OK so right now from where I’m at in the US, it’s already 8:24AM and August 22nd in Korea. That means I have about 15 hours to make a decision if I want to email my info in support of this.
I would love i-membership, but what does it mean for a company to extend membership beyond national borders? Do we have a clear idea what it entails financially, logistically, legally, etc? What I want and what is really possible at certain point in time with certain resources are two different things.
i dont know to mail or not T.T even though i waaaaaaaaaaant so much to support, i feel that only k-fans know how effective is cjes management or not T.T idk what to dooooooooo
It’s a good move, establishing a good communication line between the company and the consumers is a key factor for a successful business. It’s not interference in the management matters but a reference in decision making and drawing out project plans. CJes should have personnel with expertise in human resource and communication skills in their PR and marketing department. Yes, I know Fans are just Fans, there must be a boundary setting a limit between fans and management, but a good company PR could smoothen and lessen whatever friction there is.
agreed! this is really good for the fans to do. CJeS really needs to understand that poor performance on their part will affect no one but JYJ themselves. JYJ fans are their main customers and the most important reason behind JYJ’s current success, and they need to be treated fairly without feeling like they are being ripped off.
without those loyal fans, JYJ would not exist so they really need to ensure that this kind of behaviour does not happen again.
OK i approve since this is for “Better Communication with C-jes”
Hope after this if we have something to complain we know where’s we should go to ask and means everyone need to stop bothering anyone who didnt have a bussines with that.
Anyway good luck.
“As such, we, the JYJ fandom, believe C-Jes must develop better methods for communication between JYJ and the consumers (JYJ fandom) immediately…”
Is it communication between “JYJ and the consumers” or “C-JES and the consumers”?
And regarding to the Mahalo PB, shouldn’t any unhappy customer contact C-Jes/3voices for a refund? Why does everybody, including many that are not buying the PB but enjoying and twitting the pics, do a petition complaining about its quality?
Can anyone please clarify what’s wrong with “Intermodulation offline distribution, Worldwide concert DVD, COO, etc.”?
In my opinion, point 2-5 in Appendix I (is there Appendix II?) should be/change to suggestions how C-Jes should do better.
I agree with your suggestion, it is better and softer approach. And the banners after concerts belongs to the concert organizers, Cjes doesn’t do that.
I didn’t know there were many disappointed fans with C-JES. As far as I knew from what I’ve read on other sites, they were doing a good job. It seems to me that the Mahalo issue was the drop that filled the cup then. I’m also curious about #1 in the appendix. As for #4, “what they do to banners after concerts”. What do they do? Throw them away? If that’s the case, as sad as it sounds I don’t think JYJ would be able to keep them all even if they want to. Maybe they should wait till everyone leaves the venue to start cleaning. But I’m only speculating, it would be nice if someone could clarify this matter since I haven’t witnessed anything.
I think this is more than absurd too. Fans like to poke their noses in the boys businesses far too much. If the Mahalo books have a poorly manufactured pics, then go to that guy doing 3VOICES (HAYATO-SAN?) and complain. That’s his departure. Unless you got your copy illegally. This petition in a way is not only saying C-jes is poorly managing the boys, it’s also saying all JYJ stuffs on the market are of poor quality. I would be extra careful of whatever petition I sign if I were fans. Plus, why were some Youtube channels blocked? Was it just because of uploading JYJ videos or there was something more going on? And did those whose chanels got blocked get prior warnings before it was blocked or not? And are they 100% sure they were blocked by C-jes? The whole Appendix 1-4 sounds ridiculous and needs to be revised. And they don’t want bodyguards at concerts? Are they grazy or are they grazy?
Hayato san is not the guy who is in charge of Mahalo, just want to correct. He just got give a photobook Mahalo with autograph from JYJ. If there are some unsatisfied customers, go complain with the seller and ask for compensation.
it doesn’t matter who handled the distribution of Mahalo, becuz that doesnt change the fact that CJeS did a bad job in choosing the distributing company to do this photobook.
it might seem like a simple photobook issue but how would u feel if u paid over $100 to get a low quality photobook with a bunch of badly edited and bound pics. $100 is not cheap.
this is not the only problem with CJeS. there have been many other problems related to really bad organization at concerts and distribution of tickets. JYJ lost a huge number of their fanbase becuz of the messes that happened during their Asia showcases and US and Spain concerts.
whether it was CJeS or someone else, it doesnt change the fact that CJeS were the ones who decided on which organizing/directing/editing/distributing company handled JYJ’s activities. they are JYJ’s managing agencies and they should have made sure that JYJ have better teams of professional individuals that know what they are doing.
@Sailor JiJi
The first question for you :Did you get your photo book Mahalo? Can you show me the bad pictures in there?Because I didn’t get my book yet,it ‘s still not ship out yet,I want to see it ,for real from you, don’t get the pic from twitter and show it to me..I saw it already. Thanks
The second question :Please ,can you give me a proof about *JYJ lost a huge number of their fanbase becuz of the messes that happened during their Asia showcases and US and Spain concerts. *
Which concert you att.? where did you get *those information* ?
We ‘ve got few sisters went to Spain to see the concert & Germany too ,and they didn’t have this kind of information ,so…help us here!!!
Before you say something, you must have the proof in your hand…So,you have it,right?
I agree with Sailor JiJi that sometimes C-Jes chooses unprofessional organizer to held JYJ concert or fanmeeting. In Thailand, Junsu fans had to face a lot of problems about presale system of SNP Media Hub (Organizer in Thailand). And the same problem (maybe worse than Junsu Solo Concert problem) still happened in Yuchun Fan Meeting held by SNP , the same organizer of Junsu concert.. Some of Thai fans gave up to go, some sent email to C-Jes ect. I don’t know why C-Jes don’t take action about these problem!!! But I’m the one who think to not to go the concert if SNP is the organizer even JYJ concert.
loveunchanged
Have we thought about the fact that no organizer out there don’t want to anger SM by working with JYJ? Because the boys can’t do anything in Japan for exactly this reason. We are lucky that there are smale scale organizers like SNP and that one Japanese organizer (zack?) out there who don’t care squat about Avex or SME. And that Zac(?) organizer in Japan even got sued for working with JYJ, lol. Have fans started taking things for granted now? C-jes has to do with what he can get, which is very little and sometimes inadequate and inefficient. However, it is still good that we let C-jes know that they need to do better. That way when those SME/AVEX a-s suckers man up, C-jes won’t continue to use the low-level/little “helpers” and go for those with “big guns” who can do their jobs efficiently. Without necessarily throwing away the “little helpers” >>> Don’t know how he’s going to do that though.
It is not like they don’t want bodyguards at concerts. From other posts, bodyguards have been blocking views of fans even after they asked them to move so they can see JYJ. They paid to go to see JYJ, not bodyguards. So they want to suggest to minimize blocking views of fans who paid to go. Also, they blocked channels with JYJ videos. What fans are more worried and angry is because they don’t suspend accounts of sasaengs and antis who are spreading rumors but only suspend accounts of fans of JYJ. Fans are worried there will be more anti stuffs than JYJ stuffs when ppl search JYJ.
I think the bodyguards at concerts thing might refer to bodyguards trying to stop fans from filming or photographing JYJ. I remember in some fan accounts, fans said that the bodyguards were doing this.
You know what is even more absurd, I am sure most of the people making the most noise didn’t even buy the goods in question and are the first to encourage piracy and illegal sharing of JYJ materials.
The banning doesn’t even seem to be CJeS led, but EMK, who own the rights to some of the performances. But of course, people jump the gun and start making a mountain out of a molehill. This fandom sure loves the drama and victim playing, NONSENSE.
I will not sign this petition because this is not the time. If by next year, same problems, I will consider better communication to CJes. But not now and not until the final verdict delivery.
What I need at this moment is to know exactly where this petition came from and who started it. This is a potentially explosive and destructive situation. Who thought now it would be a really great idea to blow the JYJ fandom out of the water with a laundry list of grievances most of which are not in any way anything they have a say in? Who exactly is responsible for starting all this?
Thank you. Some people have personal issues with CJeS, because they think CJeS is not giving them their dues or the authority, they think they deserve. Some people have gotten too big for their breaches and think they have power and a say so in every JYJ activity. What saddens me, is that some fans do not see the hidden motives and destructive agendas behind these repeated petitions. All they are doing is further fragmenting this fandom.
People need to ask themselves, this very question, before falling for this constant attempts at derailing JYJ and giving JYJ detractors something to use against them. WHY NOW????
I’m in two minds about this, but if CJES is going ahead with the discussion, it’s their call. For the fans participating, I hope they realize that giving feedback and making suggestions is one thing, but demanding and wanting things done your way is quite another matter.
All I know is what I read on a previous post that Cjes was banning fancams so that made me sad but I don’t know anything else so I don’t think I should sign this. All this time I thought that Cjes was doing a respectable job managing their careers, I didn’t think there was such dissatisfaction among fans and I hope this dissatisfaction doesn’t disturbs the peace of mind of JYJ.
I don’t think this is what we, fans should do if we really want to improve anything. Don’t demand. I would instead give them clear points about each event/product you’re not satisfied and give them suggestions of how they could do better, not simply ‘you’re wrong, but I don’t know how should the right thing look’… Sometimes not everything looking right to one side is right to the other side. And to really communicate, maybe it would be better to meet with them, not send petitions. Surely there are international fans who live in Korea and speak Korean?
More than 10 fans in Korea will be going to discuss and give suggestions to C-JES. This petition is one of things these ppl will take with them so fans who cannot go to C-JES can participate as well. As far as I understand from reading their posts, this petition is like signatories of fans who wanted to come to C-JES but couldn’t and to say it is not just ideas those fans who are actually going to discuss.
This is way over the top. I am all for better communications and suggestions to make things better. But this is a list of accusations and bad ones at that. That’s not the way to open a line of effective communications between the fans and company.
Those “improper and unprofessional actions” are ridiculous.
1) We all know why their fan goods might not be as good as others. That’s because SMe (and their ‘friends’) block anyone who works with JYJ. Production and distribution companies don’t want to work with JYJ since SMe will threaten to never use their companies. I am amaze that we even have fangoods with all this blocking. And this goes for number 4 as well. It’s always quantity over quality.
2) Not having i-membership is annoying, but I am sure there’s a lot involved that we as fans don’t know about. Throughout these few years (and remember they are a new company that went into managing artists solely for JYJ) we have seen definite improvements. They are on Youtube and Facebook now. They work with US artists to produce songs (also probably because of the blocking as well). And I don’t know why the members are complaining about lack of benefits when there was that huge membership week in Korea.
3) I think it depends on the material they are banning. Some of them I believe they should ban– it’s a violation of their copyrights. I still don’t have the full grasp on what’s going with the Youtube bans so I really can’t comment on what they are banning. Bodyguards at their concerts? Are you kidding me? I applaud Cjes for having those bodyguards.
4) See 1.
5) I see little to no problem with how CJes handled saesang, rumors, malicious comments. They are constantly bombarded with slandering attempts by people/companies, and I believe CJes handled it all with maturity. Like the saesang one. Jaejoong immediately apologized for disappointing/worrying his fans (which I didn’t think he needed to do) and then they just waited for it to blow over meanwhile the full truth of saesangs come out to the media/public and they instigate a legal case against Dispatch. No problems with that whatsoever.
I think because some posts have not been translated this seems to be more absurd. The purpose of petition is for ppl who cannot go to discuss and suggest c-jes can participate. Not all the list of things that will be possibly discussed and suggested have been translated.
1) Fans know because of ban by SM, C-JES has lack of choice for the production company. However, 3hreevoices have been doing the same mistakes for several products over and over. These products cost around $100 and COO even costed around $300. Fans paid these amount of money to receive goods that have qualities similar to the price they paid. Fans don’t want to receive photobooks where pics of JYJ members have been cut due to bad placing of pictures and poor quality. Yuchun’s pics were in crease and the quality was so bad his face was not visible for COO. Also, for Mahalo Jaejoong’s pics were in crease that fans cannot even recognize his face. Fans want to suggest C-JES, who confirms printing, distributing and selling, to revise their products more thoroughly before they give confirmation. Also, they had one year to edit Worldwide concert dvd, but they had bad camera work and quality. Also, there were so many fans scene rather than showing JYJ. Fans buy concert DVD to see JYJ and not to see fans.
2) Although C-JES didn’t sell tickets but kfans and jfans who went there paid their membership fee. The membership idea came up because fancams and fans’ Youtube accounts got suspended. Not all fans, especially ifans, can go to concerts or fanmeetings and we look at pictures and videos took by fans. If C-JES suspend these accounts, they should post more stuffs on their official youtube, facebook accounts. Also, Kfans and Jfans can see pictures and videos but ifans cannot. Thus, suspending fancams without other methods of publishing more contents from C-JES will affect ifans a lot. Kfans decided to suggest and ask if ifans can have membership so ifans can enjoy too.
3) Kfans are okay if they suspend accounts which upload official materials like COO and Mahalo. But, C-JES don’t make dvds out of fanmeetings and most of concerts. Also, they don’t post pics or videos soon. Fancams are necessary for fans because JYJ are not free to be on public TV. Without fancams, only things fans can enjoy online are dramas, little pics and videos from news articles, and members’ twitters. Where can we see JYJ singing live? Also, C-JES are not deleting or suspending malicious rumor video clips by antis. They should suspend antis before fans. If they keep suspending fans’ accounts, what ppl will see on youtube will be more of antis’ rumor stuffs than JYJ stuffs. Also, kfans don’t mean for C-JES to ban bodyguards. Bodyguards have blocked fans’ views during concerts and fanmeetings. They asked them to move constantly. They want to suggest bodyguards to minimize from blocking the view.
4) What action did C-JES take when Junsu’s HongKong concert was delayed? Fans did not know what was going on because C-JES did not post announcements on time. They found out from the ticket selling site that there was no ticketing on the day they were supposed to have. Furthermore, C-JES kept making typos over and over for music videos, news and etc. Also, C-JES gave wrong numbers and data to the press. They even gave wrong title with typo for Tarantallegra when it was first released. If these happened rarely, we can consider them as mistakes. But, these have been repeating over and over. They should be more careful about this.
5) Regarding sasaeng incident, yes I agree what C-JES has done (filing report to police and suing Dispatch) was good. But, it wasn’t C-JES who gave the press about the truth of sasaengs. It was fans who collected those info and spread around and sent emails to reporters who wrote about these incidents. Also, last year some of kfans sued antis who are making rumors and sexually harassing both JYJ and JYJ fans. It has not occurred once but second one is going on now. Fans asked C-JES if they can take charge or willing to participate, but there had not been any response from C-JES so fans are paying for lawyer and etc. For a long time, kfans asked C-JES if they could request Naver to change related search words that come up when we searched JYJ members names. Those related search words had keywords of rumors related to JYJ members and kfans did little campaign where kfans search good search words to get rid of those bad key words. Even now, antis are posting malicious comments and spreading rumors on news related to JYJ as well as on news totally unrelated to JYJ. Fans are going to those sites to report them and put good comments. C-JES posted their announcements mostly on Friday and many malicious scandals occurred on Friday, but they don’t work on weekends. So, fans suggest forming ’emergency weekend team’ so they can react and know more quickly when something comes up on Friday.
It is not just recent incidents that fans are worried and angry about. It has accumulated over 3 years and they are keep making mistakes over and over. They are having more celebrities in their agency and they even have trainees. Fans are going there to discuss about these and give suggestions. The petition is for people who cannot go but wish to participate. I guess it has been misleading because just keywords have been translated without explaining each of them. As far as I know, kfans decided to go this thrusday because of Mahalo originally and then, the Youtube incident occurred. So, they decided to go over some things C-jes has been repeating constantly to discuss and give suggestions. Kfans are still discussing and gathering suggestions. The reason why they translated and opened to ifans is because ifans will be affected a lot as well because of fancams and Youtube accounts being suspended. And, losing ifans will affect JYJ a lot as well. Also, they heard ifans kept requesting for memberships and better communication between C-JES and fans but there has not been any answer from C-JES. I’m not trying to force anyone to sign petition because it is each person’s decision. I’m just writing this for more explanations.
thank you for clarifying what the fans visiting CJes think and intend to do.
i have mixed feelings about all this issue – i know many things do not depend on CJes/JYJ and that they have limited options if not any. fans also have their rights to complain if they are offered low quality products. and the timing is definitely not good – just days before the verdict is officially announced.
I believe … our boys (bless their souls) seem like they always have something happening to them… so as the saying goes ….planning for a baby or a big purchase or waiting till your bills are paid to take that long awaited vacation.. the timing will never be right. I believe our kfans will go there and kindly with respect talk with them about these things.
Thank you for taking your time to explaing everything so detailed for us I-Fans… I had no clue about what’s going on, especially regarding the sasaeng incident(s).
However, I don’t get why they suspend fancams and youtube accounts, don’t they realize that it’s a free way to promote JYJ… I myself have learned about them though youtube…
Thank you very much for your detailed & thorough explanation. 🙂 Given that Ifans were upset about things that mostly affect them as Ifans, I wondered what had been going on in S Korea for the Kfans to be reacting like this too.
Your explanation makes everything more understandable, whereas their appendix just sounds accusatory/defamatory. Despite the good intentions, the timing is still very very bad. They should suspend this kind of fan movement/petition for after the verdict in september is over. Because right now, this is just making C-jes and the boys look bad. Really really bad. And when they do reopen this petitio or meeting with C-jes after september 10th, they should reconsider rewriting/rephrasing the list in the appendix.
Sigh..what had happened this past 4 days?? Suddenly i saw a lot of complaining about CJes,their management..and even worst theres a ton of bashing bout Jaejoong and Yoochun’s drama/acting..what the hell is going on??
Definitely hope the above are not a hostile confrontation. Please fandom, helps keep the action less high profile. Just many allegation as pointed above are by regional, very controversial, mainly for those who are close to the “storm-eyes” can understand.
From point # 4 , understand the grievance might come from fans in Korea, China, Taiwan , HK etc.
Eg. last minute ideas change of the organizers caused fanclubs in troubles, extreme case was 8.7 concert. ( fanclubs committees hold themselves responsible for their members, because involved money raising, fund allocation for supporting JYJ ).
Aug onwards JYJ members many important kick off, pls spread more positive support first.
So much hates for CJES nowadays. I mean, come on, they can’t be worse than SME. I admit their management is still not on the satisfying level and the staff lacked in terms of maturity compared to other big company. But we, as fans shouldn’t bash, I agree with this petition, I mean we really needs better communication with the company. But the attitude of some fans really ticks me off. They keep on bashing and bashing when what we should do is help to improve. *smh*
All of a sudden that some fans keep on & on to complain C-Jes at the same time which is before fhe final verdict delivery. Is it just as simply as a complain from fans OR it is something behind to get the company in trouble?? As I reading the comment about this topic, most of the fans have rational thoughts. I love JYJ, but I am sorry to say that I will not support this move at this moment. I am a fan from Hong Kong. The messy situation that happen in the beginning of August was not made by C-Jes. That’s the problem from the Chinese Organizator. C-Jes just aware of the different between Chinese organizator’s style does not fit in Hong Kong, they choose a wrong partner. But, C-Jes did show us that they are willing to fix the situation, and now, we can see Junsu on 26 Aug. In this case, I feel that C-Jes is learning & improving.
This is not about if fans should poke their nose into their business. We, as customer, someone who is also paying their salaries have all the right to demand for a good or at the very least average quality products! C-Jes unprofessional acts not only upset fans but indirecty damage JYJ image (most important)!! Of course, you may say they are new, give them time. But it’s been 2+years, do we see any improvement? NO! In fact, there are even more mistakes than the past! Even if we put aside quality of their products, let’s look into the way they handle rumours, malicious comments. Shouldn’t they as JYJ agency, stand out to protect and speak for them. Did they? Either they did it too late (harm already caused) or they remain silence. This had caused JYJ fandom to break and MOST IMPORTANTLY they are NOT protecting JYJ image! No one request them to be a perfect agency, but at least, shouldn’t they look into their management and review?! All fans want is just a channel to communicate with them. If some mistake or rumour spotted, we can simply inform them and let them decide on the action to do. But now, there’s NO way for us to even notify them for the mistake they made! No one want to demand or control them. It’s just creating a channel for communication between fans and C-JeS.
For I-membership, i don’t understand WHY cjes kept talked about the fanmeet and privileges. Couldn’t they think of other plan? I believe alot of i-fans wanted the membership is not only for fanmeeting purpose. Most importantly, we want an OFFICIAL site for us to purchase the boys stuffs! And not always hunting for sites to purchase their albums, dvd, If they feel that they are unable to provide as much privileges as k-fans, just review the membership fee! It only a matter of if they want to open it for i-fans! There are so many other privileges they could give. Beside the purchasing of products from cjes store, perhaps some discount for members? Ultimately, all of us just want to help JYJ, isn’t it?!
Also, problems are not only happening now. Please recall starting from 2years back before you said the complaint only started now! Some are getting too agitated because the same thing happened again and again!
This petition seems like a group of complaints that are very general, not many specifics. If I were C-Jes, it would make me not take the request seriously. Can someone who had their videos claimed and their accounts closed report what kind of videos were targeted?
I happen to be one that appreciates C-Jes for working hard for JYJ until now under very difficult circumstances. I have things I would like changed, like English subs on their official videos. The new one from Junsu targeting USA audiences with no English is a good example. And I do really appreciate fancams which bring out the charms of JYJ much better than official cameramen do.
I wonder if C-Jes realizes how very difficult being a fan of JYJ is. As much as C-Jes and JYJ have fought together, we fans have also fought. And this year has been especially hard. Rather than taking things away from us, it should rather be a time to heal our wounds.
Sorry not taking part in this as it doesn’t really affect me. Though, in the end these actions by c-jes will reflect badly on JYJ. C-Jes actions after all have been cleared by JYJ. The ban is probably the one that has me confused, and somewhat annoyed (even though I don’t watch fancams). Its not like they can promote themselves like regular artist. Preventing the fans from being the promoters will backfire on them. What has caused the interest in K-Pop outside of Asia has been the internet. And what helps some of the JYJ i-fans maintain interest, and what will help build new interest…. will be the internet. To take out a chunk of free PR for themselves all in the name of “copyright material” well is suicide. Also this belief that they are just laying down the groundwork because they know they will win the lawsuit is a silly excuse. The courts have already sided with JYJ about pursuing their work as members of JYJ. That hasn’t really helped much in the K-entertainment industry. They still can’t even promote dramas they are featured in…. in the station that their dramas are part of!
As for material not meeting expectation or badly produced, can’t people just exchange it? If not, stop buying that stuff. I guess kpop fans have been condition to buy everything that is put out by their idols. That habit needs to be broken, especially if the material isn’t produced to the standard that you would expect something in the $100 or more price range.
Membership or lack of membership… unless we can pull in numbers like our Korean or Japanese counterparts. We aren’t getting membership any time soon. And even if we did, in America getting people to travel from one side of the country to another to take part in an event like they had recently, good luck. As for other western countries, can’t speak from that point of view so someone will have to speak up and tell us if it can happen in their country.
How they respond to rumors, obsessive fans, malicious comments, well they haven’t done anything bad so far. Just the fans in general are very…. sensitive. When they need to speak up, they did. When they need to keep quiet and let it run its course, they did. They shouldn’t have to hold a press conference to address every issues within the fandom. Some fans just need to put on their big girl or big boy undies and get over it.
Their events… Why does it matter if they aren’t selling their cd at their concert? Shouldn’t you already have their cd if you are at their concert? Do you honestly think they should take home every piece of fanmade craft back to their house? What kind of hoarders do you think they are? I understand that fans spent many hours even a lot of money to make those banners but the guys aren’t obligated to bring that stuff back with them. After a party do you take back the wrapping and boxes that the persent came in? Those fanmade signs are the wrapping. You being there and having fun at their concert, that is their gift and they’ll take with them those memories.
Sorry guys. I won’t go with the petition because its so vague to me . I don’t have a concrete basis to say that CJES gravely mismanaged JYJ. First I haven’t seen yet the entirety of the Mahalo photobook-I’m waiting for the September delivery of my copy. Those uploaded pictures on the net are a wow to me.I’m giving the benefit of the doubt to those who worked hard for it- that includes JYJ who posed for the photoshoots. I love my intermodulation photobook and I personally am not aware of the bad offline distribution- I bought it via the net and I got it by mail. On the worldwide concert DVD and the etc. I watched the worldwide concert live in Vancouver and I had a great time of my life. RE: live concert DVD recording- it would never be as good as the studio recording, please be realistic so its really best to see and hear the live performance.
As to No. 2, I don’t have any personal knowledge of the membership system. I belong to the universal indivisible bond of JYJ membership group wherein I respect and trust JYJ and the company they entrust their career. Mind you I’m not saying they are infallible- I’m just pragmatic, fully aware of the situation they are in and the powers which are against them.
As to the copyright issues- I firmly believe that JYJ through Cjes should protect their artistic creations effectively and seriously respect any agreements made pertaining thereto. So as a fan I adhere to their move towards enforcing some control measures on fancams. AS to the bodyguard problem is not a problem but its a means to protect the priceless commodity -JYJ.
No. 4. I don’t know what happened to the Hongkong event but the fan week in Korea was a big success.
No. 5-Saesang, rumors and malicious comments. I believe they dealt with the saesang problem legally and they are pursuing the case vigilantly. “Saesangs, please allow JYJ a space enough to live happy normal lives so they could be prolific in their fields in order that many can enjoy their creations.” CJES is not a perfect company- it has its faults. But I’m grateful enough they are helping JYJ the best they could. Rumors and malicious comments will always be there-hard to control, it could be libelous or defaming but in due time the truth will be revealed and praised. Love, peace and cheers.
1. As it is reported above, the petition is imprecise, unclear, demanding and aggressive. It does not telling me in detail what the problems that will be addressed are, or the sources of such discontent, nor suggests solutions.
2. I do not see myself as a “customer” in a business relationship with JYJ; they are not a supermarket. I see myself as a lover, that loves and support them with the best of my abilities, that has an affectionate exchange with them, and that resolves conflicts in a constructive way.
3. This is not the time to promote such complaints, because of the status of the lawsuit.
4. But most important, let’s not forget the unbelievable difficult circumstances under which Cjes is operating. Because of this invisible ban, nobody wants to take the risk to work with them or promote JYJ.
Remember what happened to the venues that rented their space for their concerts in Japan (they got sued), or what happened to magazines that tried to publish a featured interview (ANAN last year, where the issue got cancelled and the magazine was thrown away in the recycling bin), for example. And above all, don’t forget that the In Heaven album almost did not made it to the market last year, because nobody was willing to produce it. A production company even cancelled it at the last minute when everything was already ready, forcing JYJ to find another company in emergency, who was not used in producing such large scale album. Jaejoong himself told this situation in an interview last year, adding that In Heaven almost never got published because of it. Remember the more recent incident regarding the movie The Day screening, being cancelled at the last minute. The incidents I just talked about constitute just the 1% of the incidents that happened over the last 3 years.
Because of the ban by SM and companies being threatened about working with JYJ, it is extremely difficult to find qualified and worthy companies to work with for albums, concerts and goods.
Before complaining or signing anything, let’s think about their situations and let’s not make it harder for JYJ and CJes right now. JYJ needs our constructive support right now and they need to know that we are their most loyal friends and allies.
fans vs cjes like this isn’t the first time happening, i know that. fans complained to company isn’t exclusive to jyj fans either, i don’t see how we should be embarrassed with this. we are customers and we have rights to complain, this is a petition from several fans who wants to complain, obviously not representing all fans. i know there’re several dissatisfaction to cjes, many tried to voice it out in jyj3 but singled out before i got gist of what actually happen. i personally don’t have that much dissatisfactions, because there’re many merchandises i couldn’t afford to buy so i never experience the problems myself, but i know that isn’t the case for other fans. the recent issue is blown up because it’s related to media most (if not all) i-fans know: youtube. i hope i-fans don’t just jump on the matter when we don’t understand what happened before. personally, the explanations in this petition didn’t satisfy me yet, it’s like “you know the problems right?” while i don’t know exactly what you’re talking about. the comments here help me understand the situation a bit, but i hope someone can write a full account of what exactly happened. for once, i think i live in the whole different world in jyj3, because when a rumor burst out, the reaction is different from other jyj fans reaction.
1) Unfolding the onion, the subject matter is NOT merely about fanscam being suspended, which may affect I- fans ( assume) , and petition on twitter was asked.
Though JYJ3 .net not doing excessive censorship, however, I strongly suggest admin to REPHRASE the captions for two separate but co-related topics. These had led to vague discussion & frustration.
2) Asian fans, especially for those fans club committees, concert attendees , all have experienced unpleasant ” interaction ” with cjes. These really take time to remedy. Understand some fans have pooled lots of energy and money to defend JYJ, and look for all quality merchandise from cjes, actually, 2.5 years for a new team building is really too short, outside obstacles we all know for them to run well for all events. But, I hope these grievance can be handled as INTERNAL AFFAIR , and NOT for the time being , and no need in petition, dear.
As Jaejoong once said in an interview : given another chance, they whould have handled the ” 2009 problem ” more properly , and in a better way.
3) Dear, is it that URGENT & IMPORTANT to meet with cjes on coming Friday ? ?
JYJ and teams need SUPPORT instead of JOB EVALUATION at this moment dear.
JYJ members are leaving home to other countries for solo performance, need staff mutual support + motivation.
Why not keep their morale high for the time being ??
Note:
………..
– Junsu is flying to HK this Saturday for Asia tour , fly again to worldwide concert 30/9 ,2/9 in New York , LA;
– Yoochun flying to Shanghai FM this Friday, 30/8 receive acting award on red carpet
– Jaejoong really needs to nurture back poor health, and his new movie about to sell ticket in September,
Mass media are ready for any scandals, instead of healthy happy news to come out , dear.
If the worst scenario – HK 8.7 concert did happened, and can earn ” forgive and forget” at this moment, ( many fans club facebook already hid up grumbling & accusation article ; some blogs add password from spreading the anger) , why would loyal fans wait a bit and fix another date for discussion ?
SM was found in 1995, almost 17 years, dear ! Even today they err a lot .
What’s their smart point ? A : turn others’ money into own money . Leave a little penny for employees and demand them admit happy.
We should have relieved, cjes doesn’t has that mastermind. ( i m sorry ) 😛
Oh, for heaven sakes C-jeS is NOT banning JYJ from YouTube. You are over-stating a situation that is probably solely at the discretion of Nintendo. Please people, this latest craziness is just EXACTLY WHAT SM WANTS. Can’t you see that? Can’t you stop and notice for a moment that the fandom is going bonkers and trashing C-jeS and it’s a situation exactly to SM’s interest to RUIN JYJ? Please let’s all STOP and take a few giant steps backwards.
I absolutely agree with u, no worries. What I mean is, that I dislike this petition because its not even stating the priorities right. As to the banning thing – sure, I consider the Mario event thing as the source of the problem, BUT as a result PX channel disappeared and my heart is crying ;( If it was only for the Mario event, why didn’t they only suspend the vids in question TT anyways, this petition is a big NO for me, and all I want to request from CJeS rn is to give back our beloved PX channel ;(
If someone gets too many copyright claims against their channel, Youtube is the one that removes the channel. Usually, the channel in question is given a warning that videos on their channel have a copyright claim and the claim has put their channel in negative standing. If the channel holder deletes the video in question, nothing happens. If they don’t that is when the channel is removed.
furusek
I see, so it’s rly possible then. Nah, I don’t like it 😥 Hope they can get their channel back somehow.
furusek
oh, I hear they suspended also some fancams with XIA 1st Tour in the name. Maybe coz of the soon(?) to be released DVD~ which would mean its not only Mario event. Bleh, I’d buy it anyways, why act so harsh…
“It’s okay to disagree with the thoughts or opinions expressed by other people. That doesn’t give you the right to deny any sense they might make. Nor does it give you a right to accuse someone of poorly expressing their beliefs just because you don’t like what they are saying. Learn to recognize good writing when you read it, even if it means overcoming your pride and opening your mind beyond what is comfortable.”
If you don’t agree with this petition so be it, nobody is forcing anybody. do we really need to be judgmental and accusive to others who are not in line with our thinking?
As bad is might be JYJ image belongs to CJeS and it’s obvious that no matter how much it helps spread the popularity of the group, when you are using that image without permission is illegal, even if you are not making money out of it. And as for banners, that is just… absurd. The fact you can’t film or record performance… well, my personal opinion is that you enjoy a show better watching without any worry about having to record it. That said recordings help those unfortunate fans like me who never had a chance to see them live.
I tThen I think it’s good if fans have problems with goods and membership’s they should point it out,
i believe that to be the case of ask explanations to cjes before of accuse they or jyj!
if cjes do this will have his reasons!
then stop say things bad on cjes!
fighting cjes and jyj!
all these comments make sense, and are REALLY persuasive. So, since I’m pretty sure you guys can make the mutual point of this petition being overrated, let me put in my own 10c of a different kind…
If cjes wants to ban all fan cams from concerts, fan meetings and what not… How about they actually get JYJ to come to every single country, so that fans world wide can actually have a chance to see JYJ. The reason why fan cams are soo valued in the fan-world, is that not all fans either a) have the time to go b) have the monetary funding (ie money) to go to the concerts.
My emphasis is on the ‘every-single-country’ part. I live in Sydney, Australia, and whilst we might get every single Western/American/English speaking singer/performer/what not on the planet, we hardly get korean singers, let alone k-idols, let alone someone like JYJ. I admit, there has been an improvement, with korea-australia peace concerts, where the recent idols come together, to the super kpop concert, where there was (again) a lot of the new idols (new for me being after dbsk and big bang haha). Yes, i admit, mblaq and infinite( I think) came, and I wanted to see them, tvxq as ‘homin’ came, snsd, super junior etc but I didn’t attend the concert because i would be unconsciously let down, coz jyj wasn’t there.. Also, according to my friend who works in an event/ concert coordinator apparently JYJ is really expensive to bring down here, despite me and my friend telling him that we were wiling to part away with a lot of money, if it was a chance to see jyj and hear them sing for us. This concert thing applies to every korean artist i think, not just cjes and JYJ. For example, after my need to see jyj at least once, my second obsession is big bang, so when they mentioned a world wide tour, i got really excited, only to find out later that australia isn’t on that schedule.
The reason why I think fans are all riled up about this fan cam banning, is how then, can we see a glimpse of our idols if you ban videos? If JYJ’s fanbase would hardly be growing then, because we all know that we fell in love even more with JYJ when we saw the fan cams… also if they argue that we can just wait for concert dvd’s to come out, let them answer this question: when was the last time you let out an official jyj concert/ performance dvd??
Ban fan cams and you are supporting the evil people that dare to say JYJ are bad singers (and makes me unable to argue with my friend that they are the best kpop singers out there)
IN CONCLUSION, MY OPINON: do NOT BAN CONCERT FANCAMS!! (you can ban the weird stalker ones… those are scary .. 😀 )
Hi everyone.. I know its been a while since am here.. and i dontvthink this is the right time to make a post.. but as promised to a few.. I will share my take on this… After asking around what’s all this about.. I am not signing this petition for the following reason and issues that are unclear to me..
1. I havent received my Mahalo so I dont know if I am satisfied or not. If others are not satisfied then they can push through for a refund to the distributing and manufacturing agency. That is the better flow for me. But to generalize satisfaction of “JYJ fans”over a product not received by everyone is a bit unfair for us.. If I sign this i will be judging based on emotion and not on my personal knowledge and experience of the product.
2. for the Youtube fancam, have all fancams been taken down? if its just Mario Kart have we checked if its because Nintendo had an agreement for copyright exclusivity of transmission and sharing of pics of the event? I am grateful for the fancams .. I am a fan who doesnt have access to JYJ through TV so it makes me sad that itvhas taken down.. but we need to know why this specific channel only and not everyone else? And understand what brought the action. I know there was a warning at the event shared on twitter that fancams are not allowed so i was already surprised that we managed to sneaked out.. bazillion of concert streams and fancams have been put there in Youtube.. have they been taken down to?
3. 10+ fans are going.. it will be strong petition if they are representing DNBN or groups that has been actively working on fan activities in Korea for JYJ.. what is their consensus? have they released an official statement?
4. This is something I will sign next year when things remain to be bad.. I agree.. today is not the right time..
5. I understand that the petition is about “wanting better communication between CJES and fans” I would have signed this if the petition contains more suggestion on how “communication” will be improved or what instance that communication was bad.. What I read is management execution issues (ex. choosing promoter, choosing distributor, venue arrangements, ) this is not a jurisdiction of the fans. We can voice out complaints on products.. but petition letter to tell them how things should be done (as i perceived this letter is expressing) is not feeling right for me personally..
If this could have been written dofferently, I might consider signing.. but in its current form and timing.. I had to stand not to sign because I sign to things I believe with all my heart that I am with.. like the fight against SM internal manipulation, Jeju Island issues, and TV stations blocking but this one not yet sitting with me well..
And i hope those who choose not to sign be not labelled CJES stans.. dont compare it with SM this is different.. not because some didnt sign means we are agency supporters ad that we love JYJ less.. its unfair if we go down to tat road.. lets all respect one another’s feel on this…
Like what I said i might re consider if this was worded less aggressive..
Thank you for bearing with my unimportant thoughts..
I just felt i had to share my thoughts on it.. i understand the sentiments that brought this.. but i dont know most of the details.. and i didnt felt that JYJ became less popular or was affected “severely”.. from what I see .. despite the blockings ..they even soar higher.. and that is 90% because of JYJ themselves, their character and talent.. but 10% of it is because there are people doing things for them.. yes CJES is paid to do better and we can tell them where they fall short.. but the tone of the petition didnt sounded like suggesting.. its like demanding.. and that makes me uncomfortable to sign it..
I beleive that the way the message is delivered is as important as the message itself.. many countries.. friends… families fight because they want the best for all but not expressing it in a way that others would understand the intention.. if this did not sit with us well .. what more with CJES? how would they even listen .. communication is the problem.. we should start by being speicific and speaking the lesser angry tone..
3 – maybe i missed it, but i don’t see dnbn or fansites like jyj19 addressing this issue, yet. jyj dc gall isn’t as active as dongbang dc gall (honestly, the aforementioned fansites aren’t as active as dongbang dc gall judging from the posts and comments, cmiiw) and i don’t see they addressed this issue too. idk about individual fansites/dc gall though, i only checked pyc’s dc gall and found nothing about this, idk… jyj kr fandom is really complicated for me to understand, and the way i see it, “unity” is something that’s almost impossible to reach. the 10 fans will never represent the whole fandom, likewise, dnbn or dongbang dc gall or jyj fan united won’t be able to represent the whole fandom. idk how cjes will address things btw, but they seems to listen to jyj fu (dnbn, jyj19, some individual fansites) last time. so idk whether this petition will get through or not.
as for the petition itself, according to hellothrice post:
“As it has been explained to me by a K-fan, the petition itself is not fully done or completed. They are still working on it. So no, there is not a fully translated version of the petition. Only the main points (of what they will communicate to C-JeS) are being translated to I-fans for now due to time constraints. The fan I spoke with said there is a plan to go to C-JeS Thursday morning KST (that may change, I’m not sure).”
I have read that tumbler.. but seriously.. if it was explained to me that well.. I would have signed..
someone just had to rewrite this in a calmer tone..
This situation just shows that JYJ fandom is indeed very young, inexperienced. All other fandoms know as a fact that concert/fanmeet/promotion fancams are not legal. JYJ is blocked from broadcast which doesn’t make all those fancams legal. And up until now I haven’t seen any document, official announcement from Cjes about this banning fancam. To those fans who are against it, please provide me with the solid proof?
The big outcry about fancams started with the suspention of an important Xiah fansite account on Youtube. Some speculate it was because c-jes plans to produce and sell his concert DVD. But from the screenshots it looks like it was indeed EMK who complained (either directly or through c-jes). EMK is the musical company who produced Mozart and Elizabeth. Junsu may have buy rights from them to perform a few songs during his concerts, but the copyrigh still stays by EMK and they have every right and motivation to take all illegal fancams down. They were very activ with Junsu´s musical fancams and now they started with fancams from the world tour because they contain their songs. fans should have expected it, I understand they are angry , but it is normal way.
So the MAHALO is not even received by many of those who bought it, but the Internet is already full of it. How is that helping the artist? Piracy at its best. This is something we should protect, shouldn’t we?
Most of your demands are absurd and disrespectful to the artist. The fact that I can’t afford to attend events or buy their art, doesn’t justify that I am entitled to access the art freely. Not having money/ access to their art, it is my problem. I can’t force the artist to stretch to the limit to accommodate me. This is so utterly and totally absurd. I think for too long we have had the luxury to enjoy them according to our whims. We have to get off the entitlement horse.
A lot of the information is a hearsay, and I don’t say any real source of such things happening . Then there are those who like to stir the pot and make a bigger mess than it actually is. We don’t have any right to call Donna on the artist or the company. What gives us the authority the jurisdiction and the expertise to make all of these demands ?
The argument of free PR and lack of access to the boys doesnt have anything to do with the intellectual property (if this even was started by the company) – these are different issues. I am sick of our continuous whining, demanding attitudes. Where is the enjoyment of the music and other events. Our own perception of how we want the artist to behave is getting ahead of us, and because is our perception and the artist will not do what we perceived, then we get ourself upset.
I’m trying to see the members view on this petition. It has it’s pros and cons, but I can’t help but feel they’re not happy about any petition right now. Just wondering,……..
this is a tweet from Min (@theyoungestmin), a korean fan who often translate jyj videos…

[Opinion and just talking][About the blocking fancams.. and other things..]
Some i-fans blame Cjes because of the case of blocking fancams on Youtube. And some of you felt sad because JYJ can’t appear on TV..
I know and fully understand your feelings.. I feel the same..
And actually, I also know.. now some of you don’t think like that..
Some of you think ‘you can never understand our feelings.. We can only watch them and their performances just through the fancams..’
But it’s the same with Korean fans..;;
We can also only watch them or their performance in the private fancam or their Concert or Event..
Honestly, I think the case of drama is the same with i-fans due to the development of internet..
To Korean fans just like me, watching them is not easy.. and very difficultㅠㅠ
As you know, the competition of ticketing is so intense..
And strictly speaking, the cases that they can’t appear on Korean TV is not a fault of Cjes.
As you know, it’s done by the Association of Korean Pop Culture and arts..
Of course, everyone knows, actually, it was done by SM..
Frankly speaking, the influence of Big 3(SM, YG, JYP) is getting bigger and bigger..
In addition, recently, SM set up the drama production..;;;
And they also scouted Kang Hodong and Shin Dongyeop who are the most popular comedians and MC in Korea.
Perhaps SM will use them in the appearance of their idol group on Entertainment program..
Their influences are very huge..
Every broadcasting companies want to work with Kang and Shin..
So SM’s idols will appear on enterainment program much more often than now..
Actually, Cjes is very small entertainment company.
Now, they make the best of it in really bad situation..
So, I just wait and see how they’ll react after the decision of the court…
Will SM react just like now after the decision??…
Just wait and see…
And one more thing.. the case of fancams is..
Cjes have the duty to protect our boys’ right..
I know, sometimes it makes many fans sad.. Surely, me too..ㅠ
Some Korean fans like me who have to work for living can’t attend their events or concerts..
As many of you already knew, the competition of ticketing is really awful..
For this reason, I also like to watch to find the fancam that other fans posted..
On the other hands… thinking a little bit differently…
If Cjes isn’t doing like this, it’ll make other problems like the infringement of our boys’ right..
Of course, there are many good fans but there are also many bad people who want to make money by those things..
I think… the protecting our boys is one of the first jobs to Cjes..
If it makes our boys hard or damaging a little bit…
I think we should take that part such as blocking the fancams or something..
For this reason, actually, I already gave up those things quite a while ago..
Anyway, thanks for reading my long bad English writing..ㅠㅠ
Um… I know… some of you agree with me… and some of you don’t…
But, as I told it just before…
If it makes our boys hard… I’ll choose the waiting and will endure it even if I can see them less on the internet…

random: i never know kang hodong and shin dongyup is a part of sm? i don’t even know that kang hodong has made official statement regarding his comeback…
bottom line is… why is this fandom so complicated omggg???? lol. i join another fandom and it’s not as complicated as jyj fandom with sasaeng, acgae, jyj only – ot5, cjes, sm, avex, etcetcetc. ><
I had thought to not even comment on this particular petition. I was planning on keeping my mouth shut. It may very well turn out that would be the thing to do. But here goes.
I’m from the land of milk and honey, the United States. There are a lot of countries that are older than us, but one thing is for certain, we grew at a faster rate than most others. Part of that growth factor had to do with the kind of economic system we have — free enterprise.
I keep hearing about how much longer is it going to take for CJeS to do better, they’ve had 2-3 years now. They shouldn’t be making these kinds of mistakes now. Oh really?
Does anyone know how long the American company GM has been around? The company first started in 1897, OVER 100 YEARS AGO! There are other companies, but I’m using GM as an example. When environmentalism reared its head up, the auto industry thumbed their noses. GM like all the others ignored what the buying public asked for. They kept doing what they wanted to do. This is one of the biggest corporations in the world. They felt they were omniponent. They had all the expertise, the experience, and didn’t have to listen to anyone. How could a company with this kind of track record make a mistake? But a mistake they did make, even with all they had going for them.
So here is a company, CJeS, that is in business since 12/2010, less than two full years. But, they are expected to be perfect in this amount of time. No, I am not sayng they should never try and improve. But growth can cause your efforts to be less than perfect. What you do then is try and learn from your mistakes and correct them.
Yes, consumers have a right to ask the company they are doing business with to listen to their concerns. But there is a way to go about it. In dealing with GM, the consumer simply chose to buy foreign and thumbed their noses at GM and the rest of Detroit. Let ’em see how we felt! With CJeS, a different approach would be preferable. 🙂
What I’m concerned about is what kind of expectation do theses fans really have? If you think any company, and I don’t care what their product or service is, is going to have all the kinks ironed out in 2-3 years, you are so mistaken. Ask Jeff Bezos – Amazon. Amazon did not become what it is overnight. Why does CJeS have to be held to a different standard?
And even if you feel the need to request a meeting, a petition ‘demanding’ this and that is certainly not a way to get a favorable outcome. What exactly are the expected outcomes? What facts are you going to use and how are those facts going to be presented? The art of negotiation is something that requires certain skills. Do the people requesting this meeting have these skills? You know it is possible to make a bad situation worse. Has this thought crossed anyone’s mind?
We all want the best for JYJ, and I for one want the best for CJeS. They have a perspective on how to treat their clients that shows in the faces of those clients. Clients who are happy, satisfied, and feel respected. For whatever complaints people have about the products and services, please keep in mind, there are going to be glitches. Nothing is always perfect.
NASA was considered the expert at providing exciting, productive space flights…until the Challenger. Mistakes can be made, some are more important than others. Just a thought.
Your arguments tend to be so hyperbolic, and downright tangential, it’s hard to take them seriously.
I for one am a fan of JYJ, not of the management company. It’s good form to give constructive feedback, especially if it’s a consumer based business. Let’s hope CJeS has the good sense to be receptive to the feedback.
Well, I see you don’t care for my writing style. But that’s okay. We can’t like everything. There is one way to avoid contact with my comments. Anytime you see the purple butterfly, you can skip over it.
Yes, it will be up to up CJeS to deal with the feedback that is obviously going to be presented to them. Hopefully, it will be a learning experience for everyone involved.
Both the execution and the content of your arguments need work. It is feedback I’m giving you, but thanks for telling me to mind my business and just scroll. Great attitude.
At least we agree this will be an eye-opener for both CJeS and fandom. CJeS really needs to stop cutting corners in their management processes lest we, and I will borrow your outlandish example, get another Challenger in our hands.
I agree with your comment. The CJeS bashing is absurd. I think the bottom line is, some people are not over the whole, CJeS not giving to their DEMANDS during the last bruhaha that they are salivating and jumping on another bandwagon this time. I do not understand how you can consider yourself a fan of JYJ, even if it is only one member and yet participate and encourage actions that undermine their very existence.
Once again, it is the vocal minority, making a stink and giving the entire fandom a black name.
I was JUST going to write about that last go-round of DEMANDS that got presented to C-jeS from the Jaejoong Only fan club (whose name now escapes me, sorry) Does ANYBODY here remember how that turned out? Short answer: not very well. And well, it was ridiculous at the time and it was over pretty quickly, but if anything I think it probably labeled that fan club as “”demanding trouble-makers” to C-jeS for a long while to come.
So quite frankly, I’m not happy at all about a group identifying themselves as “the international fans of JYJ” presenting this petition seemingly in all international fans’ names. I’m an international fan and I wouldn’t dream of signing or aligning myself with this effort to embarrass and rattle C-jeS/JYJ’s cage at this time. About ALL I have to do is envision Jaejoong’s face when he hears about JYJ’s new international fans readying petitions full of grievances and… it’s just kind of heartbreaking to even think about. Junsu is about to set off on his solo international tour! How is HE going to feel when he hears about all of this sudden angry strife??
But here’s my question: was this issue on ANYONE’S radar for immediate, can’t-wait, gotta-do-it action a week ago? Weren’t we all just excited, anticipating the end of the lawsuit, being thrilled about the release of “Uncommitted” and and looking forward to Junsu’s concerts? Well, that, my friends, was us being fans of JYJ.
What this is, with the anger, lists of demands and petitions…. I just don’t even know what this is. But I’ll tell you, I have half a mind to start my own petition:
We, the undersigned international fans of JYJ LOVE you, support you unconditionally, we will always be here, we will always have your backs. We will stay by you and defend you and make sure you have an important and enduring place in the world of music. We know what you have been through and we know what it has been like for you. We will never leave you. This we promise.
Thank you. I just don’t understand why this couldn’t wait. Why must it be now? What is behind the urgent and present need for this to be handled now. And furthermore, in the name of JYJ International Fans. If anyone is writing a Petition use your own name, but do not use the general name of fans, when it seems many do not agree with your stance.
Also, about the photobook, yes I understand some are upset with their books, but let me use this example and perhaps you will see how truly absurd (love this word for this situation) this is.
You go to a music store and pick up a CD for Beyonce, you get home, and realize the DVD is skipping and has errors in it.
What do you do?
A. Immediately, go on the internet and make a fuss about the CD.
B. Send tweets to Beyonce that her CD disappointed you.
C. Get a group together and write a petition to Sony Music about the way they run their business.
D. Go back to the store and return or exchange the damaged product.
You see, under normal circumstances, when people are unhappy with a product, they go back to the point of sale. But the ridiculous need of some fans to micromanage JYJ and their careers, and feel they are on a name basis and shareholders in JYJ’s business plans, never ceases to amaze me.
I am not saying do not complain, I am not saying CJeS isn’t without fault, because THEY DO have faults. But it is the approach and the demanding manner, in which some fans handle the issues that befuddles me. I remember the last drama, and the downright absurdity of some fans making demands and threats at the time. Now this. Some people will just not be satisfied until this fandom is destroyed. I am note saying everyone involved is evil, but remember the road to destruction is paved with good intentions.
I mean just look around this site, and tell me things haven’t changed since the last drama. The camaraderie and the sharing that used to be here is gone. Yes, people come in to check on JYJ news, but that easy going celebratory atmosphere has been strained. Yes, “I am preaching again”, like some like to say about me, lili, BAF and others who try to bring some calmness and rationality to the constant need for drama and stirring shit up that some seem to enjoy so much. You can take heed or ignore.
As for me, like lili said above, I am a JYJ fan first, the fandom is secondary. So I will be here for as long as the boys wish to continue to stand on that stage as JYJ – Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu.
feels like running out of breath with d artcle..plus with d comment that i didnt finsh reading all of them i might gt sick lol…
all i know is i wil stnd by JYJ coz i truly believe that they are great kind sincere people n ofcrse a veryveryvery talentd artist.d best…
i wil pray for their peace of mind.success.happiness.. ❤
long live JYJ.
lets kip JYJ spirits alive 🙂
Note: I personally would like to see improvements. A business cannot improve without proper feedback. In that sense, if fans do this well, it can be beneficial. It all depends on how they write the document, how they’ll address C-JeS, and what they will be discussing.
Suggestions or ideas fans have expressed:
(These are only suggestions and ideas gathered from observation, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr messages, blogs, conversations with other fans etc. I’m sure other fans have even more ideas.)
Updates – Updates of members activities, info, or news. Regular updates and equal updates to all three members of JYJ.
I-fans – Many International fans would like official membership. However, if it is simply not possible right now, then C-JeS needs to do more to connect with the many fans JYJ has in other countries. The common suggestion offered is for C-JeS to utilize the Facebook and Youtube accounts for JYJ in a regular manner. Other fans would like a fan board / forum where they can unite.
Facebook / Youtube – Fans would like more material uploaded as fans are limited to what they see of JYJ due to their inability to appear or have more activities on TV & variety show programs. If some fancams are to be removed or are not allowed during fan meetings or certain events, C-JeS should at least consider an alternative such as a DVD release of the event / activity, or an upload video of some of the highlights of the event/ activity for fans that could not participate. If neither can be offered for exclusivity/copyright purposes or because of material only offered to paid membership, then perhaps C-JeS can do other Youtube/Facebook events or activities for I-fans (and fans in general) that cannot participate in activities/events (Example: Video updates of JYJ, BTS footage uploaded to Youtube, Vlogs, interviews by video to be uploaded to Youtube or even print interviews and photos for Facebook).
Promotion – Fans want C-JeS to more aggressively promote JYJ. Overall, fans want the agency to make better use of the resources they do have (Facebook, Youtube, promotional banners, buses, etc).
Action or reaction against fandom issues – Most JYJ fans want C-JeS to more efficiently handle problems relating to rumors, anti-fan activity, acgae activity, fan wars, & sasaeng activity (such as the uploads of hacked photos or passing of private information / material).
Products – There was info or a claim made that JYJ product goods may be prohibited to an extent (by vendors or manufacturers). If this is true, fans understand the reasoning behind the high prices, but the least that can be done is for products that are released to be up to standard.
Communication – If fans have concerns, they would like to be able to have a proper way of communicating with C-JeS and having their messages or questions answered. Often times, an explanation is sufficient to clear up misunderstandings or to relieve a problem.
Scheduling – Fans would also like for C-JeS to handle the scheduling of events better. There have been instances where events are scheduled during the weekday or too suddenly. Other times the ticket information was shared too late or far too close to the actual event day. Fans have expressed that many times they are not given proper time to save for the event, plan fan projects, or even make time in their lives to attend the event. (Thank you to the people that just messaged me about this one)
If you can add some more inputs, the better. I always believe that “effective communication is a Key To Success In Business.
Communication is the process by which people exchange information or express their thoughts and feelings. Communication is an essential attribute of human life, which is why we all spend most of our time either receiving or requesting for information or trying to send information to others. Lack of communication creates tensions and destroys personal and business relationships. The ability to exchange information or conversation with others is crucial to the success of the individual, family or business organization.” The content and format of this petition maybe the lacking, but every first step is always rough. If nobody dares to take the first step how will we learn to walk.
Hi Kris,
Like what I said earlier.. If the petition.. was written and explained the way Hello 123 had collected the informations.. I would have signed it.. but the current form of petition doesnt sit with a lot of us.. its hard to sign on something that is being presented to you in a vague and aggressive tone (specially if you dont agree in that way of presentation).. so i hope people understand that its not easy to sign if you’ll just show me the first one posted above..
good thing there are few like hello 123 who is calm enough to collect the sentiments and present it in a way that shows the intention of helping CJES and not just go there and throw blame on them.. (I guess twitter had worn me out with the angry tweets that I feel we just want to rant and not help)
but anyways.. thanks for posting this.. I so hope that this is the news that the Kfans is bringing to CJES in their meeting today if it pushes through.. and I hope it pushes through..
@Jen
I also see clearly the deficiency, but why some people judge and condemn a thing on its first stage? Does it help throwing all the derogatory terms to the people initiating this move? accusing them of this and that? The main gist here is to establish communication, when there’s dialogue, where both sides are given a chance to speak and listen, then any misunderstanding and friction could at least be lessened, that’s why I’m supporting this. Why kill a bird when it’s not even hatched
I dont think calling names to people who initiating this is right.. they have good intentions and admire them for starting it.. if Social Media didnt blow up this issues in an angry tone.. reaction probably would have been different.. a lot starts to hate CJES that most people didnt quite understand why..
but those degrade this move dont speak the mind of the rest..that I CAN ASSURE
I guess people are exhausted.. am speaking for myself.. cause I get to read words like “agency followers.”. “CJES stans”.. ” “situation similar to SM” things which is seriously spewed out there like its something general without being thought off.. kinda hurt that having a different opinion puts you in that bucket.. so i guess some reacts on that kind of exhaustion level..
I WON’T GO with this petition ,because :
1.I bought “JaeJoong’s Intermodulation Photobook”,”Worldwide Concert DVD”…and got no problems with it.
2.I understand why I couldn’t have I-fan membership yet
3.I understand about those happens about the copy right, the bodyguard at concerts …
4.I understand about the problems in HK concert, about why they don’t have booth selling albums at concerts, about the banners after the concert..
5.About the reactions & how CJES handle things with SaSaeng, rumours, mailious comments …JYJ and Cjes are the one who need to handle it,find a way to handle it ,to fight with it .I’m a fan ,JYJ’s fan ,but I can not just go into their office and say to them “OK,HERE LISTEN TO ME,YOU MADE TON OF MISTAKE HERE AND THERE ,SO ,FIX IT ,FOLLOW ME ,HERE YOU MUST DO IT LIKE THIS,LIKE THAT AND TRY TO WORK IT OUT.,IT’LL BE BETTER THIS WAY..”It was not our stand to do so !
I believe in JYJ,I think they always try to work so hard for the fans,to bring out the best in every products…BUT,if you -yourself receive some of those stuff was not perfect like you want it,just ask for the exchange, give them a feed back…..when I got myself in this situation,I’ll do the same.
This Petition, open and close it with only 2 days,It made me uncomfortable ,and couldn’t go with it,why, because :
* Who open this petition must know that they need to give us some proof to prove what they do it right ,then they must listen to what people think about it & what people really really want to fix , they must give people time to think ,to give out more idea how to fix it…”
After that, they can send the petition with our signature to CJES ,or bring it to their door,in PEACE,they also can send to JYJ the copies of that…
We’re JYJ’S FAN,we want everything perfect for them ,for us,but the easy way is never there for us,for JYJ,so,think about it again, this is the sensitive time for our boys -why they must do this kind of petition ,now ,but not later??????????
10 fans will go to CJES office,to talk to them ,to ask them fix things…OK, Tell me,what they gonna say ,and how they can speak out everything US *I-fans * want, and think ????
I want to know who are they and how they was choose to be the voice for me !!!!!
2 days ,and they need my name/country/email address for this petition ,but they never ask what I want to complain , what I need Cjes to do or do I have any idea …
Sorry,I’ll not follow your way ,this time…*DC Inside DonBang Gall* .
i personally would like to support anything that aimed to gain improvement. I can not speak about the mahalo pictorial/coo or concert dvd, since up to now i’ve just interested in their album. So, if all the fan’s complaints were true, please continue to speak up to the persons in charge. We can probably assume that maybe there’re some cjes staffs/hayato/mr.egg or even jyj themselves became a jyj3.net reader here to read about our feedback/opinions/demands/complains, but still we need an actual information being handled straight to cjes building to make sure that our voices be heard. Maybe we could send email to webmaster@cjes.co.kr, but still i doubt whether cjes aware or not about the mail. For me myself i have to admit what i hope the most atm, i’d like cjes to put a proper english trans in youtube/facebook, it is quite important, and the most approachable as in short term. But about the timing honestly i will wait till the final verdict come out. By sept 13th 10am kst, when the verdict was out and was decided in jyj’s favor, maybe fans and cjes could come together in a much lighter/less tensed situation, maybe along with a little party to celebrate. We voiced the problem and maybe also giving suggestion about the solutions.
I truly hope the grievance / complaint won’t become captions of coming Friday ~ Next Monday worldwide entertainment headlines. ( 24~27/8). JYJ goodwill will be undermined.
Dear , most stated grievance sustain, HOWEVER, really wrong timing pushing like this.
Rarely stars touring with this kind ” bon voyage gift ” ! Only mass media will be happy. FYI,
Junsu may suffer most, 8.7 incident already costed him a lot goodwill, huge anger is still digesting ! local newspaper already reported , are you sure it is NO PROBLEM seeing him crying helplessly at the press conference ??????
And for Yoochun, China / Taiwan markets big taboo is ‘ customers cheating behavior” poor goods?
NO way! Last time trouble making newspaper will not let go easy again , remember last time Taiwan apple daily incident ? are you sure it is NO PROBLEM seeing him bombed by mass media into tears too ????
Dear , will the guys happy to know this special ” JOB EVALUATION ” against their agency while packing their luggage now ????
Six hats thinking, weigh the subject by regional, outside Korea, that is another world Dear.
that lilibaiyu and micky07 girls O.O my god!
seriously these girls sound like that crazy OT5s when the fandom was in soompi
you are not real dbsk fan LOL,you are not a real dbsk lover LOL ..just read yourself O.O now you feel with the right to say who is a real JYJ fan? LOL…**shame **
JYJ is not Cjes O.O you can understand that
Cjes is just his employee ( a employee with many mistakes) JYJ are so busy with their own works and lifes what they cant check every details
that´s why JYJ contracted Cjes..but you dont want fans said anything about Cjes..
how cjes can learn..if you never said their mistakes
some JYJ fans never learn..you had two bad experiencies with 2 companies but you love being naive xD
even JYJ also believed in SME and Avex in the past time (hello masato matsurra) and they were betrayed.. but you never learn.. of course….
you never know what a company can make(even if our JYJ is the Boss this time and cjes is the employee)..the company will always search his own benefit before.
I even read from these Cjes lovers “Im grateful with Cjes,JYJ is a big star thanks to Cjes” LOL my gosh! you act like Cjes is a big favor to these poor wannabes called JYJ LOL JYJ already was a big star…many small companies(like Cjes) could be his agency bcuz JYJ is/ was a powerful artist(you know..they were artists from that group called dbsk)
dont act like if the poor cjes saved them LOL JYJ did a big favor to them when they chose Cjes like their company..dont act like if cjes even saved them in the lawsuit and fight with sme..these were the lawyers.
I even read in twitter ” I dont believe JYJ leave Cjes someday ,this would be a betrayal..cjes support them so much…my JYJ will never betray Cjes” O.O
O.o God! some fans really seems cjes lovers more than jyj lovers
if someday JYJ want to leave Cjes and make their own agencies..just like shinhwa boys(every boy have his own agency)WHAT WILL YOU SAY?
JYJ is a betrayer ?? LOL
tell me “you are a real JYJ fan” now LOL
Im not a Cjes lover,I dont believe in them bcuz they are just a company..I only love and believe in Jaejoong,Junsu,Yoochun
those who don’t want sign the petition
if you don’t want sign it..then dont sign it
nobody is forcing you..you repeat you are not agree all the time … we already know
you talk about respect all the time..then respect people who still want sign it
@ 넬리 ∞
I didn’t sign the petition ,and I gave out my reason.
I didn’t ask you do the same, you have what you believe I’ve got mine ,so,what did I do to make you ask about -I must- “respect people who want to sign it”?
You just go ahead to sign it,no one block your way,why you suddenly come in here and say things to other people like that?
“Some people can’t see that they are being used for others hidden agendas and purposes.”
You know what is even more absurd, I am sure most of the people making the most noise didn’t even buy the goods in question and are the first to encourage piracy and illegal sharing of JYJ materials.
Once again, it is the vocal minority, making a stink and giving the entire fandom a black name.”
Can you re-read your well written insults to us supporting this petition? How GREAT you are? Who do you think you are? What capacity you have to judge us as having hidden agendas and purposes? what agenda? that we’re undermining JYJ’s existence and we are giving the fandom a BLACK name?
It doesn’t matter if you’re throwing those insults just on me, a nobody, but you’re also throwing the same to the owner of this blog who post and support this petition. Are you accusing Mia for making stink and giving the entire fandom a black name? What have you done so far for Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu that give you the authority to label us fans who have different views ?
Try to grow up a little bit girl and look at yourself at the mirror before insulting people around you.
Argh I was going to give you a 5 stars and my finger slipped to only 4.. I am seriously upset !
Anyway I find myself always agree with you so please continue to provide this site with your more accurate and
I feel like a child in a bitter and quarrelsome household.. i feel like screaming “STOP the screaming and quarrelling!” This is what i really feel.. just being honest..
Yes, we just present what we believe, but sometimes it’s upsetting that other people goes down to the level of personal attack. Calling us “salivating and jumping….” is that even a term of a decent person? And it’s crazy that if we don’t align with their circle, we are not a TRUE JYJ FAN, lol…
I see that your guilty conscience prompted you to write this unwarranted attack. Where in my post did I attack people signing the petition? I see your snide comments on other replies and I ignore them for the puerile ramblings that they are. If people didn’t draw my attention to your post, I wouldn’t even have seen it. I am not in middle school and I do not have a need to draw others into my arguments to win points. Where did I say anything about Mia or JYJ3? I am sure many, me included didn’t even know she was supporting this petition, so your need to demonize and ostracize me from this site is foolish.
I know you have had an issue with me, since I called you out directly, about your hypocrisy and constant need to cause drama and fights among users of this site. I recall you couldn’t defend yourself at the time, because deep down you and everyone else at the time, knew the truth. If you had something to say, say it to me. Trying to make this about Jaejoong or Mia, or JYJ3 or any of your usual go to attempts to rally people to your side is childish. Wear your big girl panties and own up to your behavior.
You and your clique successfully turned the GAPP into your personal message board and chased away other users of this site. I guess that is not enough for you, since now we can’t even comment on posts without being attacked and ganged up on.
Ps. About your question on what have I done for JYJ? LOL, those who need to know, know.
Wow, I’m guilty, okay, the final verdict is given, no need to argue. You didn’t attack people signing this petition, since so said so, okay, you didn’t so I just misread those words above.
And shall we go back to GAPP issue? Didn’t you yourself describe yourself as Original, Deep and Pretty, so forget about GAPP and my cliche(?), lol, Good luck to you.
……… JYJ has no appearance on korean tv nor local or cable channels … even i have cable channels , i cant even see them their… MEANING~ BANNING FANCAMS is not different on banning them on tv broadcast ~ korean, INTERNATIONAL , china , japan FANS only rely on INTERNET which includes the fancams …just to see JYJ…
This is another tweet from Min (@theyoungestmin), a Korean fan who often translate JYJ videos
[The words that I want to say about the petition]
” First of all, I feel so sorry about the thing to happen in these days.
As I told before, I also like to watch the private fancams and pictures.
But, nonetheless, I can’t ask to permit taking and posting the pics and videos freely.
(If we want to watch them, we should do it secretly..ㅠㅠ)
Because it’s not related to just management company.. It can’t be solved just by the permitting of Cjes.
It is related to many other things such as practical and financial problems, legal difficulties with people like the advertisers and investors.
For this reason, I can’t agree with the petition that some i-fans have.
It’s not a simple thing to carry out as some fans think.
It can affect our boys if we aren’t careful.
So… I want to say this…
Please think and be more considerable and cautious for our boys.. ” http://tl.gd/ivukjd · Reply
Report post (?)
i’m going to rewrite what i’ve wrote before: actually, most concerts prohibit recording (audio or camera), and all this time fans are still able to “smuggle” it. it’s just, no other company take this as far as cjes (well dsp had audio ban for fancams and live perfs… idk if they’re still up with that or not though), and just let it slip because it’s a part of korea fan culture… and most of it is harmless. frankly speaking, it’s not like we can’t still do it even if cjes banned it. what matters me the most (?) is whether fansites or fancafe will get along with cjes or play “hide and seek” with them.
Good quality or not, I just want to know how to purchase the book. I live in Hawaii and have not been privileged enough to even get a glimpse of JYJ while they were here. Also,I’m pretty sure that a concert for hawaii is out of the question. Can anyone advise on the purchase of the mahalo book? Thank you!
Just make an account and then log in to order it. You’ll need a paypal account I think, to pay for it.
As far as the pics in the book go, I think a lot of the pics were taken in downtown kona, along alii drive and down at the old wind farm by south point, before they replaced it with the new one that came online in april. Anyway, drop me a line (springbok7@hotmail.com), I’m always interested in finding other hawaii-based fans and getting in touch 😀
Hi there! Quick question that’s totally off topic.
Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?
My blog looks weird when viewing from my iphone 4.
I’m tfying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this problem.
If you have any suggestions, please share. Cheers!
“Deadline: 11:59PM (KST), August 22nd, 2012”
OK so right now from where I’m at in the US, it’s already 8:24AM and August 22nd in Korea. That means I have about 15 hours to make a decision if I want to email my info in support of this.
*Thinking*
This is totally absurd.
I totally agree with you. The only thing i agree is the membership to everyone.
I would love i-membership, but what does it mean for a company to extend membership beyond national borders? Do we have a clear idea what it entails financially, logistically, legally, etc? What I want and what is really possible at certain point in time with certain resources are two different things.
Succinct and couldn’t have said it any better. Some people can’t see that they are being used for others hidden agendas and purposes.
High Five. I was succinct in this one, but down the page I was not able to be too succinct 🙂 But yah, what it boils down is ABSURDITY.
Beautiful! JYJ fans fighting! Jaejoong, Junsu, and Chunnie–be proud of your fans! They’re fearless!
should fandom be this involved though?
That’s what I was thinking too…. hmmm…
i dont know to mail or not T.T even though i waaaaaaaaaaant so much to support, i feel that only k-fans know how effective is cjes management or not T.T idk what to dooooooooo
Anyway good luck.
based on this petition anyone know what is the problem with the mahalo? >,< i will thinkkkk back to mail or not
@d
I haven’t got my copy yet, so I can’t say how big the problem is, but apparently the binding of the book cuts of some of Jaejoong’s pics. 😦
Who madeand distributed Mahalo?
it doesn’t matter who handled the distribution of Mahalo, becuz that doesnt change the fact that CJeS did a bad job in choosing the distributing company to do this photobook.
it might seem like a simple photobook issue but how would u feel if u paid over $100 to get a low quality photobook with a bunch of badly edited and bound pics.
@Sailor JiJi
@loveunchanged
Agreed. This should be done AFTER the lawsuit is over.
@J.Y.J. fan ^______^ (@PheonixiaJJ)
Are you “real” fans (approx. 10 fans of DCIDG)
who are doing this now at this moment????
People need to ask themselves, this very question, before falling for this constant attempts at derailing JYJ and giving JYJ detractors something to use against them. WHY NOW????
I’m in two minds about this, but if CJES is going ahead with the discussion, it’s their call. For the fans participating, I hope they realize that giving feedback and making suggestions is one thing, but demanding and wanting things done your way is quite another matter.
Well expressed!
Agreed! So far in the last three weeks, I have just seen constant fan demands and complaints…..to the point its annoying and stressful.
@ a, thank a lot for the effort on giving more informations to us I_fans.
I mean, thanks a lot 🙂 (typo)
@a THIS!!! Thank you<3
@ a , @ rainbowKJJ
thank you for clarifying what the fans visiting CJes think and intend to do.
i have mixed feelings about all this issue – i know many things do not depend on CJes/JYJ and that they have limited options if not any. fans also have their rights to complain if they are offered low quality products. and the timing is definitely not good – just days before the verdict is officially announced.
I believe … our boys (bless their souls) seem like they always have something happening to them… so as the saying goes ….planning for a baby or a big purchase or waiting till your bills are paid to take that long awaited vacation.. the timing will never be right. I believe our kfans will go there and kindly with respect talk with them about these things.
i hope you are right
Thank you for taking your time to explaing everything so detailed for us I-Fans… I had no clue about what’s going on, especially regarding the sasaeng incident(s).
However, I don’t get why they suspend fancams and youtube accounts, don’t they realize that it’s a free way to promote JYJ… I myself have learned about them though youtube…
@a
Thank you very much for your detailed & thorough explanation.
Thank you, it makes more sense now. I will sign ^^
Sigh..what had happened this past 4 days?? Suddenly i saw a lot of complaining about CJes,their management..and even worst theres a ton of bashing bout Jaejoong and Yoochun’s drama/acting..what the hell is going on??
Maybe some people decided to start a negative campaign???
(only a few weeks left till X-day..)
Bashing about their acting?! Really?!?!?! o_Ô (fandoms are so tiring, sometimes)
I did not know that this name was already taken (partially) I will change it.
Anyways I like your posting 🙂
This petition is a terrible idea. The timing for it couldn’t be more wrong. Please ladies and gentlemen of JYJ3, do NOT sign this petition.
I will NOT sign this petition because:
I presume JYJ and Cjes have never thought that they would be so successful
worldwide so quickly.
They are attacked by their own (never-imagined) success.
I hope they will learn soon how to manage worldwide.
Note:
………..
– Junsu is flying to HK this Saturday for Asia tour , fly again to worldwide concert 30/9 ,2/9 in New York , LA;
( i m sorry ) 😛
no booth selling albums at concert? is that rly what we should be thinking of rn, when C-JeS is banning JYJ on YouTube……..?
@furusek
I see, so it’s rly possible then. Nah, I don’t like it 😥 Hope they can get their channel back somehow.
oh, I hear they suspended also some fancams with XIA 1st Tour in the name.
I tThen I think it’s good if fans have problems with goods and membership’s they should point it out,
I think everyone needs to cool down for a while…before approaching this matter again.
i believe that to be the case of ask explanations to cjes before of accuse they or jyj!
if cjes do this will have his reasons!
then stop say things bad on cjes!
fighting cjes and jyj!
all these comments make sense, and are REALLY persuasive.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We need more rational voices like yours around here.
@jenknight18 Thank you, Jen.
Hi there Minmin.. ^___^
@jenknight18:
I would have signed..
someone just had to rewrite this in a calmer tone..
http://hellothrice.tumblr.com/post/29949291642/cjes-jyj-fancams-and-the-k-fan-petition

But it’s the same with Korean fans..;;
In addition, recently, SM set up the drama production..;;;
But, as I told it just before…
If it makes our boys hard… I’ll choose the waiting and will endure it even if I can see them less on the internet…

random: i never know kang hodong and shin dongyup is a part of sm?
i don’t even know that kang hodong has made official statement regarding his comeback…
and this post from hellothrice also interesting: http://hellothrice.tumblr.com/post/29949291642/cjes-jyj-fancams-and-the-k-fan-petition
bottom line is… why is this fandom so complicated omggg???? lol. i join another fandom and it’s not as complicated as jyj fandom with sasaeng, acgae, jyj only – ot5, cjes, sm, avex, etcetcetc. ><
hmmm what happened to our fandom? i am tired..will read all the infos tomorrow.. bye everyone
PEACE.
@Jess
Correction…12/2009.
@lisan
@lili,
Thumbs up!!!
feels like running out of breath with d artcle..plus with d comment that i didnt finsh reading all of them i might gt sick lol…
all i know is i wil stnd by JYJ coz i truly believe that they are great kind sincere people n ofcrse a veryveryvery talentd artist.d best…
i wil pray for their peace of mind.success.happiness.. ❤
long live JYJ.
lets kip JYJ spirits alive 🙂

(For those who find this petition offensive, please just skip this post, don’t waste your time reading it and leaving your snarky and accusive brilliant comments, do your own thing.)
@Jen
Im not a Cjes lover,I dont believe in them bcuz they are just a company..I only love and believe in Jaejoong,Junsu,Yoochun
surely Im not a “real” JYJ fan lol
Can someone tell me by putting your videos into private on youtube what does that do for you? I do not know everything about youtube.
those who don’t want sign the petition
if you don’t want sign it..then dont sign it
nobody is forcing you..you repeat you are not agree all the time … we already know
you talk about respect all the time..then respect people who still want sign it
bye
@lisan
“Some people can’t see that they are being used for others hidden agendas and purposes.”
You know what is even more absurd, I am sure most of the people making the most noise didn’t even buy the goods in question and are the first to encourage piracy and illegal sharing of JYJ materials.
Anyway I find myself always agree with you so please continue to provide this site with your more accurate and
dare I say reasonable and rational comments 😀
Didn’t you yourself describe yourself as Original, Deep and Pretty, so forget about GAPP and my cliche(?), lol, Good luck to you.
so have they went already? since it was said that they’re going to meet cjes today…

i’m going to rewrite what i’ve wrote before: actually, most concerts prohibit recording (audio or camera), and all this time fans are still able to “smuggle” it. it’s just, no other company take this as far as cjes (well dsp had audio ban for fancams and live perfs… idk if they’re still up with that or not though), and just let it slip because it’s a part of korea fan culture… and most of it is harmless. frankly speaking, it’s not like we can’t still do it even if cjes banned it. what matters me the most (?) is whether fansites or fancafe will get along with cjes or play “hide and seek” with them.
Well the deadline has come and gone,I hope this doesn’t create a negative impact on JYJ . Maybe consulting them first would’ve been a better approach
Thank you!
Hi Lena! I live in hawaii too! You can get the book here: http://www.3hreevoices.us/products?product_id=55
Just make an account and then log in to order it. You’ll need a paypal account I think, to pay for it.
As far as the pics in the book go, I think a lot of the pics were taken in downtown kona, along alii drive and down at the old wind farm by south point, before they replaced it with the new one that came online in april. Anyway, drop me a line (springbok7@hotmail.com), I’m always interested in finding other hawaii-based fans and getting in touch 😀
i hope not because of this, fans leave JYJ.
pray Cjes will give best answer and solution
Hi there! Quick question that’s totally off topic.
Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?
My blog looks weird when viewing from my iphone 4.
I’m tfying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this problem.
If you have any suggestions, please share. Cheers!
