I advise against registering a KBS account, as it requires submitting personal information which I don’t think you’d feel comfortable with.

I have tried a few times already,but still i cant,even if i use my twitter acct,it still takes me to another page that says,membership service….i want to vote,its frustrating.

I can’t log in into Twitter and facebook says error. I did do what the tutorial said. Is it because I already voted for today without using twitter or facebook? Is JYJ in first place? Is their vote in the 30 something thousand? If so, that is a lot! I hope they will give JYJ a chance and let them appear on TV fairly. JYJ FIGHTING!!!!!!

May I suggest…
1 – Be already logged into either Twitter or FB. Don’t try and sign on from the vote site.
2 – Use the link in the post for the vote page.
3 – Go to the upper right hand corner and use either the Twitter/FB link.
4 – Your personal link for either one should pop up.
5 – Click on the vote button.
6 – You should be on the vote page at that point.
I chose to use my Twitter. I am already logged on. My Twitter icon comes up when I click the Twitter link in the upper right hand corner on the vote site. Everything suggested in the tutorial works from that point on. When I compare the vote total before I hit the button on JYJ, the total screen comes up and the number has moved up one. It could be trying to log into your ids from the vote sight. Skip that step. See what happens then.
I did it logged into twitter too… but nothing pops up each time… sigh..
I did what you ask me, but it’s not working. I been trying to vote for 2 days. I want to be a part of this and help out because I am fan of them and I feel bad for not able to vote and help out. Nothing happens when I click on twitter. I notice each time I click on FB and enter and says error, at the bottom of my laptop screen. it say JavaScript 0. Do you think it has something to do with me not having JavaScript?
do you have pop-ups blocked? a new, separate window usually accompanies the “javascript 0/void” message. also if you have “always (force) pop-up windows as new tabs” it could be causing problems…
i use firefox to vote… when i try in safari it doesn’t work. you could also try disabling any adblock/flashblock extensions you have in your browser.

If you are not able to access, then something is missing. Jazzy in your case it may be the absence of Javascript. Java is a major communication tool and is necessary in most cases. Jean not sure if this is your problem.
If, when you try and get a specific error message, copy the error message down and do a search on it and see what kind of remedy is available. Since you’re both not the only ones with this issue, there has to be a forum or site that covers the problem. This is how I try and handle the ones that crop up for me.
For me, sometimes it’s Adobe Flashplayer. I run into the problem of needing to update to the latest version when something I normally access doesn’t let me. I’ll get a message, then I have to do the upgrade.
I couldn’t vote either T.T I tried to log in with facebook with Chrome, Safari and Firefox, all of them gave some sort of error message…”An error occurred.Please try again later.” Clicking the twitter link got no response at all. *sad*

How the F did snsd suddently had soooo many votes…last time i checked…they we out by a 20k or so compared to jyj…sm artists catching up so fast makes me suspicious of SM..prob rigged the votes…
SNSD is getting a lot of votes now. Some artist ether get none to maybe 4 votes per second, but SNSD is getting like 30 votes per second. I refresh the page like every 3 second and SNSD getting a lot of votes per second. We can do this JYJ fans!!!!!!
look at snsd’s voting page. there are only 900+ comments. whereas jyj’s page has 80K comments. i checked that snsd always had comments within the same range of 700 to 900 for the last few days and even though today there is a surge of 15K to 20K votes, the comments did not increase. something is suspicious.
