Jung Woo (played by JYJ’s Yoo Chun) and Hyung Jun (played by Yoo Seung Ho) are appealing to many female viewers with their different ways of loving Soo Yeon (played by Yoon Eun Hye).
In the episode of the drama series Missing You that aired on December 13, Jung Woo and Hyung Jun express their love to Soo Yeon in different ways.
Jung Woo decides to forget about Joy after he hears that she doesn’t want to live as Soo Yeon anymore. He has waited for her for fourteen years but decides to let her go as she wants to forget about her horrifying past.
For the happiness of a girl he loves, he decides to give up on his love and forget about her.
However, Hyung Jun decides not to let Soo Yeon go when he sees her thinking of Jung Woo.
Soo Yeon sees Hyung Jun moaning with pain when she comes back home after she sees Jung Woo. Hyung Jun, who already knows that Soo Yeon met Jung Woo, says in tears, “I thought you wouldn’t come back.” At this, Soo Yeon says, “I’m not going anywhere.” When Soo Yeon leaves him to bring some pills, Hyung Jun holds her and says, “You can’t go anywhere.”
Jung Woo and Hyung Jun love the same woman in different ways. Jung Woo tries to let her go in the name of love, but Hyung Jun tries to hold her.
Soo Yeon forgives Jung Woo after she realizes that he has also lived with pain as she has. Jung Woo seems to try to let her go, but he cannot hide his love he has kept for fourteen years.
Soo Yeon, Jung Woo, and Hyung Jun are now in a love triangle. Soo Yeon might not easily be able to leave Hyung Jun because he has protected her for the last fourteen years, but it won’t be easy for her to leave Jung Woo either because he has taken care of her mother Myung Hee (played by Song Ok Sook) while she has been gone.
i see a resemblance in the pic
Love triangle, but it’s like an isosceles triangle, HJW and LSY are the two equal longer sides considering they love each other and Harry is the bottom shorter side for his unrequited love for LSY. Harry is always the loser.
Interesting comparison. Would never have thought of that one. It fits though, you’re right. I guess it depends on how short the bottom side is. No? 😉
really difficult to choose hyung joon or jung wo,, actually i love jung wo the most,, but i dont want hyung joon get hurt loosing seo yeon,,, 3 of them had the big pain from the past,, i’m as viewer really going crazy bcz of this,, so i want de ending of this great drama let jung wo or hyung joon die,, not both,, so one of them will have happing ending with seo yeon,, n no more hurt from the other one,, (but idk how ebot kim eun jo)

akkhhhkhhh … it’ so sweet!!!!! I hope this drama will end with a happy union of their love
Jungwoo love really true love, not selfish and selfless, he was willing sick to his girlfriend happy, aigooooooooooooo …. it is the love of a gentle man.
jeongmal saranghaeyo jungwooya ………………. i hope u get happiness …
I generally have an issue with noble sacrifices depending on the reasons. This oddly enough seems to be one of those reasons I can tolerate – HJW giving up YSJ. Not wanting the person you love to be conflicted into making a choice is bearable. You really cannot derive happiness when someone you love is in pain. It’s a no-win situation.
It’s like in Nice Guy – Atty. Park, is in love with Eun-ki, but he knows deep down, she will always love MaRoo, so he doesn’t take advantage of her when there is opportunity to do so. Ever.
Harry does not know how to be giving. He sees things only the way he wants them to be. There are no other views to be considered. It’s as if he want’s to stay a man/child forever. He’s smart, clever, and determined, but selfish as hell. He really is somewhat like his older brother, dear old dad must have been a peach. Them apples did not fall far from the tree. 🙂

After watching episode 12, I think Harry is the ultimate villain in this story. It’s Harry against all including LSY.
Like what Sec. Nam said, what will HJW do if he’ll know that it was Harry’s mother who ordered his kidnapping and LSY tragic fate at that night. And what will HJW and Harry do to HTJ and to each other if they will know that all these years HJW’s father is keeping Harry’s mother … family affair !
Hope at the near end, Harry will give up LSY and become friend with HJW. The two actors look good together onscreen 🙂

I did watch the unsubbed episodes 11&12. So, I could only guess at what was being said by the facial expressions and emotions being conveyed. Obviously, things are heating up. For some reason I had this nagging suspicion Harry’s mother wasn’t dead. The only reason I can see for her not being dead, HTJ wants to use her as a bargaining chip. Since he never knew what happend to HHJ, this was his way of providing a measure of insurance.
Regarding Harry being the ultimate villain, I think he and his older brother run neck and neck. Their DNA links them forever. But he was exposed to LSY’s better side. I just don’t know if he has it in him to accept his flaws and change. His bitterness is so strong, you could cut it with a knife.
For some reason, I don’t think HJW will react with hatred about his kidnapping. Remember, he was the one willing to take responsibility for what happened to LSY. Given his logical sense, he knows it’s the adults who are responsible, not a child. I offer that he will be the one to reach out to Harry because HJW will recognize that Harry is a product of his environment. But we’ll see. I’m giving the scriptwriters high marks here for not divulging too much too soon, and giving the audience a chance to guess at possible outcomes.
