JYJ won against SM, but they can make freely activities on korean tv ???

As for you questions, that’s what most of us are also wondering… So far, the Korean shows have only said stuff like “Oh, we need to think about it”, or “I need to speak to so-and-so, therefore no comment”.. I’m not sure which channel it was, but the most optimistic reply was “There shouldn’t be any reason why they can’t appear on TV now”, but it still wasn’t a ‘yes’….
As for Japan… Well, Avex is going to appeal… That’ll drag the case for some time like it did in SK…. I don’t know about being able to promote just yet, but I think there should be no problem if JYJ want to release a Japanese album now… Hope this helps ^^
JYJ deserves to be treated like respected artists in their own country and in their 2nd home. It’s as if all the big shots of these two countries are the only ones who cannot see JYJ for the treasure that they really are… smh. I really wish they’ll be given the opportunity to shine on music shows and variety programs and show the people of SK and JP what they have been missing all this time.
Well, in Korea, SME sort of owns the entertainment world (mostly the music and variety programs) so everyone kowtows to their power. Avex, on the other hand, is big in Japan but can not be considered as the owner of Japan entertainment world. There are numerous shows and programs in Japan that will not bend to Avex’s will since it is not the biggest Ent Agency in Japan. Also, in Korea, SME is in a merger with all/most of the other big entertainment companies, so saying no to SME is like saying no to the others as well. You do the math.
Avex, Never can you return the lost 3.6 years. Deep hurts already to JYJ & Fans.
Your next action is to appeal right ?

now under nuclear disaster & political tension, QE measurement & inflation,
many other Korean artists already focused in other markets.

In another words, SME is a monopolize entertainment in South Korea. That is the reason I despise SME.

First, I read: “JYJ WON THE LAWSUIT AGAINST AVEX”!!! YAAAAAYYY..happy..
Then, ” AVEX WILL APPEAL THE RULLING TO HIGH COURT”…Yeah, same ‘ol, same ‘ol..but c’mon guys I know I’m not the only
one who would expected this, we all know how dirty this Avex is, what makes you think they will go down that easily.
They have to pay more than $7 million US! They rather give that money to dogs to play with than to JYJ. Avex and SM will
try to put JYJ 6 ft under ground…they will try and try again. The Jap high court shouln’t allow Avex to appeal..IMO
