his MV Tarantallegra broke the Gaon history so solo album sales, he also got nominated for best seller of 2012 on the Interpark. despite his accomplishments, he wasn’t allowed to perform his hit album/ MV on TV. not even his single for that OST that also ranked 1st.
whats the point you rank 1st and top the rest but don’t receive awards and perform it on TV for viewers to see?
this injustice is Whip lashing his sole. he is hurting and trying hard to overcome this pain so he can do well on the coming concert. but he is hurting more and more.
He and JYJ needs broadcast. they “NEED” it. if they appear on brodcast, the awards are coming.

It’s Melon award ceremony, the ceremony is still ongoing now, Junsu is a strong contender for netizen award, topping the voting most of the time, but he didnt get it, some people said there was something behind this, i am not sure about the details, but yeah, it SUCKS!

Yeah, he got like 41% (leading significantly) in a poll I saw in Melon. If they weren’t gonna play it fair, why nominate him on the first place? So annoying. Poor k-fans. They voted like crazy.

They’re just using Junsu’s popularity to attract people. Tons of fans went and voted, boosting the site’s traffic while they were just hyping it up all the time. A lot of fans voted knowing he might not get it though, but they decided they should still give him what he deserves, within their range of capability.

GUYS, i dont know the Melon mechanism in deciding the winner, Most of days, i see Junsu lead the voting, but i didnt know the final position and other factors that were weighed. I guess the voting was based on other things but if it was 80 % ‘online voting’ then he should have won anyway. 20% ‘downloads’ should not have mattered because I’m sure Junsu got percentage of the downloads as well. I think B2ST knows what’s up and they are close friends with Junsu (especially Kikwang and Doojoon) thus gave Junsu some love anyway. sigh….

Please, if people are going to be upset at least be upset for the right reason! Here are some FACTS to address the RUMORS:
1. Were fans angry because Junsu did not win and believed Melon gave the award to Beast over Junsu? and then go on a twitter cursing rampage? …did not see any rampant twitter cursing….Seems more like the issue was not whether Junsu won but Melon did NOT INVITE Junsu to ATTEND. His online fan voting % numbers should have at least gotten him an invitation. Standard Melon protocol is that nominees get an invitation. And Junsu’s tweet seems to confirm the issue was a lack of an invite.
NOTE: Junsu said “Although I am not able to STAND on the award CEREMONY STAGE” Seems he’s referring to not being invited to attend..not “crying” over the fact that he did not win. That would be out of character for Junsu. There is a big difference. SK Fans expected that at least their efforts would get him an invitation. Junsu must have realized it and tweets to thank them and acknowledge their efforts. That fits Junsu’s pattern.
2. What did Beast Say? Here is a translation: “I heard that Junsu Hyung was also in the running for this award but it’s a PITY HE COULD NOT BE HERE. Tomorrow is his birthday so happy birthday Junsu-Hyung”
People these guys are Junsu’s friends.. Beast’s comment reads more like a slap against MELON for NOT INVITING JUNSU… notice he says >>”he (Junsu) was ALSO IN THE RUNNING… PITY HE COULD NOT BE HERE….” sounds more like “isn’t it normal for those in the running to be invited?” Got to give it up for Beast. True friends stand for you even when others are too gutless to do so! Now the “netzian” buzz over who should have won was about Beast winning over PSY vs Busker vs Big Bang based on their download sales numbers…not over Beast winning over Junsu.
SK fans saw a way through this award to get Junsu on a SK MUSIC TV program. Even if it was just to attend the event. But Melon chose to ignore their own protocol and honor the ban, by not inviting Junsu to attend even though nominees usually receive an invitation. That appears to be the core issue, not whether or not he won. The lawsuits ended but LOCKOUT continues. Melon could have led the way to show good faith that the industry was turning over a new leaf, with a simple invitation but instead they’ve demonstrated that they intend to maintain the status quo.
That’s what the fandom was responding to, what Beast was responding to and what Junsu was responding to. So there you have it.
If you want to be angry and upset at least be upset for the right reason.

Junsu should have won the award if it were a fair game tbh. Anyway, to us, he’s the winner. Let’s be positive like him and keep supporting his and JYJ’s activities in the future.

Seems that Junsu & JYJ members already surpassed the phase which needs award stage
to boost their career.
Just like other countries music kings/ Gods, they have announced not to attend any award ceremony.
But still active in music industry , musical and movie. Nothing harmful anyway.
And i hope Junsu not to feel blue. His hyung member, Yoochun ( RTF) was lost to suju Kim Kibum (I love Li Tae li) yesterday in sina . SM & all the ally TWISTED everything all over the world.
It’s ok. Let SME spend their artistes’ hardearned money on continuing blocking JYJ. They will be accountable to their shareholders and if they don’t pay their artistes fairly becos of these extra expenses, that’s their artistes’ problem. They either bear with it or revolt like JYJ. JYJ may not win not be able to win awards or appear on broadcast, but they at least they get to keep what they work so hard for.
This kind of incident won’t bring our Junsu down. NEVER !
