[NEWS] Rooftop Prince Takes 2nd Place in Ratings For First Episode
MBC‘s new drama ‘The King 2hearts’ had the first laugh in the Wednesday-Thursday drama ratings battle.
According to the ratings information provided by ABG Nielsen Media Research on the 22nd, The 1st episode of ‘The King 2hearts’ aired on the 21st has averaged an impressive 16.2% for its 1st episode, giving the drama the 1st victory of the Wed-Thu ratings battle.

March 10, 20,140 signatures were recollected. Thank you to everyone for your active cooperation.
March 13, the document was sent to CJes attorney’s representative of the trial with AVEX.
March 16, I called the lawyer to confirm the arrival of the document.

The recollection of signatures was able thanks to the effort of everybody, in 24 hr. we recollected 5000 signatures and 10,000 signatures in 48 hr. So until the 10th we recollected 20,140 signatures, which was over 200% of our goal, unfortunately we had to remove the anonymous signatures and signatures with nicknames, so only 19,813 signatures were validated.

This is a forth visit to korea for Mr. Levay, and there’s a special bond with him and this country. Kim Junsu is one of those specials, who played the lead on works of Levay in a row. He took a title role in, and currently casts as ‘Tod’ in.
Mr. Levay raved about the performance of this rising star. “Junsu is at one with the character on the stage.” Then, he talked about their first meeting with a bright face.
“I met Junsu in the opening offor the first time. He was so friendly and such a sweetheart as now. Thankfully, Junsu told me that he was fascinated by my music. Since that day, we’ve got to be friends. I’ve watched the process of his growth as an actor for the last 2 years. Junsu isn’t overawed by a character to be but is assimilated so naturally, and I respect that tremendously. Especially in the case of, there are many similarities between the protagonist and Junsu himself. This point had a strong influence on his heartful performance, I guess.”
For Mr. Levay, ‘Tod’ is a special character. The allegory of Tod as god of death has its long own history. This deep-rooted traditional character was adapted for, and lend a fantastic atmosphere to the play.
Mr. Levay responded to a question about the performance of Junsu as ‘Tod’.
“As you know, ‘Tod’ is utterly different from ‘Mozart’. And I was very impressed with his acting to go into this new character when I saw him in rehearsals. Actually, I changed my departure schedule for watching his first performance. We are like family now and our real families, too.”
And Junsu told that he was a big fan of Mr. Levay, and chose this play unhesitatingly because of the brilliant music.

Are fanclubs in Korea changing from supporting TVXQ, to just JYJ?
There’s no the TVXQ’s official fanclub. Actually the union of many famous fansites worked instead of them. HM fans officially treated that all fans are not the TVXQ’s fan. So many famous all fan sites changed to JYJ, except HM’s individual fansites.
Does that mean those fansites are no longer supporting HoMin?
They didn’t tell like that. But after Homin fans announcement, many all fan’s fansites were upset. So some of them already announced to just support JYJ and the other also prepare to announce their official position.
HoMin fans said that TVXQ fans were no longer HoMin fans? Or the other way around?
They said ‘now the TVXQ’s members are just Yunho & Changmin. So we announce that other fans including all and JYJ fans aren’t acceptable TVXQ’s fan anymore. So don’t copy and post the thing to relate HM at their offical website. If they will, we won’t close our eyes.’
