There’s a “click here to see this page in English” on amazon.co.jp page (upper right, kind of below the shopping cart button). It has info about ordering but product description is Japanese only.
Right now the page is not showing Elle Japon for pre-order, but you can sign up to be alerted when the product becomes available. I wonder if this means they are sold out on pre-order already, too! The power of Jaejoong! 🙂

CD Japan is in English. For Amazon.co.jp there is “English” you can click on the page — it gives the basic instructions in English (like, add to cart, stuff about shipping, payment, etc.) but the product descriptions are in Japanese only.
