Here we are – a whole professor in sports health care and health education master trainer. And that’s what I have been saying all the time:. Jaejoong has the benefit of personal professional trainers and dietitians, coupled with his hard work and iron discipline to follow their instructions. How else can he lose a whole 20 kg in such a short time and still retain such a marvelously slim but perfectly toned and muscular body, the body of a professional athlete?
And so when we think we are doing a good job advising him on what to eat and how muscular he should be, as if we know better than him and his professional team, we just sound like angry bumble bees or, as my grandma would say – a broken record, which make lots of useless noise.
