A representative from Kim Junsu’s agency CJES Entertainment stated, “After holding successful concerts in 4 Asian cities since coming back with his second album ‘INCREDIBLE’, Junsu will begin the second round of his second solo tour after finishing his activities for the musical ‘Elizabeth’”
According to the representative, Kim Junsu will hold his solo concert in Australia on September 28th, and will hold concerts in Nagoya’s Nippon Gashi Hall from October 8th to 10th and Yokohama Arena from October 14th to 16th.
After releasing his second solo album, Kim Junsu mobilized 40,000 people from Bangkok, Shanghai, Seoul to Busan in just one month and successfully finished the first round of his tour. Kim Junsu has received much response for his large-scale, dynamic performances in a wide range of genres, including dance, ballad and R&B.
The representative added, “He plans on meeting with approximately 60,000 Japanese fans in Nagoya and Yokohama. Kim Junsu’s second album received a huge response from within Japan. Although there are many broadcast and other activity limitations in Japan, JYJ and Kim Junsu, as always, sell-out their weekday concerts. He plans heating up Japan with his perfect live performances and ‘INCREDIBLE’ stages this time as well.”
JYJ’s Kim Junsu to Launch Second Part of Solo Tour in September
From late September, Kim Junsu will wrap up his musical ventures to launch the second part of his solo tour.
A rep from C-JeS Entertainment told enews on August 27, “Kim Junsu, who previously made a return with his second album Incredible in July and toured four cities in Asia, will be starting up the second part of his solo tour after wrapping up Elisabeth early September.”
The first concert of his new feat will take place in Australia on September 28, then go on to Nagoya from October 8-10 and Yokohama from October 14-16.
Kim Junsu released his second solo album on July 15, and traveled through Bangkok, Shanghai, Seoul and Busan, gathering over 40,000 fans. His concert was especially praised for its mix of various genres from dance to ballad and R&B, as well as its dynamic stage effects.
The rep added, “He′ll meet with about 60,000 fans in Japan with his concerts in Nagoya′s Nippon Gaishi Hall and Yokoahama′s Yokohama Arena. Japan has also been exploding with excitement about Junsu′s high quality album.”
“Though he′s limited in broadcast or other forms of promotions, JYJ and Kim Junsu has been selling out tickets to even those shows on weekdays,” the rep said. “Again he′ll heat the country with an Incredible performance that will feature perfect live vocals and performances.”
