JYJ‘s agency C-JeS Entertainment has announced that it will continue to actively file suits against netizens who make malicious comments and spread false rumors, including netizens who may be minors.
The agency stated on December 6th, “We have reported about 20 some cases to the cyber police this year, and we’ll continuously notify the police of more cases of people who leave malicious comments concerning JYJ. Though we expected the situation to improve, it has not improved at this point in time, so we’re actively releasing a statement.”
The representative went on, “The netizens who leave malicious comments range in age from their teens to late twenties. There are times that underage netizens will ask to be forgiven due to reasons such as school and their future. Though we’ve previously accepted written apologies and made mutual agreements, this has not eradicated the malicious comments and rumors.”
“We cannot say that simply expressing that one dislikes JYJ is malicious. We’re talking about false news that start with ‘I heard from someone I knew’ or ‘I saw them’ that cannot be trusted.”
C-JeS Entertainment has released a statement on its official homepage and have notified various news sites of the warning.
In related news, JYJ will be releasing a new album next year.
JYJ‘s agency has sent warning messages toward netizens who posted and spread false rumors about JYJ on the Internet.
On December 3, C-JeS Entertainment made a post on their official website with the title, “A Warning Regarding False Information Circulation and Defamation And Its Legal Consequences.”
The post read, “We strictly warn all netizens who have been posting false information and malicious posts about JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu),” and “If any of our C-JeS artists find damage in those malicious and defaming posts that contain false information, we will report them to the cyber police and take legal action.”
It continued, “We have already filed successful lawsuits against over 20 netizens this year alone, which caused them to meet legal consequences. For minors, parents were notified and they were required to sign memorandums.”
Finally, the post read, “We have recently sued many netizens once again for making slanderous posts on DC Inside, which hurt JYJ and the fans who love JYJ. If those kinds of posts continue to be made, we will report them to the cyber police and take legal action.”
Meanwhile, the long legal battle between JYJ and SM has recently been settled.
I will not disappear..
I have received comments from many people.
I apologize for causing you to worry.
But rest assured. I will never give in to anti-fans or opposition. (Have you heard someone say this before?)
At any time of the world, there are people who wish to control the palace. (T/N: not certain about this sentence.)
I believe that is fine, but is it bad to think this way?
Only, please allow me to rest from posting on the blog for a while… it really does take a lot of effort.
I cant sleep due to how busy I am, I am bothered by fever and headaches and diarrhea, yet without taking a break I am rambling on –smile-
Anyway concerning this, everyone please don’t worry and stay as always cheerful and in good health.
Please take some time to think of JYJ.
Ugh, it’s happening again.. excuse me I have to go to the loo~
>_< Hayato-San Feel Better! Ganbatte!
Hayato-san wrote about truth and mistaken beliefs. He also wrote about the petition by the Japanese fans (see here).
I have received many comments and messages from the fans concerning this article from Bunshun.
But the part I want you to read is the P36 and 37. (The article writes that Matsuura has confined and intimidated a shareholder – JYJ3 previously wrote about it here).
I do not write anything that I have not seen with these eyes, or heard with these ears in person
But I can not write everything that I know.
Because there are many things that cannot be written.
One of the these things is what was written by Bunshun.
Should I stop it…
There is nothing I can do… I started feeling like this nowadays.
Well, I want to concentrate on my work… there is that point but… looking at that large number of comments one by one… I want to listen to everyone’s thoughts (T/N: Hayato-san litrarly writes “I want to receive everyone’s hearts”.) I will hold any type of comments (T/N: opinions) in good faith and lend my ear… Because this is my belief… honestly, I am a bit tired.
I am in the middle of the truth. Read More →

These are dark, dark times in the TVXQ/JYJ fandom. The fact that you cannot type the four letter word TVXQ and be certain people know who you are referring to, and that your very definition of these four letters will identify yourself as either a friend or foe to the more zealous fans of either “camps”, should give you an idea just how real the fandom division has become.
There are other obvious signs of a waging civil war within our fandom. Public forums, popular blogs and even the very people who administer or translate for these high-traffic sites are being labeled and attacked for “only supporting one side”. Ironically, the more neutral they try to be, the lesser they are trusted by the extremists (or should I say “purists”) of either camp.
As a response to the rapid deterioration of fandom atmosphere, the popular slogan in this fandom has been changed from the cheerful “Always keep the faith, true cassies support all five!” to the much more practical “Let’s move on, support who you want to support and leave the other side alone!” Maybe, this slogan will soon be further modified to a pleading “Please, just, no bashing, and, no hating on my oppa!”
The current status of the international fandom may already be considered pretty bad by many, but in terms of the sheer number of haters and the level of hate displayed, the i-fandom actually is on a whole a much brighter and happier place than the Japanese, Chinese and Korean fandoms.
(I need to clarify though, that I don’t know the Korean language, therefore my understanding of the going-ons of the Korean fandom depends on translated information from various sources.)
What a severe wrong must a celebrity has personally done to a “fan”, for the fan to call him the foulest names imaginable, to openly wish that the celebrity’s career will crash and burn, to wish he’ll simply “disappear” or literally go to hell? Seriously, why so much hate?
