And so far he participated in important events mainly as singer, because he is a singer after all.
feeling happy for jae coz he can still do d thing he loves to do even serving in d military . . . jyj lives on
And we had thought we would not be able to see much of him for two years!
Wonderful wonderful news!!!
Wonderful news indeed. looking forward to November and maybe something in December as well,
Note…. noted.
Of course it can’t be avoided that some fans (of other enlisted celebrities) or for haters to get jealous, but they should take note that Jaejoong is just a private soldier, he’s just doing the mission he is ordered to do. Fortunately, his mission and what he loves doing coincide, sharing his gift of talents to people. Others are also saying that ROKA is riding JJ’s popularity, which I think is very insensible. Do they want ROKA to send JJ as guard in DMZ? The fact that Jaejoong underwent audition to perform means he loves performing, he could just stay silent and indifferent, and be content as an ordinary band member blowing those pipes. And for ROKA to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to perform is something to be grateful, it’s a WIN-WIN situation.
Yes another event… And you’re right unnie.. JJ is just doing the mission he is ordered to do… He passed those audition process fair and square so he can perform in those ROKA related events, so those who are thinking that JJ is being given a special treatment, think again.. JJ had worked so hard doing all those military trainings that a normal soldier does, at the same time practicing as a military band member and practicing for his solo performance..
Let’s just ignore those haters, they can say whatever they want to say.. The only thing that matter is we are proud and we will support our dear soldier JJ.. PFC Kim Jaejoong Fighting!! We are so proud of you. 🙂
Yes, and true talent with the right attitude speaks volume, louder than any negativities.

Let’s give our loudest CHEER to our dear cute soldier 😀

I know he wants to participate in alot of singing events but i hope he doesnt push himself too hard..military training and singing at the same time is rather tiring
I think he has always been training hard and pushing himself. It’s gonna be easy for him. Believe it!
Im worried as i dont want him to get sick or collapse ;_;
He has been fit and strong for years now. I think he can perform while in the army with no trouble at all.
Happy news
Ahhhhh am HAPPY AND wish that events will keep on so we see more of our cute soldier 🙂
He is a credit to the army ,his family ,friends and us,his fans! Awesome JaeJoong!
I remember during one of his WWW concerts, after running around and singing, JJ was slightly out of breath and sat down on the stage for a bit of a chat (ment). He told the fans, You think I am working now, no, this is not work. I am enjoying myself. This is what I like to do best.
I think one of the reasons Jaejoong was so emotional before he enlisted was that, just as most of us did, he thought that he would not be able to sing for the next two years. JJ has said on many occasions that singing to him is life, no song – no llife.
I think that even if he has to put in extra hours after doing his duties as a soldier, Jaejoong is happy to do it. The opportunity to sing is what makes life meaningful to him. That’s why he auditioned and I am glad that ROKA appreciated his great vocals as well as his attitude which makes him both a good team player with the other members of the team and a hard worker who won’t complain if he has to do extra work.
Hi Anna Liza…I totally agree with you on JJ’s emotions before his enlistment. An unknown future is very scary. Not being able to perform and a fear of disappearing into the military for two years and being forgotten. Forgotten and not having his loving fans when he returned to civilian life was a very daunting prospect for him. I sure hope those fears have been banished from his soul. If he only had some idea how his international fans here at JYJ3 support and love his talent he would feel better. And I don’t think his Asian fans will forget him….because of that great talent of his!!!
His challenge at 32 years old, when he returns to civilian live, will be to garner new fans now that he is no longer a ‘teen’ idol. Again, his amazing talent will always allow him to be a STAR of the first magnitude.
Did any of us ever imagine JJ would be so visible during his military service….so looking forward to December and then we are just 12 short months till discharge….will we see him as much? Perhaps a drama? An album and tour? Poor man, no rest from the desires of his fans….Kim Jae Joong. Hwaiting😍😍😍
I wonder, is JJ allowed to use internet? Perhaps just browse some sites or read news online during their free time?
@ caylen I think they are allowed to use internet but only at specific times. After all, all the squids stories we read about are posted by other soldiers and they do have access. I am not sure, with all his activities, how much time Jaejoong has to browse the internet but he is a fast reader and probably looks at some comments especially after a performance but what is more likely is that his sisters and his manager keep an eye on what concerns him on the internet and keep him informed.
I am sure he knows that we have not abandoned him and hang on every word we can hear about him.
You’re right. So let’s just continue to post encouraging words for our dear soldier so he would know that we will always be here supporting and waiting for him. 🙂
@ Georgia Peach No, I never imagined I would be seeing or hearing anything about Jaejoong for the next two years and I was asking why can’t he go to the military but be used to sing at various events for free as I was worried that if he stops singing his vocal cords would lose their elasticity for lack of practice. I imagine he had similar notions about the unknown future and that’d what made him so emotional.
I am not so sure if he needs to garner new teenage fans after he is discharged from M/S. After all, at the age of 32 I do not think it will suit him to sing and dance their kind of hip-hop too well.Last year in September I had a funny experience in London at my travel agency. They were booking hotels for the performance in one year’s time (this October) of some 70 year old singer who was still being followed by his age mates from all over the world and they were looking for accommodation that has facilities for wheelchair bathrooms. So, Georgia, I am still hopeful that in some forty years time, in my wheel chair I shall finally achieve my dream to attend Jaejoong’s concert. I believe HE won’t be in a wheelchair since he takes much better care of himself than I do. Shall we make it a date? 🙂
Anna Liza, you are right about the teenage fans… he will have to appeal to his age group…garnering new fans from that group that knew him, but just were not big fans. Would love for him to be known in the US. We here are really missing something by not knowing his talent and the other members as well…sorry their English speaking album didn’t become a hit! I personally love the songs 😘😘😘
Your experience with the 70 year old fans just goes to show you that an ‘old rocker’ is still a rocker! There is no age limit on enjoying great performers and performances. I bought a lottery ticket today…just like I told Koreamom I would, if I win….we are ALL GOING TO SEE JYJ. Front row, celebrity pass, all of it! So you have a date! “If the fates allow”🤗🤗🤗
Just when I was seeing the end of a bountiful October, reluctantly preparing for a dry November and hoping for at least some appearance at a Christmas army celebration, comes this great news that November won’t be so dry, after all.
I am so happy and grateful to ROKA for considering Jaejoong for all important events.
Looks like Jaejoong’s performance calendar is at least as equally if not more crowded now.
It has just occurred to me JJ was the face and lead vocal of DBSK and now, with the October poster and all these performances, JJ is gradually turning into the face and lead vocal of ROKA. Hmmm… I like this.
i like this too.
Yes, face and vocal… who could it be other than him? 🙂
miss our national anthem!
@ kris Take heart. He will be with us in a matter of hours now. And again in another two week. Meanwhile, we shall let him go and have a bit of a break and prepare for his next “show”.
This is a beautiful FMV of our JJ anthem. I had not seen it before.
Free admission for 1200 seats? I wonder how many people will actually come to see our PFC. Anyway, I’m happy he got another opportunity to perform 🙂
Luckily it seems ROKA does not care about haters and these netizens who have to share their weird opinions about everything and anything.
I think all the seats will be gone in seconds and they will need to turn people away.
like everybody here I’m also grateful to ROKA, when I thought that I’m going to sit down waiting for December 2016 to come I am now waiting for 12 November 2015 and all the other events JJ is going to participate in.
in the past if JYJ don’t make a comeback album (solo or group) there’s no possibility to see them perform, Now I feel more the importance of a fair promotions you can participate in events and shows without even having a new album, you can still be busy with various activities. I deeply hope Jaejoong and JYJ will get fair treatement after enlistement.
Now Party because we are going to see all our 3 boys tomorrow 😀
