Ability Showed Amidst Adversity…… No, it could be through their hardwork
I came back to Japan late last night and couldn’t fight the sleep monster…. so sorry for writing this only now.
I was anticipating Jaejoong getting the Rookie award, but when I woke up, Yuchun got an acting award!!
To be sure, Rookie award you get to have only once in a lifetime….?….. To have it twice….. That’s amazing!
Yuchun’s award for acting is one which acknowledged his acting ability…… He now belongs to the “talented” sect right
Today I have high expectation for SBS too.
Each award was meaningful in its own way.
Yuchun’s acting award….. I was overcome with emotion when his name was called by presentor Jaejoong
That was my happiest moment
It brought back various memories for me like a revolving lantern
And, Junsu won the best male actor award this year for musical performance. It’s still so fresh in my mind like he got it only yesterday.
They can hardly appear in public……. Usually it is unavoidable for one to feel heartroken in such circumstances but I salute their hardwork
These are not awards easily obtained in a privileged environment
Among people who cannot get an award despite being put in a privileged environment, this means that the awards are gained through working even so much harder.
If I look back this year…… It wasn’t in any way a smooth sailing year
Different types of unfortunate occurences came attacking them one after another
Why are there so many tests being given to them to this extent?
Yuchun said to me….. “I wanted to run away then”
It was his response to me when I said to him: that was some great acting after your dad passed away when you were still
in grief. He said that he thought he needs to put in his best for the sake of those fans supporting him, his family and C-JeS, as well as his manager.
Jaejoong closed his heart for a while too.
Because of your support too, they were able to recover superbly.
I asked Yuchun on Jaejoong’s acting.
“I was surprised”
These were his first words.
When I talked to them….. Was when I went to LA.
It was one day before the airing of the last episode.
When I said to Jaejoong, you were great
You saw every episode?…. He asked, so I told him that the final episode is airing tomorrow so I haven’t seen that one….He probably wanted me to catch the last episode.

Jaejoong has fully immersed into his Gyuntak role, I remember talking to Yuchun about this.
I think I will have a chance to write more about this incident in detail some time.
And then, this was a year which I was very saddened by a portion of fans making a fuss about C-JeS having neglected Jaejoong.
This also led to the boycott of Mahalo.
Who was the saddest from this? There is no need to elaborate.
There is no doubt that Baek-san is the one supporting these 3 guys.
The 3 of them also talked with Baek-san in LA about their future till late at night.
I can clearly say that Baek-san and C-JeS are the ones who have supported the guys through such storms these 3 years.
Jaejoong and Yuchun who managed to somehow appear active on public TV….. and a place for Junsu to remain active in solo concert, solo album on top of his musicals.
This had been a year of tolerance
The achievement of C-Jes shines as the management company in the shadow of the 3 guys’ hardwork this one year
I wrote this before.
If I am the manager I would have done the same thing
It’s unthinkable to have Yuchun doing a drama while overlapping with Jaejoong’s drama.
To say…… My Jaejoong is being neglected!!!
Its laughable when I think about it now but you should have understood by now that 3 of them are working on their future simultaneously while discussing it with Baek-san.
And so, tomorrow will be 2013.
It will be a year the 3 of them spread their wings freely as JYJ.
They are JYJ…… They must sing together as one next year.
I was observing their album production when I was in LA.
It is being produced with care and it will take a bit more time before completion but it is definitely progressing forward.
The JYJ of 2013, fully ready to go.
I wish for a great year for JYJ and everyone from the bottom of my heart.

I am crying while reading this. I am sincerely moved to tears, a mixture of sadness & gladness. Thank you Hayato-san. My heart is overflowing with LOVE & ADMIRATION for these 3 Great Guys- Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu!!! I am so glad to have known them in my lifetime. THANK YOU JYJ, Mr. Baeksan and C-Jes. THANK YOU!!!
Hayato-san, thank you for writing such a heartfelt entry.. Really touched my heart..It’s been a long year for JYJ, with all the things which has been happening, the ups and the downs. It has been an exciting roller coaster ride. And yesterday was a historic moment..to see them together..jae presenting an award to chunnie. They have done so well this year..beyond my imagination.
Hayato-san, Thank you for being a friend to them, for loving and supporting them dearly.. We are looking forward to what JYJ has in store for us in 2013. Wishing a wonderful 2013 to JYJ and all of us!

the sasaeng things and then yoochun father die, SM and their friends didn’t even stop making them suffer….seriously 2012 really a hard years for JYJ especially for soulmate BUT watching them last night on the same award show..smiling, laughing and teasing each other ~~ ahh now they become more and more strong.
be strong JYJ as long as they are together then everything will be alright coz at last they are not alone. just like Jaejoong said last night on the award show “thank you for YC and JS who always there for him” and i believe that how YooSu feel too.

Sir, we are only human…thank you for point out our faults and misunderstandings. a few years back, so many things happened but that’s what made our beautiful. Hope 2013 will also be the best year for JYJ and the fans. Happy New Year all the readers of JYJ3!!!

Beautiful blog post. I agree, it would have been silly to have Jae do a drama while Chun was doing one and visa versa. I too am dying to hear them next year, and can’t wait for them to take the stage as 3 again.
To add to the Chun speech controversy, you have to remember that to Chun JJ and Su are his FAMILY. They have gone beyond being just his members, so I guess whenever I hear Chun say family I think of Mom, Yoowhan, JJ, and Su as well.

Always speaking with his heart, always speaking the truth. Yes, 2012 was both a successful and a sad troubled year to our JYJ men. So many happenings, so much laughs, so much tears. But they managed to surpass everything; they managed to recover their heart and soul; they managed to obtain a great success no matter the sorrow, the pain, the worries…….. JYJ Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu…… Who wants a better example of how to live and to succesfully survive while trying???? These three gorgeous men are precious; these three manly men are worthy; these three strong men are wise. I feel proud and happy, it was a great blessing to meet them and to have them in my life; I feel deeply grateful to God for them.
And to my dear Hayato san, a tight hug and my best wishes of happiness, peace, success and prosperity on 2013

Thank you so much for everything that you done for support the boys……..also for keep updating your blogs and sharing your feelings with us. 2012 is definitely a full of emotion years for the boys and us…worries, angry, sad, desperate, happy, and many more…….For watching the boys journey since 3 years ago really teach me many things about this life…….They really amazing person, maybe if i am not witnessed it myself i can’t believed it……three young men who fought for their dreams and freedom, three young men who have a brave soul and great spirit for keep moving on, three young men who managed to surpass everything from the grieve to happiness, from problems to blessing…….these three young men always makes me proud and happy. I really grateful to God for everything……I hope 2013 also became a great year for the boys and us….i hope no matter ho hard it is, all of us can surpass it again and wrap up the end of year with a big smile again. the greatest happiness from this years is JYJ can be free from SM like they want. Even though the situation not gonna changes soon but i believe that the day that no one can denied the boys existence gonna came.

Yes, cjes got guts to support JYJ , not only as a team, but into their individual activities.
Which is very challenging even for well established giant agency .
Meantime, excellent artists really need excellent back up. Hope all hard lessons learned from 2012
will help refine 2013 onwards development.
I m not clear about Mahalo incident. Yearly activities are well packed enough.
But Junsu concert tour really need ” true expertise ” to organize & co-ordinate.

Thank you for affirming C-jeS’s incredible commitment to JYJ and for showing us how much the members trust Mr Baek. Thanks also for once again letting us know the harsh results of these divisive elements in the fandom and how they frustrate, hurt and depress the members. Is that really what fans want to do? Let’s make a pact starting right now for no more of it in 2013.
I think Mr Hayato was especially disappointed by seeing the Mahalo project crushed by rumor and accusation because that was a project he had been involved with and had given his best efforts to. It’s always sad when you work hard at a creative pursuit and others come along and crush the life from it. I’ll never understand these kinds of “fans”… But one thing is certain, nothing has or ever will stop JYJ, they are planning a great album for 2013 and they will be performing it together. That’s what fans like me want most – to see therm together again after a very long while.
Lili, Hayato-san had nothing to do with the production of Mahalo. He uploaded a pic of Jaejoong signing his copy of Mahalo & asked fans not to fight. Many fans jumped the gun, assumed he meant the book binding cutting into some of Jaejoong’s pics, & just all out attacked him. Even after he clarified the issue, telling fans he had nothing to do with Mahalo, those that were so quick to accuse & attack him didn’t bother to apologize or admit their mistake… It was a shameful day in the JYJ fandom.

OMG – me and my faulty memory. I thought he helped with it! Yes, I remember the tempest in a teapot about the book binding, but you know – it just seemed like exactly the kind of thing that Jaejoong would volunteer for – for his photos to be the ones somewhat obscured.
I can’t understand why people who claim to love him so much can know so little about him and what kind of person he is. And above all, how much he loves his brothers in JYJ and how he would do ANYTHING for them and make any sacrifice, as JYJ’s leader, to favor them.

I think we all see Jaejoong, Chunnie & Junsu through the individual lenses of our own lives & experiences, which colors our perceptions & beliefs of them. But some things are just SO OBVIOUS. Especially how much all three members love, respect, trust & rely on each other. The only explanation I can come up with is that people don’t see what they don’t want to see – jealousy’s a b**** isn’t it!!
Although, atm, I’m shaking my head at the many fans, esp Jaejoong biases, who don’t seem to have any faith or trust in Jaejoong as an artist & are getting their panties in a wad about one teaser photo….

I am writing to you in response to this postings that casts a shadow in my mind. Looking at the comments responded, no doubt this is a heartfelt blog from the writer. However, there are particular two remarks made that are controversial.

Of course, it’s a freedom of the writer’ s feeling and blogging in his own site. But I am however appalled by JYJ3 posting such and in a international site where you called yourselves JYJ3, knowing remarks like this can be detrimental to Yuchun and Jaejoong. I am very sure you know, making your stand at the end said so. Many wrong perceptions can occur with such irresponsible actions by JYJ3. If this is a fan site that supports all three members equally, then I think posting these kind of personal feelings of a writer with a double meanings in them should be filtered with care and not to be made publicly at all by you, a third party site.

Well, gosh. I completely missed the point of your post. I have no idea what you meant by what you wrote. Mr Hayato was saying that it is unthinkable that C-jeS could possibly “neglect” Jaejoong in favor of Yuchun, which I happen to believe is the truth, and which I’ve stated here before.That was the point of his remark and I completely agree with him.
I think you misinterpreted the nuance of Hayato-san’s words and this brought you to such a conclusion. Hayato-san did not mean that he favored Jaejoong or Yoochun more than the other. He meant that since they are members of the same group that they would avoid having their activities overlap (in this case, being in dramas at the same time).
The purpose of JYJ3.net is to share news and information related to JYJ. I see no harm in sharing it, particularly since the entry (taken as a whole) makes clear who Hayato-san supports in the end—-> JYJ
I took that part of the blog as Hayato-san meaning that the fans should not be complaining to CJes that Jaejoong is being neglected (not working in dramas enough) because of the fact that he hadnt started another drama while Yoochun seemed to be in one right after another (along with CFs and such). Maybe I wasn’t comprehending his tone/tense in the right context, but that’s the way it came across to me.
PS. Thank You Mr. Hayato for all your hard work in supporting the boys too! Wishing for you a very happy, healthy, prosperous 2013 along with JYJ.
