Agreeing with all you’ve said above, what I’m also getting here is that this was planned from the beginning. Most of the newer stuff shown in this mv was obviously done at the same time, saving production costs. This is so smart on so many levels.
Keeping the integrity of quality, expanding on the components of the original theme, and not once diminishing the previous work. Sheer genius! This kind of ratchets things up a notch. The design team for these video concepts are to be commended for a job well done.

junko is japanese female version of junsu. they used to do a lot of radio drama for biggeast station in japan and whenever there’s a female character junsu is junko.

About Junko: when they were still together as five there was a radio program in Japan called BigEastation and the boys were the hosts of the show. Frequently recurring part of the show was a kind of fanservice… They played out mini dramas, mini convos sometimes as themselves, sometimes as girls. Sometimes it was a full fanservice pack.
Yunho and Yoochun were boys and Jaejoong and Junsu played girls going on a date together. And stuff like that. 
All of them had a female persona, Junsu was Junko when he played girl part, Jaejoong was Jejuko and Yoochun was called Miki if I remember correctly. Just an example:

I love the song, of course, Junsu’s voice is great. I’m still in the process of absorbing the meaning behind the MV. The comments you guys quoted above sure help elaborate. Junsu has been very bold with his Tarantallegra album concept. He wanted to experiment and express himself in his own way, whether or not it will be fully embraced by people. What I love about Junsu Tarantallegra mv concept is he manage to make everybody think about what message he was saying. He has done that again with this mv. I know there are going to be a lot of different interpretations of what message he is trying to put out. I for one thought of another possible message. Maybe when he kisses his feminine self he is saying that he is moving on from that type of image. That yes that is a part of himself but he is moving on. Maybe that is why the feminine self disappears. Also, the part where the tears roll back into his eyes. Maybe he is stating that he is no longer hurting from what ever he was hurting from. That is not going to continue to cry over it. Just a couple of random interpretations that came to mind.
Okay I’m going to be honest here. 100% honest. I love the song. It was one of my faves on the album. I just think it was……weird(?) to have this video go with the song. The video would have made more sense if it was like extra footage of Tarantallegra or another version of it. I spazzed during some parts, but the feeling wasn’t there for me…the song with the video was random. I could understand if the video stood alone, but the song kind of distracted me from the meaning of the video itself.

I think it was an artist move on his part to show his feminine side but to me I laugh when I see that image. To me this is the only image in the mv that he looks the closet to a women. However, I find all the other images in the mv to be so hot! Who knows maybe Junsu is the only idol and once again he is the first to be doing something no one else is doing.

@Juliang I too feel the same way you do. I do not take this MV seriously as if it is an official MV because of the reasons you stated above. However, I did enjoy the MV. I too think it was just something they wanted to give us fans as a warm up to his year end concert. They know we loved the Tarantallegra mv and so they went with this concept to give us something more to enjoy. I feel if you know the english words of the song and look at the clips they chose it actually does fit the song in a way. It is not necessary the idea MV for the song but it does work. I still think that he was trying to tell us something the reason why he chose the clips he did to fit the song. I stated above maybe the reason he kissed his feminine side and it disappeared was because he was saying good by to that image and is going to be moving on from it. Yes he has a feminine side but now he is moving away from that concept. That is just an interpretation possibility and I could be totally wrong. Anyway I agree with you it is nothing wrong with people enjoying this MV for what ever their reasons are. People are viewing this MV from a different angle thats all.

like i said, an mv like in heaven or something like singing in a dark musical stage with a spotlight on him seeing as he’s become successful in that realm would have been more logical and classy. idk…if it was junsu’s idea and this is what he wanted then fine, i love him and i want him to be able to do what he wants and be happy, and i will try with all my heart to be crazy in love with the mv…but if it was someone else’s just to save up money then that would just break my heart.
