I’m so amazed and felt so happy by what the Korean fans did earlier today! Really DAEBAK!! JYJ are so loved by people in SK , not forgotten at all. This proved nothing will stop the fans to push the message through to the politicians and public on the unfairness done to JYJ boys! Fighting!

JYJ have so many neat ways to help and inspire not only their fans but people of the world in general. its really true that what goes around comes around. they receive so much love cause they GIVE so much love! i am happy to be one of those who are on their receiving end. and trying to give back to them and to others!

Since some international fans are confused about why this election affects JYJ, I’ll quickly write about this.
The current ruling party, Saenuri, has extensive ties with SM. You may have heard about Lee Sooman being charged for securities fraud back in the early2000s. He was found guilty and was sentenced to jail time, but the incumbent (and outgoing) president Lee
Myungbak granted Lee sooman a presidential pardon when he and his party took office, so Lee Sooman was
freed with barely a slap on the wrist.
Park Geunhye just won this very questionable and possibly rigged presidential election, and she is from the Saenuri Party.
Had the Democratic Party
(Official opposition) won and the power shifted away from Saenuri, the
barricades blocking JYJ from standing on a fair stage would’ve at least loosened if not disappeared as SM would have less access to and backup from the korean government. This
is actually well- known even amongst the public. When a non-fan Korean group mate of mine found out i’m a JYJ fan back in November, she told me “It’s a pity that JYJ is blocked so much, but maybe that can change with the upcoming election”.
Either way, let’s keep believing in JYJ and
supporting them in their career paths despite this unfortunate setback.

Just finished the drama Bridal Mask (thanks meme for the recommendation), and I don’t think the present system has changed much. If the head of the organization that’s backing up the government says no, then it’s NO, no matter what.
Let’s just continue supporting JYJ, who knows “the boulder wall will eventually collapse down by the constant throwing of eggs”
You’re right, it would have been better for the country as a whole if the Progressive party candidate had won. But let’s keep this in mind. The kind of governance that SK has with it’s unicameral legislature, the president shares power. And even though the conservatives won earlier in the spring, their margin in the legislature is only a 15 seat lead. The progressives are making stronger and stronger inroads.
But we as a fandom will stay vigilant and watch out for the guys and collectively make our voices heard. The day is going to come when JYJ will be on an even playing field.
