Park Yoo Chun’s acting is continuing to earn the respect of industry officials. Just two weeks after hearing praising remarks from the head of SBS drama department, Park Yoo Chun’s acting was lauded by the famed scriptwriter Jo Jin Gook, whose previous works include MBC sitcoms “Soulmate” and “Hello Franceska.”
On April 4, Jo Jin Gook tweeted, “How does Park Yoo Chun act so well? He must be gifted as an actor.” The comment came as a surprise because it’s not too common for a famed scriptwriter to point out someone and praise his acting.
Netizens commented, “Of course he’s god-given,” “Does this mean he wants to cast Yoo Chun for his next show?” and “Park Yoo Chun is gifted in everything.”
Meanwhile, Park Yoo Chun has been playing the dual role of Lee Gak and Yong Tae Yong on SBS drama “Rooftop Prince.” The drama series has consistently recorded 11% TV ratings, closely trailing KBS “King 2Hearts” in the Wed-Thu prime time drama slots.
Lee Gak stops Park Ha from leaving for America. (Lee Gak is played by Park Yoo Chun and Park Ha by Han Ji Min) On the episode of SBS’s Wednesday-Thursday series Rooftop Prince that aired on April 4, Lee Gak takes a picture with his men and Park Ha before getting a haircut.
Thereby, Park mistakes this for taking a picture for a farewell and board an airport limo the next day.
Arriving at Park’s place in a rooftop, Lee finds that she has left and rushes to catch the limo but only to be almost hit by a freight bus.
Lee asks the driver of the bus to take him to the airport, chasing after the limo. Finally, he holds Park Ha back, saying “Don’t leave for America,”
Meanwhile, Park and three of his men get a haircut to stick to their place on rooftop.
