JYJ filed a lawsuit against AVEX, claiming AVEX interfered in JYJ’s Charity Concert to help Japanese Earthquake victims in 2011[2011 JYJ Unforgettable Live in Japan].
With this ruling in Japan, it is expected that JYJ might resume its activities in Japan where the group has high popularity.

Following their settlement with SM Entertainment last year, JYJ seems to have rid themselves of another lawsuit by claiming victory against their former Japanese management, Avex.
C-JeS Entertainment confirmed the news by commenting, “During the trial in Japan on the 18th, it was ruled that Avex cannot interfere with the Japanese promotional activities of JYJ.”
They added, “Once the exact decision documents arrive, we will send out a press release.”
The group has been battling Avex since 2011 on the basis of interfering with the group’s attempt to put on a charity concert for the Tohoku earthquake.
With this ruling, it seems that JYJ may be able to start promoting in Japan again.

JYJ has scored a huge win that could potentially open up a path for the group to resume activities in Japan.
On January 18, C-Jes Entertainment revealed JYJ had won its lawsuit in Japan against its former Japanese agency, Avex, with the court ruling the agency could no longer interfere in JYJ’s activities in Japan.
The agency said it would release the full ruling statement from the court through a press release when it arrives.
The lawsuit was originally filed back in 2011 after JYJ had claimed Avex had prevented the group from attempting to hold a charity concert in Japan.
With the ruling, many JYJ fans in Japan are hoping this will make it possible for the group to resume its activities in Japan.

The last line, is the most mportant one… “might resume.” A part of me is happy that finally these ridiculous lawsuits will be settled. That the guys can legally move on. But until I actually see them being treated fairly, well, its still a battle. I guess now we just have to wait and see what the excuses will be. If they even bother feeding us any bs line at all.
