[Fanaccount] JYJ in Spain… “The most beautiful experience of my life”
By Kichan
Once there, we followed the girl of the staff who gave us the flyers of JYJ, to be sure. There was already a fine line, but there were girls of Pentalfa (Italian fanclub) who were queuing for all. A lot of Korean journalists! Suddenly, we see two people in the building (above) who walked to the balcony. One of these seemed JJ!! We took a shot!! He had the same hairstyle and body, but we can’t see his face because his face was hidden from the camera. We stressed at all XD
[Fanaccount] JYJ in Spain – Two more stories to share <3
FANACCOUNT 1:
By Anonymous
I wanted to wait a few days before writting my fanaccount, I wanted all the emotions to cool down so that I’d be able to reflect more on it.
So, now that a few days have passed already… Here it is.
This has been the most incredible and unreal 2 days of my life. I arrived in Barcelona on Thursday, and the first thought when landing has been “so, I am in the same city as JYJ right now”. This thought came as soon as the wheels of the plane hit the ground, and it suddenly made me very nervous. Because on the day after that I had to attend the press conference at El Poble. I’m a fan but I got my press pass as a professional media. I would need to look professional, and I wasn’t sure I would manage to, because I had never seen them in real.
So I arrived at the venue early but I was surprized to see that there was already people who had set up tents and had spend a night there already. If you consider the fact that there had been like a storm in the night, and that they still had more than 35 hours to wait for the concert to begin, I was really admirative. Haha even I am not such a dedicated fans.
Though I was in front of the venue… I was scared to enter. I suddenly got really nervous… But what else could be done? So I went to see the staff members, told them about being invited to the press conference (the staff to give the accreditations wasn’t here yet so I have to wait) and met other people from my country who also had accreditations and also weren’t sure about what to do, so it helped me feel a bit less nervous.
Though some things happened after that, I’ll directly jump to when the press conference started. I’m not going to talk about the content or anything, since I was there as a media and I have to show some professionalism, even if it’s only this much. Seeing the boys in real, from so up close… It really seemed unreal. Because they were just like 3 or 4 meters in front of me, just sitting at a table… It didn’t feel like have superstars in front of me. It was like having these people who come to tell you about their job at uni. Excepted that they were handsome. I think they didn’t even wear any make-up, or if they did it was REALLY light. But even though they have really handsome faces.
I got shocked at how similar they look from all the pictures and videos, yet still seemed so… different.
I am Jaejoong-biased. And Jaejoong really looks like an angel, he has this features that make you feel quiet and relaxed. Yoochun is totally handsome and also has a hot stare. His eyes when they look in your direction… It’s really no joke. As for Junsu… he his handsomer than what I thought. I’ve always considered him as the cute baby of the group, but he also looks really smexy… But that’s a different feeling from Yoochun. If I were to explain it, I’d say… It seems that Yoochun knows how handsome and smexy he is, and he plays a bit with it but Junsu still looks so innocent and genuine… Haha, anyway, that was the first impression I’ve had of them.
The press conference went well, really, it went smoothly. The boys seem to have a curious nature, they really looked a lot at the journalists, maybe trying to asses our reactions and such.
In the end I went out thinking “They are not like unreachable gods… But really like the best human beings on earth”.
At this point I have to say that it’s a fortunate thing that I’ve met such nice people there… If you guys recognize yourself, hi, I was happy to meet you^^
At the fans that were queuing already, I have to tell you sorry… We kind of left the venue with our press pass very noticeable on purpose, having seen the boys already, and knowing that there would be the other press conf the day after that… We were really excited and hyper and we thought it would be fun to see the fans reaction at seeing people with passes… Haha sorry for being total meanies.
[TRANS] JYJ in Spain – Concert in Barcelona: “I arrived as Press and returned as a Fan”
T/N: Written by a spanish blogger Robert from “Paella de Kimchi”.
And finally the concert came. With concerns all the week about possible rain made us doubt until the last minute if everything would be okay or should be any problems. In the morning we were relieved to say at the press conference that the probability of precipitation would be almost impossible. So it seemed that everything was going to be a great that night. And boy it arrived.

After some delay typical of these great events the doors opened for the public outside to enter and filling the Poble Espanyol. I learned the square was filled with about 3,000 people ready to enjoy JYJ. And after an intro of colored light from lasers and lightsticks they arrived:

As three fallen angels from heaven, clothed in white with gold accents, they introduced to their fans. Surely more than one must have felt “In heaven”. It was for anything less, because these guys gave their all on stage, and they put their fans and everyone in their pocket.
I arrived as Press and returned as a Fan
That could be my phrase for the night. As I said in the entrance of the press conference, to me JYJ didn’t wake me up much interest. In fact, I can easily recognize that I learned their names this past week, and on their way to Barcelona on Chanpoo’s car I hear it their songs. And to be honest, I didn’t like it much.
But a Live Concert can change it everything. And it was hard to resist the energy they transmitted from the stage. There was a time when the connection with the fans was such that it gave me goosebumps.
For me there were several factors that influenced this concert grazed perfection. Those listed below:
[Fanaccount] 111029 JYJ In Spain…”A dream come true”
T/N: Ok This is the first time I write a fanaccount and English is not my first language but I tried my best
.
Part 1: Awakening, arrival to Poble Espanyol and queueing.
The day began early, too early for a Saturday and the worse thing is that the alarm didn’t ring (still don’t know why) so I’ve to get dressed in 5 min and quickly went out without having any meal T __ T because the taxi was waiting for me.
In less than 10 min I was already there, I arrived to Barajas 7:30AM and met the girl with whom I had organized the journey and the lodging. We went straight to the gates cause we already had the tickets.
Having passed the controls and located the gate I went to eat breakfast and to buy some sandwiches for later in the queue. We had plenty of time so we sat down and started talking about JYJ, the concert and everything that I can’t talk with other people. This way we talked for almost an hour and at 9:00 AM we embarked.
We arrive to Barcelona at 10:30AM and waited to meet another girl who came from Las Palmas of Gran Canaria. While we were waiting for her two friends of mine who had come on the friday evening and were already exchanging the tickets for the bracelet told me to come and queue with them so that we could take turns.
We leave the rucksacks in the hotel and I took the purse, banners, the lightstick and the paper with the fanchants and walked to the Poble Espanyol, in 5 min we were there, it was between 11:30-12:00 AM. When we got there there wasn’t a queue for exchanging the tickets so we got our bracelets and I went back to the queue while the others stayed to get some goods. I joined my friends in the queue and met a group of very nice girls and we all decided to do shifts to go to the toilet, to buy some food or just to stretch the legs.
I queue for a total of 9 hours but there were people there camping since Thursday with the rain and everything.
In the queue there were fans from diverse countries, they were both asian and european fans as well as from South America. Mothers and fathers as well and also old ladies. I saw people with flags from France, Italy, Finland, Portugal and certainly Spain. I also saw a lot of asian boys. People were singning, listening to music, dancing or just sittings and chatting calmly, we were all there for JYJ and everybody was in a good mood, for once I didn’t feel out of place.
As the hours passed the queue increased and I realized I was in a good spot and that probably I wouldn’t be so far from the stage as I had thought at first.
At 2-2:30 PM we started eating, we were hungry and there were still many hours ahead and we had to be full of energy for the concert. Many people passed recording with domestic video cameras, especially asian men, they walked really fast and recorded the queue, it was funny. There were girls distributing promotional posters of the concert for free and they gave us a few and I feel sorry but we used them to sit down cause the floor was wet but we were lucky and it didn’t rain the whole day. Also a big banner for to sign for JYJ was prepared, people were writting down their twitter accounts LOL and they gave fluorescent red bracelets for 5-10 cents
In one of the shifts we went to the nearest mal (about 5-10 mins walking) and we bought some coffee because we were getting sleepy.
